Arielle's POV

I watched my mothers face to see if there was any signs of deceit but saw none, I watch in in surprise as he face still showed no emotion looking at me

"Wait did you just say brother? Why didn't you tell me you had a brother? More importantly an evil brother?"

My felt as my breathing became more frantic, it started to feel like the area was closing in on me and it was getting harder for me to breath by the minute. I started gasping for breath and I placed my right hand over my heart as a flash of pain entered it and I closed my eyes. When the pain passed through me I felt my mom lay her hand on my shoulder.

"Arielle you need to calm down, with your soul panicking you body flatlined for over five minutes, they thought you died. They had to use defibrillators to start your heart up again. Your mate freaked out and when they were getting the defibrillator ready to shock you heart to start again he ran out of the room trying to control Midnight and he has not left your room since. I also have to tell you that you may have just woke up here but because I pulled you from your body so suddenly you have been out of your body for four days."

When she said this I nearly choked on my spite ending up with me hunched over with my hands placed on my knees trying to catch my breath. FOUR DAYS? I have been out for for day? What is with me and four days?

"What did you just say? If it has really been four days mom I need to get back to them, I need to get back to Zander. Now I need to warn them about your brother; my uncle"

She squeezed my shoulder with the hand that was still on my shoulder while a smile was on her face and the weird look in her eyes from before.

" I know but remember my love, my brother is making his move knowing him he's already planted or recruited people, the latter most likely because that mate of your is not to fond of rogues. So watch you back girl, if I need to speak with you again I will make sure not just to call upon you so fast I will give Winter a warning. I love you and I wanted to tell you he still goes by his given name Marcus that's all I know of him because I have not seen him since his banishment centuries ago"

she place a kiss on my forehead and a smile before I felt like I was moving faster that the speed of sound, and then I gasp sitting straight up in the bed in my room where I laid. I took a look around to see that I was in a plain white room with a television in the corner of the room, I took a look at what I was placed in and saw that I was in one of those ugly hospital gowns that show your bum and I had an IV in my right arm and I had a thing covering my nose that most likely was the thing to make sure I stayed breathing in my coma and I had these things stuck to my chest that went to the heart monitor.

No one was in the room with me so I thought it would be a great time to find my mate and warn him of the danger that was approaching. I tugged the thing off my nose, then I yanked the IV in my arm only wincing for a second before I moved to the things on my chest I knew when I took these off it would send the nurses an alert saying I 'flatlined' again but I didn't care all I was thinking about was my mate who I knew was in pain and distress and about the safety of my guardian and pack including my mate.

As I suspected right when I pulled them off the heart monitor flat lined and I heard many shuffling feet outside in the hall ask I stood up stretching my stiff muscles. When the door flew open I saw a pale nurse with brown eyes come in with frantic eyes but when they landed on me I saw her shoulders relax and she took a breather

"Luna what are you doing out of bed, you just woke up from a coma we don't know why you were in that coma you should lay down. "

I just shook my head at her before I headed towards the now open door, as I went to pass the nurse I felt a hand grab my arm ending in Winter growling greatly at.

"I'm sorry I can't let you leave Luna, you need to rest now"

I turn my head towards her and I knew my face held a scrowl as I let a small growl pass from my lips

"You don't tell me what to do, I'm sorry but I need to go see my mate, so you could either let go of my arm voluntarily or I can force you to let me go, because frankly I am in no mood to wait"

When I said this I knew I used some 'Luna' voice but I couldn't help it Winter had not made the trip to my mother so she was trapped in my comatose/dying body and she was getting restless. The nurse let go of my arm and moved out of my way so I could walk out the door.

"Good choice"

I walked down the empty corridor as I was making my way out of the hospital wing of the house, when I made it back to the living area there was a few wolves there, one being that Rhia chick, who was giving me the murder eyes.
I saw many people look at me as I passed but I did not give them a glance as I made my way to my bedroom, still in my hospital gown.

When I made it to my door I smelt my mates scent and before I could try to open the door it was yanked open and on the other side of the door was my bloodshot eyed mate. Before I could even utter a word from my mouth I was lifted into the air making me wrap my legs around Zander as he squeezed my body to his.

"When Midnight and I saw your heart stop our world stopped we wanted to go on a rampage, it was like loosening my parents all over again. I couldn't handle it even if it was only for seven minutes. The thought of never seeing your beautiful smile or hearing your beautiful laugh again killed me. What happen, why were you gone for four days"

When he finished saying that I saw a few tears slide down his face as his voice cracked at the end. He had already walked into our room and shut the door and sat us onto our bed as I straddled his waist, legs on either side of him. I lowered my head and placed a sloppy kiss on my mark that laid on the base of his neck earning myself a shiver in return from him.

"My mother called me unexpectedly, pulling me from my body which left Winter in a comatose state with my body. It was an emergency, life or death"

He laid his back against the head board as he pulled me close to his chest, if that was even possible.

"What type of emergency and if you were with your mom how did your heart stop?"

Winter was moving around in the back of my head as I placed a kiss on his cheek, then his nose and then finally I gave him a peck on his lips making him smile at me as his thumb rubbed circles on my exposed back.

"When I had learned about the danger I kind of started hyperventilating which in turn made my heart stop, I'm sorry about that by the way. I did not mean to worry you or Midnight. She told me that me and my guardian Zeke are in great danger"

When he heard that it was me and Zeke that were in danger his back straightened as his right hand held my hip tighter and pulled me closed with his left. I saw his eyes scan over my face.

"What do you mean you and Zeke are in danger, you are the child of the moon, what kid of idiot would want to anger the Moon Goddess?"

I sat up straight before I grabbed his left hand from my back and intertwining it with my right hand as I looked at him.

"Me being the child of the Moon Goddess is the reason I am in danger. The person coming after me is doing it so he can kill the Mood Goddess. He wishes to become the Moon God and have everything my mother has for his banishment and to weaken the Moon Goddess enough to kill her you need to kill her child and her child's gaurdian"

I watched as he pulled our intertwined hands to his lips before he placeing a kiss on the back of my hand as he looked into my eyes, which gave me butterflies in my stomach. I smiled at him with love in my eyes

"Who is this guy coming after us"

"It's my uncle, my mothers brother. He has always been jealous of my mother and everything that she has and when he got banished for something I still don't know of, he planed to kill my mom. My mom also said that he could already have spies in our pack."

When I said this he laid his head on my shoulder before he let a puff of air leave his lungs most likely from the stress this was most likely causing him.

"I won't let anything happen to you love, or Zeke. The pain that I felt when you flatlined was horrible and you only were basically dead for seven moments, I do not think I could live if you died forever."

When he said this my heart swelled with love, I love this man. I was in love with this man

"Let our mate mark us"

I silently agreed with winter, I knew he wanted to mark us when we made love and wanted it to be perfect but I thought it was a perfect time, I love him and I want to be with him, I wanted to be by his side forever.

"Zander, I want you to mark me"

I could feel his muscle tense underneath me when I said this, when his eyes looked into my eyes I could see that they were flickering from black to his normal eyes. He and Midnight wanted to mark us as theirs as well.

"Are you sure Arielle, I can still wait till we fully mate. Because when I mark you in three days time you will go into heat and this will connect us forever. You will officially be the Luna of the Blood-Moon pack, everyone will feel when I mark you, and you will hear everyone's thoughts all at once and it will be overwhelming"

The only thing I did was nod before I attached my lips to his, after a few seconds the kiss became more heated and more sloppy. I felt his hand cup my bum and give them a gentle squeeze which made a moan pass from my lips. I knew my eyes were black and I knew that his eyes were as well. I heard a possessive growl come from his lips as his kisses started going down my jaw, when he made it to my neck he started to leave love bites and marks going down my neck until he made it to the base of my neck where my neck and shoulder meet.

I was now officially The Blood-Moon's Luna, and I knew everyone felt it. I let a painful groan pass from my lips and I put my hands on my head.

"Yes I know it's overwhelming, soon you will be able to block everyone out and just focus on the people you want to talk to at the moment, like I do. Just focus on a wall coming up and you and Winter should be able to pull the wall up"

I did what he said and I focused on a wall coming up and blocking everyone's thoughts and voices. After a few seconds of endless chatter I finally received silence. I let a smile come onto my lips.

"See it wasn't that hard beautiful, now you have been out for four days, you are probably hungry, and we have to inform Zeke of the trouble, so why don't you go get some normal clothes on, that doesn't show your bum and we can go down to the kitchen. I let a laugh fall from my lips and a smile come to my face at seeing the girls from the kitchen again. I rolled of our bed and off Zander making my way to our closet to get ready to go get something to eat.
