TWO GRYPHONS dove towards the Witch, who swiftly slashed at one and turned the other into stone, smashing it into pieces against a boulder. Eliza had joined the battlefield and clashed swords with an odd looking beast. The girl dodged the blade of his sword and she jabbed the back of his knees with her weapon. The creature fell as Peter looked toward Edmund who was fighting another beast only meters away.

"EDMUND," Peter yelled in desperation, as Edmund looked up while Eliza covered the boy so he could listen, "There's too many! Get out of here! Get the girls and get them home!". Eliza knocked a faun from the opposition to the floor.

"You heard him!" Mr Beaver shouted over the chaos, "Let's go!". The beaver began to drag Edmund away and reached to drag Eliza too. The girl merely batted his paw away and continued to fight unknowingly, as the Witch advanced towards Peter, who was oblivious to her presence.

Mr Beaver looked frustrated , "Peter said get out of here!" The creature yelled.

Edmund gulped, "Peter's not king yet." He said calmly, rushing down the hill, jumping next to the Witch and bringing his sword down on the Witch's wand, smashing it to splinters. A flash of blue light temporarily blinds everyone within in a mile distance. Eliza turned, with her sword in air, as Edmund paused, giving the Witch the advantage to rid him of his shield.

Peter turned towards the chaos, as Eliza struggled to reach him due to being cut on the leg by an opposing creatures sword that she soon knocked unconscious with the butt of the sword. The girl turned back just in time to see the Witch stab him with the remains of her wand.

"EDMUND!" Eliza screeched, watching as her brother collapse onto the grass. The girl went to run forward but was stopped by a beast, that had latched onto her from behind and choked the girl as she struggled to pull him off. Eliza kicked her legs, but the creature would not stop. The girls face turned purple as her head  spun, gasping to try get some air. Her fingers clawed at her attackers hands trying to pry them off of her as her vision spotted black. The girl weakened but was dropped to the ground upon the sound of a mighty roar from above them.

Eliza hunched over on the ground, holding her throat lightly, panting and wheezing as she fumbled for her sword that she'd dropped on the rocks. The beast lunged for her once more but Eliza lifted her sword and the beast was impaled and limply fell to the side. The girl looked up in shock that she'd just murdered someone, only to see Aslan, and his army, rush to join the battle. The Witch tripped Peter and pinned him to the ground with one of her swords through his chain mail.

Eliza scrambled to her feet her sword out in front of her, as the battle continued around her. She could only watch as the Witch stood over her brother about the deliver the death blow, only for Aslan to lunge at her, and pinned her to the ground. Eliza turned away refusing to watch the scene that played ahead of her, instead she diverted her attention to scanning for Edmund who she'd lost in crowds.

"It is finished." Aslan growled, Eliza turned to see Lucy and Susan run up to Peter.

"Peter!" The two yelled in glee; rushing towards the older boy. Eliza gulped as her fear rose.

"Eliza?" Lucy asked, as the girl limped towards them, her knee buckling making her stumble, only to be caught by Susan who looked shocked at the battered state of the girl.

"W-Where's Edmund?" Eliza croaked, ignoring the questions her sisters were firing at her. Susan helped Eliza run as the four set off, to look for Edmund. They clamoured over the rocks only to spot Ginarrbrik hobbling up to Edmund with an axe to finish the wounded boy.

"Edmund!" Susan cried out as She fired an arrow, making the dwarf shout out in pain and drop to the floor, dead.

Eliza's eyes widened as she limped as fast as possible towards her brother, collapsing to her knees beside Edmund as he coughed and gasped. "Hey, hey," the girl whispered, clutching his hand, her voice cracking, "You're gonna be ok.. you have to be ok."

Lucy knelt beside the boy and pulled out her cordial, placing a lone drop of it on Edmund's lips. Eliza's eyes pooled with tears, letting some escape freely as her twin stopped moving, The girl let the tears slip as she looked down in grief, before Edmund suddenly jolted up, gasping for air and sitting up straight. Peter grabbed him into a hug and pressed the youngest boys face into his shoulder, crying before letting go and holding onto him.

"When are you gonna learn to do as you're told?" Peter exclaimed through tears eyes. Eliza smiled through her tears, as her brother swivelled his head to face her.

"Tears for your half dead twin?" The boy joked quietly, despite the fact he had been dead a mere few minutes ago.

"Tears of joy." Eliza chuckled lightly, letting another tear slip down her cheek, "I hate funerals." The girl threw her arms around the boy, hugging him close as he encased her in a hug, letting her cry into his shoulder.

"You really are the worst." Eliza sobbed, making Edmund laughed lowly.

"I know Liza, I know." The boy replied, squeezing her gently, as he ran his fingers through her hair trying to comfort her, letting a few stray tears slip.

THE FIVE PEVENSIES and Aslan walked up the aisle where all the Centaurs all stood to attention, their swords forming a bridge over them. A flutter of butterflies swarmed Eliza's stomach as they all paused briefly looking towards their thrones which each had a significant carving on it.

All of the Pevensies had recovered from their battle wounds, the only evidence of the battle were fading bruises on the base of Eliza's neck. The five had been dressed to the nines, Eliza had been given the opportunity to wear an altered version of the kings attire, which of course she took. The girl walked in her navy tunic, with gold designs all down her front and her sword sheathed at her side.

Steadily, the siblings walked up the marble steps and stood in front of their appropriate throne. Eliza grinned at the sights from the the throne- not the Narnians but the sea that could be spotted through the trees and woodland of Narnia. It truly was remarkable. All five shifted in their seats as Aslan approached them, standing to the far left, quietening the Narnians.

"To the glistening Eastern Sea, I give you Queen Lucy the Valiant." Aslan announced, as Mr. Tumnus approached the five in a nice green scarf with the Beavers bearing the crowns. "To the great Western Wood, King Edmund the Just."

Mr Tumnus turned to Eliza, a beautiful silver crown in his hands. The girl lowered herself onto one knee, as the surprisingly light crown was placed on top of her head. "To the Middle Meadows, Queen Eliza, the Righteous." The girl stood up, offering the faun a warm and thankful smile.

"To the radiant Southern Sun, Queen Susan, the Gentle. And to the clear Northern Sky, I give you King Peter, the Magnificent." Aslan finished, as the oldest Pevensie was crowned, "Once a King or Queen of Narnia, always a King or Queen. May your wisdom grace us until the stars rain down from the heavens.".

"Long live King Peter! Long live King Edmund! Long live Queen Susan! Long live Queen Eliza Long live Queen Lucy!" The Narnians chanted, all of them cheering for their new rulers.

Eliza sat in her throne with her back straight looking towards her twin, "Does this mean I get to sentence Susan to an exile, if she's being annoying?" She queried quietly, as the boy shifted to face her.

Edmund snorted, earning looks of confusion from their siblings. "I don't think it works like that Liza." He chuckled as Eliza laughed heartily and turned back to face the crowds. It wasn't what she thought it would be like, in fact it felt right, as if it was the final piece of a puzzle slotting into its place.

ELIZA HAD MANAGED to escape the festivities of their coronation, to walk along the balcony overlooking the glistening sea. The girl stood letting tranquility wash over her, as the sounds of waves crashing against the shore below, could be faintly heard.

"Queen Eliza, are you not enjoying the celebrations?" A deep voice spoke up from behind her. The girl sighed, her eyes never leaving the ocean as the lion walked to stand next to her.

"I am enjoying it a lot actually," Eliza smiled, "It's just a lot to take in. Whenever I walk up to the centaurs and fauns, they all bow and it makes me feel- uncomfortable per-say. I may be a Queen but I don't ask to be treated like one."

Aslan nodded, as the two watched the sea below, "You did well during the battle." The lion complimented her, making the girl smile weakly.

"Thank you- I just hope it won't become a regular occurrence." She chuckled, her hands fidgeted against the marble balcony.

"I've been talking to High King Peter, and we discussed a lot of matters to do with Narnias safety." Aslan began, making the girl straighten up.

"Is it rude for me to ask what matters?" Eliza asked, her curiosity besting her. As she turned to face the lion.

"Since Peter is the High King. He has a lot on his plate, he has to rule over the entirety of Narnia, and make sure everything goes smoothly." The lion continued, "He will not have as much time to deal with Narnias troops- and that's where you come in."

The girl froze, "M-me?" She asked, her heart pounding out of her chest, "Why me?!". The lion laughed at the girls shocked expression.

"I think it's time you took more responsibility, after all you are a Knight of Narnia." Aslan reasoned, leaving the girl utterly speechless, "You would train with the troops, recruit more members, be their voice during conclaves."

Eliza's bit her lip to stop it from trembling in fear and doubt, "Aslan- I fear I might not be ready." She answered truthfully.

"Dear one, we fear a lot of things but in this life we are more frightened than hurt; and we suffer more from imagination than reality." The lion spoke swiftly, as the girl digested his words.

"You're leaving, aren't you?" She hesitantly queried, diverging off the topic. The lion slowly nodded, turning away on the girl.

"I am." Aslan confirmed, as the lion gracefully walked away leaving the girl to watch as he departed. Eliza took a deep breath in and faced the grand hall of Cair Paravel, her older brother was talking to a group of centaurs, while Lucy and Edmund were talking to The Beavers and Mr Tumnus, the boy caught her eyes and beckoned her to join them. The girl smiled lightly. She was happy to be there.

She was happy to be home.
