'Eomma... please can we talk now?' Taehyung sighed tiredly

It was almost going to be noon but till now he couldn't talk to Jihye.... First the king was at the palace and none of them wanted to let him know about Taehyung's arrival so till he left they took Taehyung to the training grounds behind the palace garden which is generally only used by Jimin.... After Junghyun left they took him in and Hyorin was in a very great mood to feed him....And now finally everyone were settled in Taehyung's chamber and he was getting desperate to talk to Jihye

' Sure' Jihye smiled

' You guys talk...I have to leave for the pack house' Jaewan almost stood up when

' You are not going anywhere' Taehyung shot up from his place...' What's wrong with you all? I have been trying to talk to you all from the morning and you are just!!' He huffed

' Tae...are you ok?' Yoongi frowned

' No!! Am not ok' Taehyung was getting restless

' What happened? If it's that Jungkook th-'

' Stop bringing up his name when something goes wrong' Taehyung almost yelled..

' Taehyung...but I need to go to the pack house..the king had sent for me and if I didn't go he-'

' It's the Prince's order' Taehyung stood straight cutting off Jaewan mid sentence' You ain't going'

' What should I say to him? That your most favorite son had forbidden me from coming to the pack house because he wanted to talk?' Jaewan mocked ' Tae he will straight away come here if he even gets to know about y-'

' Ajusshi' Taehyung called softly ' Nothing will happen to me'

' Luna' A guard entered and bowed

' What happened Limyong?' Jihye asked

' Luna...the King of Mirawik is here' And just then Jungkook walked in with a soft smile

' Greetings Luna' Jungkook said respectfully as he bowed ' Hello Ajusshi... hello Ajumma'

Jimin whipped his head towards a smiling Taehyung who had his eyes fixed on Jungkook

' Don't tell me this is why you said that?' Yoongi asked raising a brow as Taehyung nodded ' I thought you were talking about me protecting you'

Jimin scoffed seeing the angry pout on his mate

' Did you just scoff?' Yoongi glared at him as Jimin winked

' You said what?' Jungkook gave a puzzled look

' Nothing you should know' Taehyung deadpanned ' And why are you here?'

' You only told me to come pick you up' Jungkook said blinking

' I told you to come pick me up in the evening' Taehyung crossed his arms

' And I told that I would be coming by noon' Jungkook argued back...his nose scrunching and brows furrowing

' So it's noon already?' Taehyung bit back a smile when he saw Jungkook gaping...not finding anything to say while the rest of the family members enjoyed the bickering

You little devil Jimin linked his hyung Playing hard to get now huh?

He deserves it Taehyung laughed as he looked at his mate

' It was about to be noon anyways...so i thought why not just come here..' Jungkook mumbled

' Stop teasing him' Hyorin laughed ' Jungkook sit down... Taehyung was about to say something important'

' Hyung I know that I did wrong..but I promise have never hurt Tae intentionally...now will I ever' Jungkook sighed as he sat down beside a still glaring Yoongi

' Taehyung...what was that about which you wanted to talk' Jaewan asked trying to reduce the tension between them

'Eomma...You knew about Chae eomma being a soothsayer' It came out as a statement rather than a question and they all had different reactions

For Jimin Yoongi and Jungkook it was something that they didn't expect and for Jihye Jaewan and Hyorin it was something they never expected to come out

' Who told you?' Jihye stood up

' You didn't tell anyone right?' It was Jaewan ' We can't let anyone know'

'So you all knew?' Taehyung asked...his voice a bit hurt ' So you also knew the fact that eomma knew that she will die if I was born... you all knew that she died because of me'

' Tae.. that's not the truth...she didn't die because of you' Hyorin spoke up

' If you know this much then you'd also know that the families of Mirawik were blessed by the moon goddess' Taehyung asked...his eyes now brimming with tears

' Taehyung' Jungkook stood up followed by Jimin and Yoongi

' You all would also know about the powers tooo... right' Taehyung said raising his hand..and everyone's eyes widened when he turned around extending his hand sending a glowing silver orb that went swirling towards Yoongi

All had their hearts in their mouths as Taehyung stood his ground...eyes fixed on Jimin who jumped in front of Yoongi preventing the silver orb from hitting his mate as he held his hand out creating a shield in front of them both

Jimin panted hard as he stood straight..his eyes wide as he looked at his hands...

' Are you ok?' Both Yoongi and Jungkook asked together as Jimin nodded slowly

' What madness is this Taehyung' Jaewan scolded as he pulled Jimin closer... looking for any injuries' And what is happening with you both?'

' If...' Taehyung totally ignored Jaewan's yells as he turned towards Jihye who now looked more scared than shocked ' If it was the Mirawikians who were blessed with undefeatable powers..then how come...Jimin...a pure Alwarakian possess this power?'

' Taehyung enough' Jihye said starting to walk away

' With every blessing comes a curse.... Mirawik was blessed and Alwarak cursed...' Taehyung continued

' I told you its enough Taehyung!' Jihye's voice hardened...her eyes deep glowing with anger

Something kicked in Jungkook when he saw Taehyung flinching slightly at Jihye's voice... making him move closer towards Taehyung...who visibly relaxed under his calming scent

Yoongi had his eyes fixed on Jungkook and his heart felt a bit at peace seeing the alpha king's action

' I won't stop until I get my answers Eomma' Taehyung talked back

' Don't forget your limits Taehyung' Jihye glared at him....

Hyorin and Jimin's eyes widened...they have never seen Jihye talking like this to Taehyung

'The royal family and chieftain Kim's family were just two among the blessed families of Mirawik... Jungkook and Jin hyung are elementals..fire and water respectively... I am...I don't know what..but I have my powers because am half Mirawikian...'

' I don't want to continue this conversation' Jihye started walking out when a hand on her wrist stopped her...

' Eomma' Jimin's scared voice was heard making Jihye turn around

' Tell us eomma.... Then how come Jimin has his powers?' Taehyung's voice held an ocean of desperation

Jimin's eyes brimmed with tears as he took small steps back...all the while Jihye tried to talk a hold of the alpha prince...

Hyorin too was now crying remembering how cruel the king was that night to everyone

Jae...am sorry for hiding it... please forgive me' Jihye hid her face in her palms as she cried her heart out...she felt like a big burden was lifted off her... but her heart hurts thinking that her son would hate her now

Jihye stilled when a hand wrapped around her shoulder... pulling her into a hug

' Am so proud of you eomma' Jimin held the crying omega close to his chest ' Am so proud of you.... You were so strong all these years...'

' You don't hate me?' Jihye asked raising her head

' How can we' Jaewan spoke up with a warm smile ' How can we when you did all this just for my sister and her son.... Jungkook looked at Taehyung whose face was blank..He knew what the younger was thinking now...

It's not your fault Taehyung Jungkook immediately linked him It was a decision the Luna took on her own will and you can't blame yourself for anything now...not for your eomma's death...nor thinking that you separated two mates and an appa from his son...

Taehyung felt something in him stir when he saw them...they now looked so complete and happy...he looked back at his mate whose mismatched orbs were already on him

Junghyun just scoffed as he turned towards Jungkook

Taehyung bit his lips...his eyes blurring with tears as he felt a pang in his chest....

Jimin was about to retort when Yoongi held his hand.. stopping him...his eyes fixed on to Jungkook

Jihye was seething at the king's words.... Jimin struggled to be let free from Yoongi's hold...he could feel the pain on his nape...

Taehyung hung his head low....his heart dropping at the words as a disgusted feeling crept up his chest....

' Was he tooo bad that you came this soon to abandon him?' Junghyun laughed but stilled when a loud voice boomed through the walls

' Kim Taehyung!' Jungkook growled making everyone shiver in fear ' Hold your head high'

Taehyung took in a sharp breath...as he slowly raised his head looking at his mate...whose eyes were burning with rage as he glared at Junghyun

Taehyung was about to look down again when a hand came wrapping around his waist... pulling him into a hard chest followed by a deep voice ' I told you to hold your head high... You are Jeon Jungkook's mate and the Luna of Mirawik...never....I said never ever hang your head low in front of anyone...not even mine'

Taehyung nodded as he leaned onto Jungkook...the elder's scent calming him as he wiped off the tears

' And you....first of all I don't remember me allowing you to call me by my name.... it's still king for you...and secondly... You are lucky that Taehyung's loved ones are still inside the palace' Jungkook's eyes now turned ember...' Otherwise I wouldn't have thought twice before setting this whole place on fire just like the one you saw 25 years ago...on my fourth birthday'

Taehyung stilled... his teary eyes staring at his mate... as he remembered the story Jaewan once said about Daewon inviting Junghyun on his son's fourth birthday...the day when Mirawik lost its alpha and luna
