Valt POV

Dear diary,

Today is Sunday and the others want to hang out.

It's good because we can spend time together TBH.

It's been a week since they are here and I'm trying my best to keep my secret safe, well it is difficult though-

Anyways I must go now.

After I finished writing, I got out of my house and made my way to the park, where the others are waiting.

When I arrived to park I saw Honcho and Wakiya blading.

Seeing that stadium reminded me of that day, 'everything started here huh?'

I let out a sigh putting those thoughts away before start walking to them.

Shu realized that I'm here and smiled, "you are finally here!" Everyone expect Honcho and Wakiya looked at me.

"Late as usual" Xander laughed as Daigo shook his head, "you never change do you?" Ken stated with Keru while Dante and Aiger were laughing quietly or sweat-dropping.

I sheepishly laughed and rub the back of my head, "sorry."

That was when Roktavor got out of the stadium and come toward me with full speed!

I heard, "Valt! Watch out!" From Shu before catching it with my hand as it continue to spin for a few seconds then stopped, 'phew....that was a close one...' I sighed as I looked at my worried friends.

"Are you ok?" Aiger asked worriedly, I smiled "yup! I am! But Wakiya, Honcho be careful next time will you?"

"We will and sorry."

"Its fine, bere" I handed Roktavor back to Honcho, he took it before thanking me.

After giving Roktavor to Honcho I realized my hand was hurting.

Then I remembered something that Yamamoto-san told me:

"Friedrich ataxia makes the patient's body weak that even a single strike might hurt them."

'How pathetic....' but I just ignored it.

"So what's up?" I asked, as Xander answered, "nothing really we were just waiting for you to come then Rantaro and Wakiya argued at who's the strongest so they decided battle"

I sweat-dropped at the topic of arguement, 'at arguing part, I don't think they will ever change'

"So Valt?" I looked at Shu "are you up for a battle?"

I grinned, "you bet!"

Third Person POV

Valt and Shu were now analysing each other's beys.

'World Spryzen, a balance type with reversible spin. Looks pretty interesting' Valt thought while smiling slightly.

But Shu just stared at Valtryek, 'Brave Valtryek....' was everything that he thought.

They gave the beys to each other and went to sides of the stadium.

"Daigo, can you be the ref please?" Valt asked as Daigo nodded and stand next to stadium.

"first battle!" He exclaimed as he move his arm toward the stadium.

Valt and Shu get into their positions, "ready! Set!!" Daigo shouted as he moved his hand up.

"3! 2! 1! Let it rip!!" Everyone shouted as Valt and Shu launched their beys.

'Tch!' Valt winced in his thoughts, because his hand is still hurting.

(Ummm I will skip the battle part because I'm not good at writing it, sorry 😅)

They battled like 14 times!

In the first they both got 1 points but now their beys kept getting simultaneous bursts.

They both panted tiredly, "do you both wanna.....continue?" Daigo asked hesitantly.

Valt and Shu shook their heads and tiredly sat down still panting.

Aiger looked worried, 'please don't pass out!' He thought and then an idea come into his mind so he start running with full speed!

On the other hand Rantaro, Wakiya, Xander and Ken was looking with amazement.

"What a *pant* battle" Shu stated between his breaths as Valt nodded in response.

In this state Valt felt like passing out.

And when he was about to pass out, "yo!" A voice shouted so he looked back to see Aiger holding two water bottles.

"Drink these!" He gave them the bottles.

Both of them said "thanks" and start drinking.

Aiger whispered, "I add energizing syrup in your water" into Valt ear and valt nodded in response.

After they finished drinking Valt let out a sigh in relief and stand up.

"Umm....guys I must go home! Toko and nika must be waiting, see ya tomorrow" he said and start walking.

"Bye!" They all said.

When Valt was far from them he sighed, "that was a close one" and start walking to home.

Valt POV

Now I'm in my room putting some ice on my hand.

'What a day was today It was too close....'

I sighed as I laid on the bed.

'I mustn't let this to happen again...'
