Backstory: Charlise Lebedev was born on August 21st 1984, in St. Petersburg, Russia. After she was born her mother sent her to the Red Room? Why? Because she didn't want her, and or to care of a child. Her mother also sent her to the Red Room because she was born with powers, light blue orbs and telekinesis.

Charlie was brought within the Red Room Academy where she endured both of education and indoctrination into spy-craft. In 1992, Charlise and two other girls acted as daughters of Alexei Shostakov and Melina Vostokoff, for three years. The five of them lived as an American family in Ohio and while aware that the family aspect were simple ruse. Natasha and Charlise loved them all like they were their actual family, while Alexei and Melina loved the three girls like they were their own daughters.

Years later when it came time for the Avengers Initiative, Charlie was reunited with Natasha as she hadn't heard of since they were sixteen and seventeen respectively. Charlie instantly became friends with Steve Rogers as she reminded him of a couple dames that Bucky would have a fling with, bright red hair, lots of curls and piercing blue eyes, and a thin tight smile.

He would have been fooled if Charlise and Natasha were blood and twins, just with different eye color and hairstyle. But everything was the same. Charlise and Natasha didn't know what to say to her somewhat twin sister as they are the same age as each other.

Charlie survived the blip but she went under hiding as she didn't know that the government was after her, from her stunt at the airport fight, but what's new in her life.

A few years ago, Bucky and Charlie slowly had feelings for each other, and so when he recognized Charlie she was confused. Because she doesn't recognized him, but something about him made her recognize him.

As she believed that love was weakness and a distraction, as he hadn't expected her to fall for James Barnes. So when the whole thing of the Flag Smashers happened, Sam calls a friend which was Charlise and asked her if she can help him and she said yes. But what she didn't know was that Bucky was also coming for the wild ride.

They got Zemo and Charlise couldn't stand the Sokovian man whatsoever. He didn't know what he did to her as she had absolute hatred for the man. Karli threatened Sam's sister (which Charlie knew about btw), and so the three of them went to Louisiana, and Charlie and Bucky were alone and Bucky said that he has always liked the woman, and she was shocked that he even liked her

After forever of hiding and bottling up her feelings and emotions she finally confessed her love to Bucky. As he did the same to her, and they started dating after the whole thing with the Flag Smashers, was done and gone with some of them died because Zemo's butler had killed them.
