๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ as they waited for Johnny to start training. The dojo was filled with new students who were mostly "weird kids" that wanted to learn how to defend themselves.
Jess punched Timmy in the face and he fell to the ground groaning in pain.
"Is that Eli and Demetri?" Jess tilts her head. Just the other day she saw Kyler bullying Eli, Demetri, and Miguel in the library.
Timmy groaned in response as he laid limply on the ground. Jess looked down and rolled her eyes. She chuckled as she grabbed his arms and dragged him up.
"You ok, Timmy Tim?" Jess laughed with a teasing look on her face.
Timmy turned to face her slowly. His eyes dark as he glared right into her soul.
"How many times have I told you not to call me that?" Timmy sneered.
"Call you what?" Jess batted her eyelashes innocently.
"You know what," Timmy said.
Jess started circling around him in a teasing manner.
"You mean, Timmy Tim," Jess poked his side as she ran back to her previous spot a few feet away from him.
"Why you-" Timmy went to lunge at Jess, but Johnny popped out of nowhere and grabbed Timmy. He tried to get out of the old man's grasp, but failed and just let him hold him lamely.
"Homeless Guy! Ready to start training?" Jess had been calling him that all week and only because it got on Johnny's nerves.
"You're not gonna stop calling me that, are you?" Johnny raised his eyebrows. Timmy blew a hair out of his face growing bored as Johnny kept a strong hold on him. Well, more like he refused to put him down.
"Nope," Jess popped the 'p'.
Johnny sighed as he threw Timmy at Jess, but she quickly moved out of the way causing Timmy to fall flat on his face.
"Ow"
โโโโโโโงโฆโโฆโงโโโโโโ
"Quiet!"
Everyone flinched and stopped what they were doing. They looked at Johnny as they gave him their full attention.ย
"Face front," Everyone quickly turned to face Johnny.
Johnny started to walk around the room, observing every student he passed with a look of disgust.
"Nice shirt," Johnny say's to Demetri.
"Thanks," Demetri looks down at his shirt with a smile.
"I'm joking. It sucks," Johnny keeps walking.
He walks up to a boy who had long hair and glasses. The boy smiled at Johnny oblivious to the comment he was about to receive.
"Word of advice. If you got shit for teeth, don't smile," the kid stops smiling and looks down embarrassed.
"God, makes me feel like a virgin, just looking at you," he says to another kid.ย
"When I look around this dojo, I don't see Cobra Kai material. I see losers, I see nerds," Johnny walks to the front.
"He's talking about you," Jess whispers in Timmy's ears.
Timmy elbowed Jess and she stepped on his foot. They started play fighting again, which caught everyone's attention.
"LaRusso! Coleman!" The two of them stop and look up at Johnny. Jess had her fist in the air aimed at Timmy's chest.
"Get off each other! And pay attention," Timmy shoved Jess off of him and she fell onto the mat with a thud.
They both stood up and wiped their gi's.
"Sorry, Sensei!"
"Sorry, Homeless Guy!"
Johnny sent a glare Jess's way, which she responded back with a smirk and a wave. Johnny turned back to the class.
"But in my short time as a sensei, I've also seen some miracles," Johnny, Miguel, and Aisha look at each other with smiles in their faces.
"So, maybe there's some hope for you yet. But first, I need to see where you're at. So everybody fall in!" Johnny instructs the class, but no one moves. Everyone just looks around the class confused.
"That means line up," Johnny throws his hands in the air in disbelief.
Kids nod and start going into a line. Jess and Johnny both put their hands over their face.
"No, not...not line up in a line. Lines!" Johnny explains.
"What Homeless Guy means is get into damn rows you, incompetent children!" Jess yells out to class standing next to Johnny as if she's another Sensei. Johnny rolls his eyes and shoves her.
"What she said," he mutters looking down at his feet.
โโโโโโโงโฆโโฆโงโโโโโโ
"Fighting positions! Jab punch!" Everyone does either what Johnny says or the complete opposite.
"Nope, wait till I say go. Hiyah!" Everyone throws a punch.
"Hiyah!"
"Hiyah!"
"Hiyah!"
Johnny walks up to certain kids and tries to help them or he ends up making them feel like shit.
"Hey, Lip," Eli looks at Johnny nervously.
"Yeah, you. The one with the freaky lip. Who do you think I'm talking to?" Eli looks to the floor.
"Excuse me, uh, Mr. Lawrence," Demetri stands up for Eli.
"Sensei Lawrence!" Aisha yells. Jess gave her a look that said 'not the time'.
"You really shouldn't make fun of someone's physical experience," Demetri points out.
Jess inhales sharply and shared a worried look with Timmy. This wasn't going to end well.
"Oh, is that so?" Johnny walks up to Demetri threateningly.
"So, I'm not supposed to mention his lip at all?" Johnny asks in disbelief.
"Well, yeah," Demetri looks at Johnny as if it's obvious.
"Maybe that's what they teach you in school, but in the real world, you can't expect people to do what they're supposed to do. You hear that, Lip? If you can't handle someone making fun of you, how are you gonna handle an elbow to the teeth?" Johnny says. He really gives good advice in the weirdest and probably meanest way possible.
"By calling the police," Demetri does some weird hand gesture as if to prove his point.
"Dude. Knock it off," Miguel whispers with a warning look. Demetri was on thin ice, but he just kept throwing gas into the flame.
"What? He does realize the Nazis lost the war, right? Why should I be scared of him? Because he's got a snake on his wall? It's not like he's a teacher who give us a bad grade. We're paying him. He works for us," Demetri rambles on and on.
Jess notices that Johnny is getting annoyed with the little piece of shit. She sends him a warning look which he ignores.
"It's not like he can actually hurt us," Demetri looks at Johnny with a challenging expression.
"Oh shit. Set a reminder to schedule a funeral for this, elf-looking kid," Jess slaps her forehead. Timmy and Jess share a look.
He's really done it this time
Johnny walks up to Demetri and everyone scurries away.
"You done? Hit me," Demetri looks at Johnny like he's crazy. Which if you were to ask Jess, she would say that he is without a doubt, crazy.
"Go ahead, hit me. Strike me right here" Johnny points at his nose. Demetri gets into a weak fighting pose. He goes to throw what looks like just pointing at Johnny's face, but is his version of a punch. Johnny easily blocks it.
"Harder"
Demetri looks around embarrassed. He gets into his fighting stance again and throws another punch. It's visibly stronger, but Johnny slaps his arm away again.
"Is that all you got, princess?" Demetri looks at Johnny in disbelief. He throws a strong-for-Demetri-but-not-the-rest-of-the-world punch, and it backfires horribly.
Johnny grabs his arm and flips him onto his back. He gets down and pretends to punch him, which causes Demetri and the rest of the class to flinch.
"Let that be a lesson to all of you," Johnny points at everyone.

Jess had been forced to come to the dealership with her dad, since she got suspended from her school, again. She used to come when she was little, but now the thought of going anywhere with her father disgusted Jess.
When they got there Daniel immediately walks off and starts talking with Anoush. Jess slowly follows overhearing their conversation.
"Hey, you know, I've been looking for someone to do a little karate with. Are you interested?" Daniel has a hopeful look as he asks Anoush.
"Are you asking me as a friend or as my boss?" Anoush asks carefully.
"As a friend"
"I'm busy"
"Ok, as your boss," Daniel rolls his eyes.
"I'm sick," Anoush says slowly.
"Come on. It's a good workout," Daniel begs.
"I would love to do it, honestly, but tonight, I'm working out with Priya," Anoush says proudly.
Jess smirks and decided to speak up.
"Who's Priya? Your sex toy?" Jess wiggled her eyebrows at Anoush.
Daniel looked at her in disgust before he turned his attention back on Anoush.
Jess rolled her eyes before looking around the dealership. She noticed that nothing had really changed since she had last bee there. Her eyes then landed on a boy her age with dirty blonde hair. She furrowed her eyebrows and walked towards him. She tapped his shoulder roughly. He turned around and they both gasped.
"You!" They both said in sync.
Jess's nose flared in anger. She grabbed him by his shirt and pulled him to an empty room. She closed the door and shoved him against the wall roughly. The boys eyes widened in fear as he held his arms up in surrender.
"Oh, Ponytail. I've been waiting for this moment. You're dead! And your gonna fucking regret messing with me," Jess raised her arm about to punch him.
"Wait!" The boy yelled covering his face.
Jess froze and looked at him with wild eyes. They both observed each other. The boy had the prettiest green eyes that had gold specks that shined when the light hit them. He had the faintest freckles on his nose. He was beautiful. There was no other way to put it.
"What?" Jess held him against the wall harder.
"I'm sorry, okay? I shouldn't have done what I did. It was wrong. Pleas don't kill me," the boy peaked from between the shelter of his arms.
Jess lowered her arm, but kept a strong grip on his shirt.
"Fine," she shoves him before she let go of his shirt and took a step back.
"But if you ever mess with me or even look at me weirdly, you're fucking screwed. Got that?" Jess stared deep into his green eyes.
The boy nodded his head furiously as he stayed against the wall, not daring to move.
Jess started to walk off leaving, but she turned back and looked at him.
"What's your name?" She crossed her arms.
"Robby. Robby Keene," Robby stepped away from the door slightly.
Jess nodded and turned to leave again. She was stopped by Robby yelling after her.
"Wait!" Robby yelled.
Jess turned around and looked at him blankly.
"What about you? What's your name?" He asked.
Jess walked over to him and gave him a sickly grin.
"That's for me to know, and for you to never find out," she patted his cheek and left Robby standing in the room amazed.
โโโโโโโงโฆโโฆโงโโโโโโ
Jess was leaning against a table bored out of her mind. She notices Robby getting teased by Anoush and Louis. She was still mad at him, but a part of her still felt bad. She smirked as she got an idea.
She waited for Louis and Anoush to walk away before she walked towards him.
"Hey! Willy Wonka!" Robby turned to face her.
"I thought it was Ponytail?" Robby gave an amused expression.
"Well, you're not wearing a ponytail at the moment, and you look Will Wonka. But trust me, the second I see you wearing a ponytail again, I will call you Ponytail," Jess grabbed a bag of popcorn that was sitting on the table.
"Mmm. This is good. You made this," Jess pointed to the popcorn in her hands. Robby gave a small nod and she looked at him impressed. She put the bag down and turned to him seriously.
"I saw Louis and Anoush screwing with you, and I think I can help," Jess looked at him.
Robby straightened and signaled Jess to go on.
"You want to get noticed?" Jess raised her eyebrows. Robby nodded desperately.
"Okay, heres what you need to do. Every Wednesday, someone has to rotate the cars in the showroom, keep the inventory fresh. Now, you see that Porsche 911 over there? Well, the boss around here has been wanting g to move it up to the front by the windows. You up to it?" Jess smirked and Robby was easily convinced.
"Sure. Yeah, I can do it," Robby nodded.
"Okay," Jess handed him the keys and walked away with a smug look on her face.
Oh, this is gonna be fun

Jess watched as Robby walked up to the car. He gets in and starts the car. The engine revs loudly through the dealership. People gasp as they watch him.
"Whoa! Whoa!" Daniel runs out of his office.
"What the hell is the matter with you?" Robby turns the car off and gets out quickly.
"Starting a car in a crowded showroom? What, are you out of your mind?" Daniel asks in disbelief as Robby just stares at him his mouth agape.
"What we're you thinking?" Robby looks at Jess. She was hunched over laughing. She looked up at Robby and made eye contact with him. She smirked and gave him a sarcastic wave. Robby glared at her so hard that if looks could kill she would be dead.
"Screw this," Robby storms off and leaves the dealership. Daniel chases after him. Amanda reassures everyone that everything was ok. She looked at Jess and dragged her into her office.
"What were you thinking, Jess? What's your problem with Robby?" Amanda leaned against her desk angrily.
"I don't know. Just don't like the kid. Besides, nothing ever happens here. I just wanted to have a little fun," Jess shrugged as she walked out of Amanda's office. Amanda sighed as she watched her daughter leave.

"Ok, everybody. Fall in"
It was later on in the day and Jess was stretching before training began. She couldn't stop feeling bad for what she did to Robby earlier.
"Where is everyone? Crater face? Nose ring? Slingshot?" Johnny looked around the dojo. There were a lot less kids than there were yesterday. Everyone either stayed and sucked it up or were now crying to mommy.
"They quit, Sensei," Miguel muttered.
"Are you serious?" Johnny looked at his four main students in disbelief.
"I mean, good. That was a test. I wanted to see who the quitters are. Not you guys," Johnny tried to play off his shock.
"You're in it to win it, right? You could be at home playing your iComputers, playing your video games, eating candy. Instead, you're here, doing push-ups, learning how to fight," Johnny looked at the remaining students.
Jess stifled a laugh at how inexperienced Johnny was when it came to technology.
"Lip, look. Even Lip's stronger than those guys," Johnny points at Eli.
"He's no quitter," everyone turns to Eli.
"Could you not call me that?" Eli mutters softly.
"Excuse me, what?" Johnny gets closer in order to hear.
"Could you please not call me that," Eli repeats firmly.
"Um, I'll warm them up, Sensei," Miguel tries to change the subject, but Johnny won't have it.
"No, Lip has something he wants to say. Sorry, speak up, Lip. Or is your tongue messed up too?" Johnny walks forward and stands in front of Eli.
"Are you one of those challenged kids?" Johnny asks quietly.
"Um, the doctor said I could be on the spectrum," Eli looks down.
"I don't know what that is, but get off it pronto. All right? If you don't want me to call you "Lip," don't have a weird lip. Can't you get surgery?" Johnny kept going and Eli kept getting more and more uncomfortable.
"I was born with a cleft lip. This is the scar from the surgery," Eli stares at Johnny sadly.
"You mean it worse before that? Or did the doctor just screw up? Because if this is the after photo, that sucks, man. You should sue," Johnny points at Eli.
"Can we just please change the topic," Eli says tears forming in his eyes.
"You don't think I want to? It's right in front of me. You wanna be something other than a nerd with a scar on his lip, you gotta flip the script. Ok? Get a face tattoo or gouge your eye out. We'll call you "Patch," all right? No don't do that one. You'll still look like a freak," Eli walks off to the bathroom, having enough of Johnny's bullshit.
"Oh, great. Another quitter"

Amanda dragged Jess over to where Robby was organizing the snack table.
"You don't have to do that. Jess is going to be handling your work for the rest of the day. Right?" Amanda said passive aggressively towards her daughter. Jess glared at her mother before she turned towards Robby.
"Yeah. Robby, I'm sorry for yesterday's events. I've been told that what I did is considered rude to many people," Jess recites as she rolls her eyes. Her mother kept her up late making her come up with an apology for Robby.
"Ok," he said simply.
"Seriously?! I worked my ass coming up with that apology, and all you have to say is "ok"?" Jess asked angrily.
Amanda slapped her upside the head and gave Jess a look.
"Thanks," he added.
Jess scoffed as Amanda took of a LaRusso Auto shirt off her shoulder.
"Oh, and we have something for you. It's official. You've earned it" Amanda handed Robby the shirt as he smiled.
Jess started to organize the snack table. She huffed frustrated that she ended up getting in trouble.
"Good luck, LaRusso," Robby smirked as he started walking away.
"Yeah, ye-. Wait, how did you know my last name?" Jess looked at him confused.
Robby backed away opening the door.
"I have my ways. Have fun, Jessica," he teased and left.
"It's Jess, you mother-" she was cut off by Robby slamming the door shut.
She rolled her eyes and turned back to the table. She saw a box of Stevia and picked it up and threw it away in disgust.
