"You'll have to run faster then that if you wanna catch me!" Koda shouted as she ran as fast as her legs could carry her. The storm troopers chasing her grumbled. "You want this information back, don't you? I mean, it seemed pretty important to me." She added as she continued to trot through the forest barefoot, giggling like a gleeful child. "Koda stop socializing and get back to the ship." A voice snapped her from her taunts and she looked down at her comm link. She rolled her eyes. "Oh come on now, Tech! I'm almost there!" She replied. A blaster shot rang out and nearly grazed her shoulder. Koda snapped her head back to see the men in white armor with blasters trained on her, begging to start a shoot out. She had to think and react quickly. She let out a deep breath as she ran and turned her head so she could look behind her and with a wave of her hand a wall of water was pulled from the humidity of the air. The water wall separated her from the troopers chasing her and with her palm tilting upwards and a cool exhale of her breath the wall froze into a thick solid wall of ice. That wall of ice wouldn't keep them for long, and Koda knew that. She used the opportunity to finish her sprint back to her ship. The second she reached the hatch her ice wall shattered as the troopers finally blasted through it. They were just in time to see the elemental bored the ship with the clones and make her escape. "Lord Vader is not going to be happy about this." One of them muttered causing the other to turn and look at him through the visor of his bucket. "Are you gonna tell him?" The other shook his head. "Me either." The other said. "Unless he asks, this never happened." "Agreed."
"Yay! Way to go Koda!" Omega cheered as she welcomed the elemental back on the ship and handed her back the trident that Koda always seemed to carry with her. She had left it behind before going on a solo mission to retrieve top secret information that had been transmitted to the Empire on Endor. The origin of the information was unknown, but as always with anything that is top secret there was a hefty price for it. Koda smiled down at the girl and ruffled her short blonde hair. Omega giggled softly, she was beyond thankful to finally have another girl around. She loved her "brothers" without end but there was something special about having a sister. Omega liked it. "What did you get? Can I see?" Omega asked as Koda sat down with her. "Koda are you serious?" Hunter scolded the girl as he walked into the hold with the girls. "Would it kill you to wear shoes for once? You're going to get hurt one day running around without them." He added. "I don't like them." Koda said flatly without even missing a beat. "So I will not wear them." She added and Omega giggled. "Now lets see what you got! C'mon Koda Please!" "Alright alright!" Koda said as she pulled out the file from her leather satchel. She opened it up and her blue eyes began to scan the pages. Hunter noticed as her skin quickly developed a deathly pallor and her expression fell. "What is it?" He asked as he stepped closer, looking over her shoulder at the information. "My people." Koda muttered as if the wind had been knocked right out of her. A chill ran through her body as memories of that terrible day filled her mind. The day her people were massacred for not joining the Empire. She looked up at Hunter, her blue eyes were wide with hope and fear at the same time. It frightened Hunter too, just from her expression. "Some of them are still out there." She said softly. This was news she needed to hear, her sanity had dwelt on the question several times. Was she truly the last of her people? She had wondered many times. The question even kept her from sleeping. She truly couldn't be the last one. There had to be others who had escaped that day and here was her evidence. "It says here that Rhona of the Wind elementals has been found on Bespin." The emotion rolling off of Koda was tangible. Anyone could feel it. It was strong. "I have to go to her." Koda said. Hunter tried not to sigh. He tried not to seem like he didn't want this for her because he did. He wanted her to be happy just as much as Omega did and the rest of the crew but something nagged at his mind. He felt as if he let her go to her people she wouldn't come back. Koda had become close with all the bad batch but especially Hunter and Omega. And he didn't want to loose her, he couldn't loose her. "Of course you do." Hunter said, his eyes softening as he looked down at her. "We'll take you to her."
