Tutorial

Open the picture you want as your background.

Now open the glossy texture, and put the overlay mode on overlay. Merge.

Open your png as the new foreground, and place it however you wan't it. I used the overlay mode lighten. Merge.

Open a plain white image in Phonto. Add text and shit. Save.

[05]
Open the text-image as your new foreground and use the magic wand to erase the white. Put the overlay mode on overlay. Save.
