The ruins stood forgotten by time, buried beneath centuries of dust and decay, a remnant of a past too terrifying to be remembered.

The very air carried the weight of something unseen, something ancient that had been locked away for reasons lost to history.

No mortal foot dared to step into this forsaken land, no bird soared above its cursed ground, and even the wind itself seemed hesitant to disturb the silence that reigned here.

Yet, tonight, something stirred.

At the very heart of these ruins, hidden beneath layers of sacred stone, an ancient seal pulsed with a dying light.

Towering obsidian pillars, once mighty sentinels guarding an unspeakable truth, now stood fractured and crumbling.

The sculpture's carved into them symbols of divine power, etched by hands not of this world had begun to flicker, their once-brilliant glow dimming like embers in a dying fire.

Then, a crack.

It was faint at first, a mere whisper in the stillness, but it spread like veins of lightning across the stone.

The seal trembled, resisting, but the force pressing against it was relentless. A second crack, deeper this time, sent a shudder through the very ground itself.

The air thickened, turning suffocating, as an ancient presence stirred from its prison.

And then darkness moved.

Unseen eyes snapped open.

---

A Cloaked Figure Stood before the Seal.

His presence was unnatural, the very space around him warping as if rejecting his existence.

His cloak, woven from the very essence of darkness itself, rippled though there was no wind.

His voice, when it came, was neither soft nor loud yet it carried with it the weight of the abyss.

"Good," the figure murmured, watching the cracks spread across the seal. His tone was laced with amusement.

His gloved hand lifted, fingers spread, and the shadows themselves coiled around his palm like obedient serpents. The air grew even colder, thick with an energy long forgotten by this world.

"The gods thought they could bury you," he continued, stepping forward.

The ground beneath him withered, blackening as though his mere presence corrupted it. "But nothing stays buried forever. Not you... not us."

The seal trembled violently. The symbols carved into its surface flared in a desperate final attempt to hold the prison shut, but the figure only laughed.

"Foolish," he whispered, his voice caressing the edges of something unseen. "Their mistake was thinking time could erase you."

A final, deafening crack shattered the air.

Then......silence.

And slowly, from within the crumbling remains of the divine prison... something moved.

A Presence Older Than Time

The very fabric of reality seemed to tremble.

A slow, deep breath reverberated through the ruins, echoing like a storm rolling across the heavens.

The wind screamed through the crumbling stones in agony, as if it knew what had just been unleashed.

The shadows at the figure's feet writhed violently. Something ancient! something godless was waking.

The ground splintered, cracks weaving outward in veins, glowing with an eerie, molten light.

The remnants of the sacred seal, once powerful enough to bind even the most terrible of beings crumbled to dust.

Then, from the darkness of its prison, it emerged.
----

Eyes (black voids swirling with galaxies of crimson light) snapped open. They held no mortal irises, no humanity, only an endless abyss of hunger and destruction.

The figure that emerged was both solid and shifting, flickering between existence and oblivion, between flesh and shadow.

Its armor, jagged as if forged from the bones of fallen gods, pulsed with veins of burning red.

At its core, where a heart should be, a blazing inferno churned, its embers twisting in shapes of unspoken terror.

Two massive wings, torn yet unbroken, unfurled behind it, crackling with ember-like tendrils.

Its presence alone sent waves of unnatural energy rippling across the land.

The air bent to its will.

The earth bowed beneath its return.

And for the first time in eternity, the voice of the forsaken one echoed through the ruins.

"...Finally."

The single word shattered the sky. Cracks of golden divinity and violet chaos tore through the heavens, the colors of something beyond mortal comprehension.

The sky above, once veiled in eternal night, cracked open with veins of burning gold and flickering violet the colors of divinity, of chaos, of something far beyond the understanding of mere mortals.

The cloaked figure knelt.

"My Lord," he murmured, voice laced with something that could only be described as devotion. "Your slumber is over."

The being stepped forward....

The very world trembled at its return.

---

Far away....

Taehyung's breath hitched as his body lurched upright, fingers digging into the silk sheets beneath him. His mark burned.

V, miles away in the solitude of his own chambers, let out a sharp breath, gripping his wrist where his own mark the crescent moon, the twin to Taehyung's sun glowed with an intensity that threatened to sear through his skin.

They didn't need to speak.

They already knew.

Something had awakened.

Something that was never meant to wake.

And it was calling to them.
