When they reached the Bangtan Mansion on Presidents Hill Estate, Yoongi felt physically exhausted. On the flight from Manila, his soul mark burned terribly. He couldn't stop thinking about Ji-Ho.

It was as if his heart was constantly aching, and day by day, the hole got bigger. The "big reveal" of YG entertainment has caused everyone to pay attention to her. He has only read about her accomplishments recently.

The beautiful soulmate was causing him migraines, and he was fantasizing about her. His dream was to kiss her in real life, not in his dreams. He thought about the stress they had experienced with Jin and his soulmate Samiya*.

Jins'' mother informed Jin that she wanted her daughter-in-law to stay at Gwancheon's family mansion after hearing about Samiyas' hospitalization.

Samiya will be taken care of by her for a week as Jin is too busy with appearances before going to Hong Kong. Models from China, South Korea, and China participated in the Fila commercial and photoshoot.

A television interview about their latest album, Wings, a music countdown show, will follow a variety show.

It is likely that they will have two to three free days and then have to leave for the BBMA in Las Vegas. Seeing his "best friend" makes Namjoon incredibly excited. According to management, they would enjoy 4-5 days in the U.S. The live show will take place on Sunday.

The first Korean band to present a Billboard award represents an important accomplishment in the Korean pop scene. They have been nominated for the Social Global Artist award. Although they face tough competition, they don't care if they don't win. Being nominated is an achievement in and of itself.

Yoongi smiles alone because everyone calls him Minstrodamus. He usually makes accurate predictions. He told them they would win an award from the BBMA.

He arose late the following morning. The previous evening, he suffered from a heavy soul mark attack, he could not sleep, and he only fell asleep at 1 am.

The weather appeared clear, but forecasters predict heavy downpours later today. The whole day yesterday, Taehyung was restless. He complained that his soul mark was stinging. The shots that Namjoon received from Sejin helped them immensely. At least they were able to sleep.

He and Taehyung are expected to meet their destinies soon, but unbeknownst to the Bangtan Boys, he already met his, but he rejected the bond. His suffering is still too much for him.

He swore that when Jhope found his soulmate, even if he doesn't believe in love anymore, he would do everything in his power to make sure he was happy. This is what he deserved.

Although Yoongi was so afraid of coming clean to the hyungs about meeting his soulmate already, Yoongi knows he cannot go on with an unactivated bond. There will be a great deal of trouble after six months.

Slowly, he made his way to the lounge area where Jimin and Jhope were playing Mortal combat. Due to Jimin cheating again, Jungkook was enjoying watching the two bickering brothers.

Yoongi is unsure if Namjoon has an innocent or pure friendship with his "secret best friend." Often when Namjoon is napping or on the phone, he texts his "secret best friend.".

He heard Namjoon calling someone "babe", "sweets", or all sorts of strange cheesy pet names. He doesn't believe that Namjoon called his school boyfriends those pet names unless he's playing for the other team.

Taehyung looked refreshed and clothed in his cool greyish white FILA jacket and a cap with his mask.

"Tae, where are we going?" Yoongi asks with furrowed brows.

Taehyung smiled, "I feel like going out. I don't know why, but I want to go outside for fresh air. The day seemed lovely and clear."

"Are you going to Coex mall?" Jin asked from the kitchen.

Taehyung shrugged. "What do you need from the mall?"

With a smile, Jin said, "Yes, please can you take my receipt and find out if I have received my new notepad?"

"If the notepad came, do I have to bring it back?" he asks. He enjoys running errands for Jin -hyung.

Jin replied and handed the receipt to Taehyung, "I'll get it tomorrow. I want more accessories. It's a present for Samiya. She can work on her computer or download her favourite games today at the Kim residence.".

Yoongi yawned, "I'm so tired! I hope you don't get mobbed. Come back before 2 pm, because the weather forecast predicts heavy downpours. Don't get caught in the rain!"

"I need a bit of fresh air." Taehyung smiles, "I'll be careful."

Jungkook yelled from the living area, "TaeTae...please bring me six-packs of banana milk. I have a craving for it."

"Okay, I don't feel like driving a car. I feel like taking an uber and taking a stroll to the mall like an average guy." He grabbed his phone to make an uber call.

Yoongi shook his head went into the kitchen to get himself a bottle of grapefruit flavoured energy drink. He gave Jin also his favourite energy drink. He needs a morning energizer.

Amid the hoot outside, Taehyung greeted everyone and rushed out of the door in a rash; Yoongi shrugged his shoulders. Taehyung has been behaving strangely lately. Hopefully, he won't get mobbed by fans.

It was a very relaxing afternoon for the boys until a storm broke out. It was decided that the meeting would not be held due to the rain.

Where is Taehyung?

Jhope was concerned. "Guys, Tae has been gone for almost two hours. Call him."

"I hope he didn't buy that car he was eyeing in Hyundai's recent catalogue," Namjoon replied, irritated. "I don't think he realized we were supposed to attend that meeting."

As Jungkook called Taehyung, his facial expression became increasingly concerned. "I'll call him. I hope nothing bad happened to him. It's pouring outside."

Jungkook in a loud voice, "Taehyung, where are you? ... you're supposed to be out for only a few minutes...it's been almost two hours..:.? We thought you got mobbed" he frantically shouts.

Taehyung sound detached " Hi kookie, sorry something came up...I got ...distracted...I'll get your stuff another time. I'm just a little tired."

Jungkook sounds suspicious," please, Taehyung, don't tell me you went and buy that car! Namjoon -hyung is livid. Did you forget we were supposed to meet the creative director? Luckily it's been raining non-stop? I covered for you."

Taehyung quietly said." thanks, kooks....I'll make it up to you."

Jungkook sounds concerned," it still rains heavily. Must we come and get you, or are you taking an Uber home?"

Taehyung declined the offer and told him he'd get an uber back home. Jungkook wondered why

After 30 minutes later

Taehuyng entered their new living room. Everybody was glad he was back after a bit of scolding from Yoongi- hyung. He went and sat next to an over-excited Hobi.

Yoongi turned his face and looked intently at Taehuyng whole demeanour. His intuition told him that something is different about the second youngest.

They touched home ground yesterday, and he looked strange...not depressed or worried like most of the times, but there is an aura of melancholy, downhearted or sadness.

Yoongi stood by the marble table counter drinking coffee out of a mug.

He looks at Taehuyng, who was staring far away into space. The boys are squealing and enjoy the gaming match between Jhope and Jungkook, but Tae only stared blankly in front of him, not watching or participating.

"Tae ...would you like a cup of hot chocolate...we ordered take out it will be here in a bit." he offered kindly.

Taehuyng looks up, and a tentative smile reaches the corner of his lips. "I will be much appreciated, Yoongi-hyung."

Yoongi smirk," Would you like to come here and keep me company?" he gestures with his head to go to the kitchen.

Taehuyng sighs stood up, and joined him in the open plan kitchen. He took a seat at one of the kitchen bar stools, away from the rest of the boys' ears and eyes.

Yoongi took out his favourite cup and started making him a hot chocolate drink " Is everything ok?"

Taehuyng rubbed across his face," not really... today was a very... strange day. Something so profound happened that it's hard to comprehend."

Yoongi looked at him with worried eyes" Did your soul mark act up again in...public?"

Taehuyng nod then whisper," Not only that...I'll show you something but ...please don't show any reaction...we'll talk later in your studio" he opened his video app and handed his phone to show Yoongi what happened almost two hours ago.

Yoongi watches with wide eyes as he looked upon the magical soul-bonding ritual. It's amazing. He looked up at him, stunned.

Yoongi, with a voice, filled with awe and said softly," y ...you met her today?" Wow, now Tae is done with the soul mark sufferings. But why does he look so gloomy?

Taehuyng nodded sadly," We both didn't want it at first, but the longer we spend time in that space ...I started to realise that I can't reject her...Yoongie-huyng, when I held her in my arms ..it was as though I came home. We both have the red-gold string..but the pain. I felt as if I was in hell ..that is how painful it was...I wanted her with me, Yoongi...what in the world I'm I going to do? Knowing she somewhere but I cannot reach out to her?"

He sounded so gloomy. Yoongi could stare speechless at his little brother. Taehuyng is growing up. When you have the red gold string, you are practically married by the system. It's An Unbreakable Bond. Like it or not, you bound. That is why he is so scared to activate the bond. How will he be able to leave her behind? Jin-Hyung can't even survive two weeks without Samiya*

"You don't want the huyngs to know right now?" he hands the mug to Tae. Taehyung loves hot chocolate.

"I'll tell them ..just not today...please keep it a secret..." taking a sip from his chocolaty drink.

"Bang Pd needs to be informed...your situation changed... you are the red gold string... an essential string...even the system laws don't want soulmates to separated after a month...is she Korean? "Yoongi asked. Luckily his girl is full-blooded Korean. Poor Jin and Samiya had to fight for their love.

Taehuyng groaned," That's the thing she's a visitor ...she's leaving for Beijing in a week...she's Chinese -Korean...Yoongi-hyung, she is so beautiful...I couldn't resist kissing her...oh gosh!" He wiped his eyes as he reminisces about the simple kiss on her soft lips. Gosh!

Yoongi gasped, "Oh my word Tae, you can't separate after a month. The energy can only keep you for 30 days. You need to energise up... soul marks with the red string are bound." he looks more worried now.

Taehuyng laughs bitterly," I know, we need to work out something, but you at least got your dating ban lift...I still have three years left. It's mess up."

"Maybe BangPd and the other CEOs can work something out...it will affect your performance, remember, you're in the main dance line", Yoongi reminded him. Taehyung will be very weak on stage without invigoration.

"I'll tell them much later. I have to process it first," he deeply inhaled.

Yoongi furrows his brows" Where's your new Fila jacket you bought in Manilla ?" looking at his white shirt.

Taehuyng shrugged," With my soulmate...she had a plain sleeved dress on..., and I didn't want her to become sick, so I let her have it." he finishes his drink and put the mug down, not noticing the teasing glint in his eyes.

Yoongi smirk teasingly," Aww, the protective side already kicked in..you're are so whipped!"

Taehuyng just snickers and shove Yoongi shoulder. " She's going to be the death of me... she's so beautiful, Yoongi. Stop looking so smugly at me ..remember, you're next in line. Mine is settled now." Yoongi rolls his eyes.

He lifts his sleeve and shows Yoongi, who looked at it admiringly.

Yoongi in awe," wow, it's beautiful... and to think we only see it a year later." He clicks his tongue and shoves his shoulder. Taehyung refused to tell them his soul mark. He went and booked an in virso binding with management the same day.

Taehuyng smile and stood up from the stool." thanks for the drink, call me when the food comes, I'm going to shower first...my muscles feel a little stiff."

Up the stairs, he ran to his private quarters. After Yoongi finished his drink, he sat with the rest of the boys.

Taehyung was not afraid to complete the bonding ritual. Yoongi felt conflicted about his relationship with his girl. Even he does not know the true identity of the girl he loves. What lies behind that sweet face. Are she and her sister scammers?

Even if he loves her with all his heart, how can he tell if she is truthful? He is not sure if he can trust her. Who is she?

It was quite an eventful week. The boys took part in the Fila commercial and photoshoot. When Taehyung came forth and told them about this soulmate, the boys were in shock. On the day of the shoot, she met them. She was very short, but she was beautiful and savage.

There must be a deep love between her and Taehyung. It didn't help that Jhope and Jimin were mesmerized by her visuals because Taehyung was so jealous to know that Jin and he were his soulmates bias and wreckers.

They made several minor appearances during the week. They recorded a variety show with Blackpink, which was surprising.

Management made a quick decision. Despite the boys' reluctance to go to Korean shows, the public wanted to see two of the country's most popular bands performing together.

Blackpink was surprised to be chosen instead of Twice, their professional rivals.

Lisa and Jennie, who were totally into the guys, were extremely excited. Yoongi's heart constricts painfully after just a glance at Jisoo. He was reminded of what he let go of as he looked at her.

The thought of the sisters made him angry again. Jennie couldn't stop staring at him. He is so adorable. She had to be rebuked by Lisa and Rose because Yoongi seemed uncomfortable.

As a team, the boys and the funny girls had a good time doing the show. Jennie was timid, while Jisoo was very confident. To prevent bonding, the boys had cute gloves on. Rose smirked and couldn't wait to tease those lovesick girls.

As Jisoo smugly gazed at Yoongi, she knew his gaze was avoiding hers. She was about to do something that would anger her sister to the core, but a little demon pushed her to do it. Waiting for him to be alone will be her only option. Jennie told them she also wants to be alone with him.

They were served tasty snacks in the green room by the show management. Jimin, Namjoon and Jungkook were getting to know Rose and Lisa. There was a lot of flirting among the unmated ones. They gathered in the adjacent room for drinks and snacks, which were set out like a buffet.

Taehyung and Jin were sitting on lone seats texting their soulmates.

Tae didn't care about anything around him. It was of less importance. After a few minutes, Yoongi was seated backwards, eyes closed. While the rest were eating in the other room, he stayed in the green room alone, enjoying socialising. The presence of Jungkook mesmerized Lisa. Taehyung didn't want to form a friendship with the girl group. Talks to his girl are important to him.

Yoongi felt a presence sit beside him. When he opened his eyes, he was visibly shaken by the twin of the girl he loved.

Though his breath hitched, his facial features remained stoic and expressionless.

"Is there anything I can do to assist, Jisoo?" With a sarcastic tone, he asked.

"Don't worry, Min Yoongi, I'm not here to beg for your friendship because I know what you think of my sister and me." State Jisoo dryly.

"Then why are you on the sofa next to me if you knew that." His eyebrows raised as he retorted rudely.

This savage beast was enough to make Jisoo clench her teeth. He's indeed piping hot, but what Jennie and her sister saw in him was beyond her comprehension.

"Yoongi, you forgot about exposing us. YG already revealed my sister and me as twins. I consider all your treats void." Jisoo rolled her eyes.

A brow furrow appeared on Yoongi's face," And...?" He asked lazily. This girl can't just leave, can she? He was unnerved by her face.

Inhaling deeply, Jisoo pulled something out of her clutch bag. As she extended her closed fist in Yoongi's direction, he frowned, "My sister wants you to have it. Now we don't owe you anything, so please stop troubling us."

When he did not move, she grabbed his hand by force and let the item slide on his palm. It catches Yoongi's attention right away. As his eyes stared at the object in his palm, blood drained from his face. An unexpected expression of sadness appeared on his face. His girl doesn't want anything to do with him. Surely he could not blame her if she returned his love token. In the end, he has hurt her and rejected the bond, leading to their lives spiralling out of control.

"W...why?" he asked in a whisper, furrowing his brows.

His words couldn't be understood by Jisoo, who sighed and said," She gave it to me when you asked, remember, but she didn't want to give it up. Although she claimed it was hers, I decided to give it back to you. I was supposed to send it to her, but you're here now. It is your soulmate who deserves it."

Yoongi pursed his lips and nodded, "Yes, she is right; it belongs to my "future soulmate". " Jisoo felt a sudden sadness that enveloped Yoongi.

He looks at her with an emotionless gaze, " Why didn't she give it to me herself in the first place? Why were you the one to give it to me?".

With a bit of frustration, Jisoo said," Yoongi, she is in LA for six months, and if she enjoys living there, she might move there permanently."

"W...what?!" Yoongi's eyes widen, and he gets almost breathless, and his mind goes blank. It will be too late for them. The pendant was thrown in his pocket as he jumped up.

Yoongi's odd demeanour leaves Jisoo puzzled. What makes him act so out of character? Despite hating them, he seemed to be unhappy.

Jisoo stood up and looked at him, "Yoongi, I know you and my sister had a thing before you debuted. According to her, she lied to you about who she was. I had no idea she was involved with you. I still find it surreal to tell the truth, but she is innocent in all of this."

Yoongi narrowed his eyes as Jisoo continued to rant.

" ...this is the most selfless, kind, and thoughtful girl on this planet, that's my sister Yoongi. She apologizes so much for hurting you. She couldn't remain in a place where she had seen too much heartbreak and hardship. Yoongi, she left us." Seeing Jisoo's expression, she looks like she's going to cry, considering the pain her sister has experienced and living in Jisoo's shoes, dealing with their mother's favouritism, rejection from her soulmate ( which Jisoo has no idea off), everything.

Yoongi looks at Jisoo with a guilty expression Jisoo cannot comprehend." I apologize, Jisoo. I'm sorry for threatening her with an exposure that might force her to leave her country." as well as me, he added in his mind. After one last look at Jisoo, he walked out of the lounge and towards the excited chattering voices.

Jisoo was in a state of shock. BTS's most savage member apologized. He blames himself for her sister's departure. He looks so devastated. Why?

As Yoongi walked away from the group, he passed the group to go to the restroom. He stares blankly into the mirror in the restroom. His expressionless face betrays his deep distress. His fingers dug into his soft hair as he placed them on his head.

Oh my goodness! He felt the pain of what he did to his girl throughout his body. Tears began to flow from his eyes. How will he make things right? Los Angeles was her first stop for a fresh start after everything she had left behind. She left him. What a shock! His heart ached for her. Until today, she has treasured her pendant and didn't want to give it back. It was returned to him after she was compelled to do so. His heart ached, and he didn't know how to stop it.

As he stumbled out of the restroom, he bumped into a charming Jennie...

Inwardly, Yoongi sighs profanities of all kinds. Is there no way they can leave him alone?

As he mesmerized her with his captivating eyes, Jennie smiled charmingly. As she stood in such proximity to him, her heart pounded erratically." Hello Yoongi. May I talk to you for a moment?" As quickly as she could, she pulled a surprise Yoongi around the corner.
