FLORIDA, MIAMI WAS popular for a lot of things: parties, the weather, tourist attractions... those types of things. however, near miami beach, was located a specific garage with infamous racers and dealers.

lets start off with the basics: tej was a guy who knew practically everyone in miami. he had close connections and sources, but he kept his circle small. he was basically the go-to guy when you wanted something done, but not just anyone could simply ask or approach him.

he had a close set of friends, whether that's from mutuals or growing up with them. from there, came whom he and his friends liked to call two of miami's finest teen drivers. well, according to everyone who's seen them drive- which was only sometimes, due to laying low and obviously it being illegal. though, the two were quite the showmen.

desirée cortez and julian reeves led an adventurous life with their found family. however, what happens when an unexpected event occurs which leads them to put their lives at risk? will they figure their feelings out before it's too late?
