hi yes they broke up. honestly we all knew this was coming but it was really hard for me to figure out how that was going to happen bc i did love jay and mitty together. i didn't want it to be a nasty breakup and this seemed like the best way for it to happen. jay just felt like they were already drifting and now that he knew mitty wasn't going to be heartbroken from it, he thought this was the right time. i love jay and pls don't hate on him bc he is the best character from this series rn.
