Okay, so, this is gonna be a pretty long tutorial!

S T E P   1:

First, all you have to do is open your background and resize/mask the model. The highlighted layers represent base.

S T E P  2:

Next, you'll have to add a curves adjustment layer to work with the lighting and then add a hue and saturation layer on the dress to add a bit of color setting the to blend mode 'soft light'.

Here, I created to new layers adding a similar gradient for each. I set the first gradient to a 'soft light' blend mode and the second gradient to a 'Multiply' blend mode.

S T E P  4:

Now, I went ahead and added a solid color adjustment layer, using the masking technique to blend it and then I just took a random grape vine png from Google and slightly blurred it.

S T E P   5:

Here, I adjusted the brightness of the leaves from different angles which took me three curves layers. Make sure to clip them to the vine layer when working with the curves.

S T E P   6:

I just duplicated the same as step 5 to the other side.

S T E P  7:

Using the Elliptical Marquee Tool, I selected an oval and went to Edit<Fill and filled it with white.

S T E P   8:

Now, go to Filter<Blur<Gaussian Blur and adjust to a radius of your wish. I set mine to 94.6.

S T E P   9:

Add a mask to the layer and then set the blend mode to 'Overlay'.

S T E P   10:

Click on the mask layer, set your brush to black, adjust its size and flow and then alter the brightness to your wish.

I've added two more solid color adjustment layers here which are copies from step 4 and added a color balance layer.

Highlights: Yellow

Shadows: Blue

S T E P   12:

Next up is the text for which I used the same technique as shown in pt. 1 while just adding a bit of bevel and emboss effect.

Finally, I just went ahead and finished up the other text as well as adding a bit of bokeh lights and another color balance with the same settings as before. You're now done!
