I think Bucky just really just slowly accepting all the things he did as the Winter Soldier. Even though he was brainwashed by HYDRA, that he still did those things; how he still holds remorse for killing people he didn't want to. And that's something so impactful with his character. And how much of a growth he has had as a character in the Marvel universe.

Also these two are extremely hilarious together and their scenes in Civil War were pure gold.
