SUMMARY !

CARMEN SANDIEGO was trained to be a thief. She went to an elite school, V. I. L. E., they trained some of the worlds best thieves and they took her in from a young age. She grew up around villains and she learned most of their ways. As she grew up, she decided she want to be apart of something more, she wanted to train and be like all the others, so she did.

Carmen trained along with a few other students to become and elite thief. There was just something in her way, she never passed her test. When she learned that those who graduated did what we it took to get what they wanted, she wanted out. She wanted to leave and she didn't want to be apart of V. I. L. E. anymore. So she left, without trace.

For the remainder of the years, Carmen stole from thieves and returned the items. She stopped as many heists as she could, soon enough people knew her name. The woman in the scarlet coat and hat. Many knew they needed to catch Carmen, such as V. I. L. E, S. H. I. E. L. D. and even the Avengers.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION !

• I do not own Carmen Sandiego and anything associated for her. I saw the Netflix show and thought it would be interesting for a plot.

• The Avengers would team up with Carmen to stop some big heist or stop V. I. L. E.

• Carmen is the GOOD guy. She's not a villian and she steals from those who stole.

• You can change the faceclaim just make sure she is Latina. There doesn't need to be a love interest.

• You can have an AU at her time at V. I. L. E and such and how she trained and all.

• She moves very quickly, one day she'll be somewhere the next day she'll be thousands of miles away.
