• firstly you are requested to check out the rules, payment and samples of the shop.

• the order will be taken up as batches. Each batch will have theme slots, bio slots and graphic slots. If you'd like a full account makeover there will be one slot available for that.

• the batch open every week Tuesday and close on Friday (even if there are slots left in the batch).

• the orders will be delivered on Tuesday.

• if you order continously for three times in this shop you will earn a vip status. vip can order at any time even if the batch isn't open or there aren't any slots left open in the particular category they'd like to order.

• if there is any delay in order delivery, it will be informed.
