Juniper was the only daughter of Jafar and younger sister of Jay. Like every child of any villain kid she was raised on the isle of the lost. Juniper kept to herself and didn't really talk to people that much only a small circle of people that she was close to. So, when her, her brother along with Mal; the daughter of Maleficent, Evie; the daughter of the Evil Queen and Carlos; the son of Cruella De Vil, all get a chance to go to Auradon to try to learn how to be good. All seems to be going well, ish, except for the daughter of Sleeping Beauty being insanely jealous that Mal had stole Ben; the son of Belle and Beast, from her. 

While they are in Auradon, Juniper ends up making some friends of her own, one being the daughter of Cinderella; her name is Charlotte, and Penelope; the daughter of Peyton; who is the brother of Peter Pan. Peyton is the nicest people that she has met, and he has the same opinions of Chad Charming; the son of Cinderella, and older brother of Charlotte. No one like him, then again he is a spoiled prince, so it makes sense.

The school year was honestly crazy, if Juniper is being honest, and don't get her started on the disastrous 'Family Day', that is honestly a story for another day. But over the course of a couple months the villain kids, learn that they have a choice and don't have to be like their parents, and follow their orders.

A couple more months later, when Mal becomes highly overwhelmed and stressed out of being the Lady of the Court, she ends up going to the Isle of the Lost. Before she had some company, which was Juniper. When the two girls were on the Isle, Juniper ends up bumping into Henry; the son of Captain Hook, and the twin brother of Harry Hook. There is a little history between Juniper and Henry, as they had originally started dating when Juniper was thirteen but they broke up, because of Captain Hook not wanting his son to be with Juniper, but they had remained close friends, despite his father not wanting him to be seen with Juniper.

So, when Juniper had came back with Mal, he was both equal parts nervous and happy of seeing her again, as he had missed her, if he was being honest. But he couldn't get too excited of seeing her otherwise that will get some unwanted stares. He had to follow orders from Uma, and he had to kidnap Juniper, he felt bad of doing it, but like his brother, he follows Uma's orders.

So, when Jay found out that his sister got captured by Uma and the pirates, him and the other VKs, along with Ben, went back to go get his sister before it was too late.

Jay never cared what people said about him, but if something happened to his sister, all hell would break loose.
