' I see you don't talk that much' Taehyung said dangling down from a tree... ' Everytime it's me who does all the talking'

Jungkook just sighed as he stood beneath the boy..all prepared to catch the omega as if he was sure that the boy will be on the ground in any second and it was proven to be true when Taehyung's hands slipped and landed in the Alpha's arm with a yelp

Five days passed by since Jungkook's visit to the palace.... Taehyung had returned back to his Arcane the very next night with Jungkook waiting for him near the river bank.... Taehyung's heart dropped when he saw the state his safe place was in... resulting in him to make it all the more beautiful as he let the flowers grow back....

Over these days Taehyung had grown extremely close to Jungkook...they would lie down on the flower bed.. next to each other...with Taehyung talking about anything under the sky while Jungkook kept on listening... And today was no different

' I won't always be there to catch you' Jungkook said as he still held the omega in his arms bridal style

' Why? Will you leave me?' Taehyung asked...his wide bambi eyes staring at the black and red orbs

' What if a day comes when you'd have to leave me?' Jungkook asked...

' It won't' Taehyung smiled as he wrapped both his hands around the elder's shoulder ' Because I'll be holding on to you tightly like this for a long time'

Jungkook's grip around the boy automatically tightened as he stared at the soft pillowy lips of the omega in his arm...their eye contact never breaking

' You are a prince Taehyung...the Prince of Alwarak' Jungkook said..

' Am the forbidden Prince Jungkook..no one would mind even if someone killed me' Taehyung said as if it was the most normal thing to say

' Your brother would...your eomma would' Jungkook continued 'What if they are against our relationship..what if they don't let me take you as my mate'

' You want me to be your mate?' Taehyung gasped....his heart fluttering

'Why else would I be here with you at this time of the night?' Jungkook asked..his voice deepening as his breath fanned over Taehyung's lips

' Y-you love me?' Taehyung asked...hope filling his eyes.... He saw the way Jungkook's eyes widened for a milli second

' Why else would I want you as my mate?' Jungkook's eyes darted between the azure orbs and the ruddy lips of the omega who was now blushing furiously

Jungkook sighed as he set Taehyung down.. holding back his urge to taste those cherry lips.....'There is something I want to give you'

Taehyung looked at the alpha who walked towards the nearby rock...his cheeks still crimson as he slowly rewinded everything

Jungkook came back pulling Taehyung with him on to the ground... placing a small bundle in front of him

' What is this?' Taehyung asked eagerly

' Open it' Jungkook urged

Taehyung's eyes gleamed when he opened the bundle 'Bukkumi??!!!' He squealed looking at Jungkook...his balled fists shaking in happiness like a small kid...his mouth stretched into wide boxy smile and his eyes an ocean of happiness

But all of Taehyung's actions stilled as his breath hitched when he heard the most beautiful sound he has ever heard..he lifted his head.. looking at the male in front of him who was laughing....

Taehyung's stomach did a stupid flip as he took in the view...his azure orbs raking over the perfect features of the alpha whose eyes were closed and nose scrunched cutely...his bunny tooth poking out as he held his hand over his tummy trying to stop his laughs....

Jungkook calmed down after a few seconds...small chuckles leaving him as he wiped the tears off

' Oh goddess... How can someone get this happy while seeing Bukkumi? You are so cute' Jungkook looked up at Taehyung who now had a big adorable pout' Yaa stop pouting or else I'll kiss you-'

Jungkook froze... mentally slapping himself for the slip of tongue... ' I.. Just eat it already'

Taehyung nodded as he took a piece.. biting on it...his eyes widening again as be looked at an expectant Jungkook ' This is so yummyyy!!'

Jungkook smiled seeing the younger who continued munching on it

' Bukkumi is never allowed in the palace because I love it....and the king hates anything that I love...But my ajumma makes it for me once in a while when the king is not present' Taehyung explained ' That's why I was so happy seeing it'

' Then I'll bring it for you again till you grow tired of it' Jungkook said playing with the grass

'Me? Tired of Bukkumi? No way!!' Taehyung giggled..the sound of which rang like the most sweetest melody to Jungkook.... ' By the way...did you make it?'

' No...my hyung did' Jungkook replied

' You have a hyung??' Taehyung asked...his mouth filled with food and his cheeks puffed out as he continued chewing...his lips still a pout that Jungkook so badly wanted to kiss off

' Yeah...he is my twin...' Jungkook shrugged ' Not identical though'

' You are the baby of the house' Taehyung laughed

' Shut up' Jungkook rolled his eyes

' Your hyung cooks really well...this is so yummy' Taehyung said finishing the whole thing ' Oops... I didn't give you any...am sorry' Taehyung said smiling sheepishly

' It's ok...Am not fond of it that much....and yeah hyung cooks real good... Our eomma loved cooking...she had this book in which she had written down all the recipes...So when hyung feels like cooking he will just refer that and make something'

'That's so sweet of him... Speaking of which...who all are at your home? Where do you live?' Taehyung asked standing up from his place.. skipping his way towards the stairs under the dome

Back at the palace..Jihye was having an uneasy feeling... She was just tossing and turning in bed as sleep didn't even touch her

Why am I feeling this restless? I'll just go check on Tae and Jimin and come Jihye nodded to herself as she walked out

She was about to go to Taehyung's chamber when she saw Jongin stealthily getting into the King's study

' What is he doing?' She frowned as she took silent steps towards it...

She heard the king's voice from inside... What are they discussing at this hour Jihye hid beside the door leaning a bit as she listened to the conversation

' Your Majesty...' Jongin bowed ' Did you sent for me?'

'Is there any message from there?' Junghyun asked getting restless

' ' Not yet your majesty'

' What do you think? Will he agree?' Junghyun leaned back on the table

' Considering the beauty of our prince.. yes he will definitely agree' Jongin smiled ' But my King...what if they do something to our Prince Taehyung.. Alwarak and Mirawik have remained each other's rivals for over a century now'

' That's what I want....that omega has to die.. Only his blood can help me get the powers that I want!' Junghyun's evil laughs echoed through the room

Jihye had her hands over her chest..her heart beating rapidly as she ran out from there trying her best not to make any noise

She closed the door behind her leaning on it as she replayed the whole conversation

' Mirawik?What message was he talking about?' Jihye mumbled as she paced back and forth ' And what powers? I have to talk to Jae soon'

' You won't leave me ever right?' Taehyung asked softly...his Bambi eyes glistening as he bit his lips in anticipation...not knowing the effect it was having on the alpha

' Never in a million lives my Alora' Jungkook smiled leaning in closing the gap between them...his arm wrapping around the younger's waist on its own pulling him closer

Taehyung felt a million butterflies errupt in his tummy as he moved his lips against the elder's whose was now tasting every nook and corner of his warm cavern...

Taehyung pulled back... leaning his foreheadhead against Jungkook's...both of them panting...

' You are very precious Taehyung' Jungkook said pecking the crown of his head ' You should go back now... it's already dawn'

Taehyung smiled nodding ' Thank your hyung for ne and also Tell him that I loved his food'

Jungkook chuckled ' Sure'

Taehyung waved as he turned around only to stop midway as he looked at Jungkook again

' Hyung... Smile more...happiness suits you'

Jungkook's breath ragged when he heard that...his heart stopping when it dawned on him that he was laughing and talking like a normal person all this while.... He raised his orbs looking at the smiling omega..whose eyes overflowed with pure love.

Taehyung smiled once again and decided to leave but his entire world stopped when he heard the words that left Jungkook's mouth

' Stay with me...for you became the reason for my happiness'

' Yoonie' Jimin sat down beside the trueblood ' You look worried...All fine?'

' Yeah' Yoongi smiled ' I was just thinking about something'

Yoongi laughed hearing Jimin's words as he stole a quick peck on his lips ' You have my everything Jimin ah...no one's ever taking me away from you... Jin's eyes went round like saucers....as he stared at Jungkook... A pained smile was soon to take over his surprise as he spoke ' You have no idea how much I have missed this smile of your's Kook'

Jungkook turned his head to the other side...smile long gone as his jaw clenched

' Jungkook..look at me ' Jin said walking close... He raised his hand about to cup the younger's cheeks when

' Don't' Jungkook stepped back...his breath heavy 'Don't touch me... Don't do that mistake again'

' Jungkook trust me nothing will ha-'

' I don't want to hurt you again...' Jungkook moved back

' If you are this scared of even breathing near me...how do you think you are going to make Taehyung fall for you?' Jin asked ' How are you planning to take all this further?'

Jungkook stilled for a moment...all the memories he had made with Taehyung over the past one month rushed back to his mind... ' Hyung'

' Something happened...it was in the heat of the moment...I didn't intended to do that...I-'

' Jungkook stop rambling what's wrong?' Jin asked his hands itching to hold his brother

' But nothing happened..h-how? I didn't even think of such a possibility while that happen-'

' W-we kissed' Jungkook saw Jin opening his mouth in surprise... only to close it again.

' Just that?' Jimin asked

' Yeah...but the buds..not the flowers exactly' Taehyung said smiling awkwardly

' S-sure... we are leaving now' Jimin said as he pulled Yoongi out with him

' Do you think he knows about his powers?' Jimin asked as they walked out of the palace

' Probably' Yoongi nodded' Let's just go there....'

' Will we find an answer?' Jimin frowned

' It's our last hope' Yoongi sighed

Yoongi and Jimin had spent the whole morning in the library going through all the book related to  werewolves and their powers...They came up on a small portion about the Guardian of Darkness but nothing was in much detail.. whatever was given was already known by Yoongi

They even thought of asking Jaewan but Yoongi was against it as he told ' If Tae wanted any of us to know..he would have told us.... Let's wait for him to inform everyone... But now we are doing this to make sure that he is safe...'

By noon they were totally exhausted...and hopeless
That's when Yoongi shot up... since suddenly a memory of Jaewan telling him about Goddess Hecate passed his mind... He remembered how Jaewan told that when we reach a point where we get stuck..as if we are in the middle of a cross road and don't know which path to take...seek the goddess help..for she will lead the way with her torch ablaze

Thus agreeing upon this Jimin and Yoongi decided to go to the Moon Temple in the middle of the forest.. where they went on Tae's birthday...

They lied to Taehyung telling that they are just going to the village..for making sure that everything's fine

And now here they are in front of the very familiar bridge

' I just hope that creepy keeper is not here again' Jimin mumbled as he walked beside Yoongi who chuckled

' I can't understand why you have a problem with him..I mean he seemed like a good guy'

' You might be the guardian of darkness and all but you are way to innocent about this dark world' Jimin said as if he was talking to a five year old kid ' But don't worry my king...you have your prince to lead the way'

Yoongi just shook his head...a loving smile on his lips as he walked into the temple with Jimin

Jimin looked at the huge statue of Hecate... His eyes darting towards his mate who already had his eyes closed

Oh goddess please help us find our answers... Jimin prayed If we could find Taehyung's powers then we can save him from the King... My hyung will be safe once he has acknowledged his powers... I have never wanted anything more than my hyung's safety and for that the only way I had found was the throne... I know I could die in the process as the king won't give his crown and I would have to defeat him... If I win then I'll make my hyung..the right heir of the Kingdom the king...But if my Tae gets his powers I won't even mind dying in the battlefield as he would be able to take care of himself...his powers will be there to keep him safe...help us find a way to keep him safe from the king

Jimin opened his eyes when he felt a dull pain on the back of his neck... He frowned... his face scrunching in pain as he held on to Yoongi

' Jimin?' Yoongi quickly turned towards him ' Are you fine'

Jimin took in a deep breath..the pain fading out as he nodded ' Yeah.. I j-' Jimin was cut off mid way by a voice behind them

' To what do I owe the pleasure of having the King of Night and his mate...in this holy shrine'

Jihye frowned when Junghyun walked towards the most crowded part of the forest....all kind of climbers decorated the part... trailing over the bark and branches of the trees... forming a huge barrier preventing the view of what lied behind them

Jihye was quick to hide behind a tree when Junghyun lowered his hood and looked behind him

He walked past the blanket of climbers and vines with Jihye following behind quietly...

Isn't this where Akari is said to be residing? Jihye thought..her heart beats raising...she held onto the moon pendant on her neck...a scent blocker given to her by Hyorin... trusting whom Jihye had left Taehyung alone at the palace

Junghyun walked into a shabby cottage inthe middle of this part of the forest closing the door behind him

Jihye rushed towards the window on the side of the hut beside some shrubs... She tiptoed looking in through it...her hands flying to her mouth when she saw the wicked witch greeting the king

' It's good that you came here' Akari said ' There was something that I wanted to tell you'

Junghyun frowned motioning her to continue

' Male omegas are extremely weak...they can't even endure a simple blow or hit.... Kim Taehyung had fallen from the top of the palace yet only had a broken arm' Akari tilted her head looking at the alpha king 'Don't you think that's something odd?'

' You are still alive Junghyun... That serves the answer to your question' Akari retorted ' The elemental is meant to be the sworn protector of Taehyung'

' What should I do so that Taehyung won't meet him?'

' As I told before...there is only one way to stop it from happening' Akari said walking back to her place... opening the Grimoire as she said

'Kill him! And bring me the blood of the Omega'
