BEVERLY PIERCE is more than just a big city girl. Coming from a well-known family meant having to represent a certain image in the media world. Although she wasn't the type to be held down, the constant pressure made it nearly insufferable until she moved to Metropolis. Forming a new identity that's not molded by her family's influence, wanting nothing to stop her from pursuing her dream. A freelancer wasn't exactly in mind but it definitely was a step closer, navigating a new lifestyle. Despite having everything she could ever ask for, she still longed for the smallest semblance of peace from her chaotic life. She just didn't know it would come in the form of a clumsy reporter.

CLARK KENT is more than just a small-town boy. Being the last son of Krypton and sent to Earth for his safety, he was taken in by some loving farmers who raised him as their own son. Not knowing much of his heritage until he developed his Kryptonian abilities, guided by the strong moral values instilled in him by his parents. Choosing to protect others and fight injustice, he revealed himself as Superman before moving to Metropolis. Hiding his identity as a reporter at the Daily Planet, there seemed to be something missing for him. Seeking the faintest trace of belonging, that he wasn't just Superman but also human. He just didn't imagine it would be from a free-spirited freelancer.

TWO FORCES that were destined to collide with each other. Meeting at a record shop that started as a light conversation, Beverly's obvious flirting with Clark being completely oblivious. Unknowingly, they were connected on an invisible string and would stumble across each other. Starting as polar opposites, they seemed to have many things in common from their shared music interests to hiding a part of themselves. She became the sun to his solar system (metaphorically and literally), his place of comfort and happiness. He made her the center of his universe, doing their best to endure the odds. Now having to prove their love is stronger than any force and eventually become their Querencia?
