Marco and I get in one of the many cars owned by Enzo. Everything passed by in blur, as I thought of him. I hope he's okay. A neon sign–sharp and bright, almost makes my eyes water.
I rush through and into the club and bar—my heart pounding like crazy. In his arms is a girl, skinny, and her head... the blood pouring out in thick dark lines. Her eyes shut, and not breathing. She looks like Enzo a bit. "Enzo!"
It seems my pleas fall on deaf ears. He walks past, with her to the car. "Marco, Get her to the hospital."
Watching as he instructs him on taking her to the emergency room and getting her treated, I stood there. What do I say?
A rough hand—much rougher than Enzo's covers my mouth. "Lisa... I caught you now."
He chuckles, the sound reverberating through my body. Pressing right up to me, his hardness between my bottom cheeks. This is Rocco. "You're not going anywhere. Your mine. Giovanni signed you away and that means nothing will stand between me and you.."
My body was ice—not once did I move, eyes wide and hands at my sides. Enzo is already gone. And I'm stuck with this monster.

Once I instructed Marco, I went back inside the club. Inside was sight I dared to erase from my mind if I had that chance. Rocco covered her mouth one hand and was whispering into Lisa's ears. She stood there, frozen—like a mere statue.
My whole body shook—something inside me brewed again. And it wasn't anything good. "Looks like the little boy is back. Sorry this price is all mine."
His hands roamed across her body—like a possession or a toy. Clenching my fists, I held my head down. Maybe I didn't wanna see what disgusting things he was gonna do to her. My Lisa.

My head pounded in the most horrible way possible. With all my sanity I forced myself to recall what happened. "You're awake, I'll call..."
"That's not necessary. Please I don't want anymore drama."
Marco sighs and walks over to my side. "Are you... okay?"
"I don't know Marco... I didn't want any part of this world filled with danger. You never know who will stab you next... and the moment you let out a breath... you lose it."
I rub my head, thickly bandaged. What happened and why does my head hurt so much?
"You should... rest... don't think too much."
This was the first time Marco spoke to me like this. Like a mere friend and not someone to be feared just cause of my family. Adjusting my wait, I lie back down. Guess I should forcing my brain beyond its usual boundaries.

Frozen—I stood there as his rough hands roamed me. My thoughts were nothing but dots of dust in the air. His hardness pressed against me and I couldn't protest cause my mouth was covered by those hands.
Lorenzo's whole body was shaking—like he was trying hard not to explode right then and there. And Rocco being Rocco, had me, locked in his hold. I shouldn't have come looking for Enzo.
I couldn't shake the fact that my dad's promise to Rocco was coming true. Whether I let him win or do something is up to me but how can I when he's holding me close. His breath grazed against my neck—fire and unpleasant.
"Hmm.... I guess I got what's mine..."
Rocco's hands moved across my chest, his eyes straight ahead. "See this Lorenzo? She likes the attention.... Isn't that right?... Lisa?"
The way he utters my name is like nails scratching down a chalkboard—thick, dark and ugly. Enzo looks almost ready to punch a wall but then he walks off, the other way—as if I'm a ghost.

"You didn't need to stay here Marco, I'm sure... Enzo needs you there," I say my head on the white fluffy pillow. The only pillow provided by the hospital.
"It's fine, Miss Romano."
"What did I say about calling me Miss Romano?"
Just as I'm about to hurl the pillow at him the doctor—white coat, with a name tag walks in. Middle aged woman that probably has a lot of patients. And not just the occasional checkup kind. "Seraphina Romano?"
"Yeah that's me."
He gets up from the chair, nods to me and walks out of the room. Well that's great. I'm hoping he'll go straight to Enzo.
"Your vitals look good but... we need to keep you here for a few hours."

He turned me around to face him. "Looks like it's just you and me darling. So, what's next on our itinerary? Rough sex?"
I don't want to do anything like that with this... with this monster. "...Yeah?"
I try my best to put on a brave front until Enzo finds a way to get me out of this. Resting his hand on my shoulder, he leads me through the halls—blurring into one line. I catch someone's eye. Is that... Ruby Kane?

I pace back and forth, my breath—a shallow wave. This is bad. Really bad. How the heck will I get her out of this? I've tried to think but not one thought nor plan seems to work in my brain.
"Think Enzo..." I mutter. There has to be a way.
"Whiskey! Why is your girl with Rocco?"
Whirling around I see her—short silk dress hiked up, her legs exposed to the air.
"I've got this, Ruby. You don't need to get involved," I said, a dark dangerous growl escaped me. Ruby made her way over to the couch, the very couch Lisa sat a day before.
There has to be a way I can save her. "Hey Whiskey?"
I groaned in response.
