CALIA, SKY AND RIVEN, ALL RUSH through the dark halls. They keep their eyes peeled for any Burned Ones that were now inside the building. They we're currently in search for the others and the first person she needed was Stella.

Calia ran towards her suite and threw her hands out, opening the wooden doors. She didn't need to feel the door in order to see the seal that was on it, stopping the girls from leaving. Sky and Riven share a shocked look before they follow the girl in the room. The girls inside let out a relieved breath when they see the Silva girl.

"Cali." Stella says with a sigh. Calia rushes towards her and pulls the girl into her embrace.

"Are you okay?" Calia looks her bestfriend over.

"Are you?" Stella asks, checking her over also.

"It's not time for check up." Terra interrupts them. Calia turns to her, her eyes going to the boy on the couch. Her eyes widen when she sees Sam on the couch suffering, Musa trying to help him. She groans at the pain that filled her chest. "We have to get help."

Calia runs over and moves Musa gently, taking over to relieve Sam of some of his pain. Musa speaks. "He said there's a Burn One in the school."

"We need to get him to the courtyard." Riven tells them.

"They're barricading it off." Sky starts to lift Sam, placing his arm over his shoulder. "We'll be safe there."

"Sam, you're gonna be okay." Calia mumbles, placing his other arm around her shoulder, still taking his pain.

Riven lifts his feet, making it easier for them to carry him off. The girls follow the four as they make their way to the courtyard as fast as they can. Bloom catching up with them.

When they arrive, Terra calls out to her father. "Dad!"

She moves and allows the three soulmates to place the boy down on the table, Calia letting go of his hand with a groan. She could feel her body weaken just a bit. She stumbles slightly, but the boys catch her.

"You were holding his hand hand for too long." Sky starts. "You took too much of his pain."

"He needed help." Calia says, leaning against him as Riven held her hand tightly. "It's what I do."

"If it was under any other circumstances, I would be jealous." Riven comments, making her chuckle before he gets serious. Riven gives her a worried look. "You could hurt yourself out there now."

"I think a kiss from my soulmates would do the trick." Calia musters up a smile.

"Let's test it." Sky smiles, cupping her cheek and pulling her in for a soft kiss, that sent shivers down her body. Riven then, pulled her away from him and attached his lips to hers. By the end of the kiss, Calia felt like she was on cloud nine. She felt good.

"Did it work, love?" Riven tilts his head at her with a smirk.

"Mhmm." Calia hums, she grabs their hands, intertwining their fingers. "I have enough energy to kill my evil mother."

"It definitely worked." Sky chuckles.

"Calia!" She heard her father call her name. She turns to him rushing towards them, she drops Sky and Riven's hand before rushing towards him.

"Dad!" She calls out, allowing him to take her into his arms. They sway as the father and daughter duo tightly hold onto each other. "Dad. Are you okay?"

"I'm sorry for not telling you about your mother sooner—."

"You had every right to keep it from me." Calia cuts him off. "She's sick. I know that now. It just hurt in the moment. Dad, I love you and I want to help you take her down."

Silva nods and places a kiss on the girls forehead. "I love you more, my sweetheart. This is gonna be hard."

"As long as I go you and those two over there, I can do anything." Calia says with a determined smile. Silva couldn't be prouder of his daughter in that moment.

"As I'm sure you're aware, Burned Ones have infiltrated the barrier and the school. for some reason, the magical energy wells
which power everything at the school has failed." Dowling starts, gathering everyone's attention. The boys join Calia, both of them grabbing her hand, Silva watching with a smile as she leans into their touch. " I managed to speak with Queen Luna before they did. she understands gravity of what's happening here, and the Solarian troops are on their way. We are barricading all entrances to the courtyard. We're safe for now..."

Calia's eyes to go Stella's, she motions the girl over. Sky and Riven step back next to Silva, allowing the girls to hold each other. Calia whispers to her. "You're safe. I will make sure of it. No harm will come to you."

"I know." Stella says back, as they continue to listen to Dowling.

"But we must prepare for the reality that the Burned Ones may infiltrate the space before they arrive." Whispers disburse around the yard. "This is what we've been training for. Be cautious, but be brave. let magic guide you, and let's show them what it means to be Alfeans. Prepare the barricade!"

"That's the best thing I heard leave her mouth all year." Calia jokes, the others laugh.

"Sky, Riven." Silva gets their attention.

"Yes, sir?"

"Protect my daughter with your lives you hear me?" Silva looks between the two.

"Nothing will happen to her." Riven starts.

"She is our life, now. No harm will be done to her. We got her." Sky finishes.

"I love you, Calia." Silva smiles at his daughter once more before he walks away.

"You both do know that I'm gonna be the one protecting you guys." Calia raises an eyebrow at her boys.

"It'll be mutual." The boys say in unison, with a shrug.

"If that's what helps you two sleep better." Stella pats their arms, high-fiving Calia. Stella looks between them. "No more running, right guys?"

"No more running." Calia repeats. "We got each other."

"I don't necessarily like you still, but you don't need to run no longer." Riven gives a grin to Stella.

Stella laughs. "Thank you, Riven."

"So sweet." Calia coos and pinches Riven's cheek playfully.

"Guys." Blooms rushes to them, her eyes in the girls. "I have a plan and I need you two."

"If it's dumb, can I do it my way?"

"Sure, yeah. Now, come on." Bloom rushes away, Aisha behind her.

"I love you. Be safe." Calia tells the boys before her and Stella go after them.

"Be safe." Stella playfully mocks her.

"It happens when you're in love. You wouldn't know."

"Ouu, that one cut deep."

The four girls were now under the school, Bloom and Calia leading the way since the Burned Ones were after the two. The tunnel leads them outside and Calia grabs Stella's hand, letting her catch up.

"Come on." Bloom tells them. "We have to make sure the Burned Ones are following us."

"If I die, I know my father will figure out a way to bring back alive, just to kill me again." Calia rolls her eyes. "He always told me not to be the hero and now it's what I'm doing. I might die."

"Shut up." Aisha snaps. "Don't say that."

"Look, my Mum's going to be here soon with an actual army." Stella tries.

"If they really cared, they would be here by now." Calia tells her. "And we don't have time, the Burned Ones are after us and we have to get rid of them."

"Rosalind taught me how to stop them." Bloom tells her three friends, the growling of a Burned One ringing through their ears. "But I need Calia because since she is the strongest fairy she can build up more magic. I don't know what's going to happen when we do this, but we need you two."

"It's okay." Aisha says gently. "I'll make sure we're safe and that you both are too. I can surround you guys with water in case the flames get too big."

"You won't see us." Stella kisses the back of Calia's hand. "But we'll be right here. I'll be here. I promise you."

The Burned Ones screech around them and Bloom quickly speaks. "Rosalind wants me to believe that she's the person I need to get through this. She's not. It's you guys."

"Come on." Calia grabs Blooms hands as Aisha and Stella rush away. "Bloom, breath and think. Dig deep into your emotions and allow them to guide you. Draw all you can from them and put it out. I got you, okay?"

"Thank you." Bloom mutters to her as Aisha now surrounds them with water.

"Deep breath." Calia tells her. Calia herself breathes and allows her magic to flow through her. With a gasp, her head falls back and her eyes snap open. They shine a mix of blue and green, her eyes looking into Bloom's orange ones.

Their hands still intertwined, they start to float up, their feet leaving the ground. Bloom wrapped in fire, Calia wrapped in both the fire she produced and the water Aisha provided. It was beautiful.

Suddenly, wings burst out from their backs. Bloom's orange and Calia's was a mix of every color that signified a power. The two smile at each other as they make their way back to the floor, Burned Ones now surrounding them.

Back to back, Calia is first to strike a Burned one, it instantly dies in impact. Bloom follows and together the two kill each Burned One, some turn into ashes as the other turn back into regular skeletons.

When finished, Calia let's out a gasp as she pants. She looks down at her feet eyeing the human hand that laid at her boot. It was a disgusting sight. It disturbed her.

"Calia." At her father's voice she looks up at him. She sees him and Dowling running towards her and Bloom.

"Dad." Calia calls out to him softly. She goes to rush to him, but the second she takes a step her body goes weak and she falls to the ground.

"Calia!" Silva and Stella rush to her. Dowling and Aisha helping Bloom. When they reach her, Saul's eyes go to her arms that were glowing. He sighs. "She absorbed too much power."

"Sorry for being the hero." Calia grumbles, Silva and Stella smile.

Silva pushes her hair out of her face. "Never be sorry for being you. You've been my hero since the day you were born."

"Mine too." Stella grins at her. "Well, since we met."

"I didn't see her, Papa and now I'm tired." Calia grumbles as she hides her head in her fathers chest. "Take me back?"

"Of course." He lifts her up. "Let's go."

"Dad, I did it." Calia mumbles to him. "I helped Bloom."

"You did and I'm so proud of you, my dear."

"You guys." Calia laugh, she pushes Stella and Musa's hands away from her, grabbing her blanket on her own. "I'm not disabled. I can do it."

"Let us help." Musa retorts. "You we're there for us today. For all of us, let us thank you."

"You don't owe me." Calia tells them as she lays back. "I did it willingly and—."

Before she could finish, there was a frantic knock on her room door. Stella opens it and Riven almost falls through the door, the girls laugh as Riven glares at them and runs to Calia's side. He checks her over. "Are you okay? Are you hurt?"

"It's time for us to go." Stella whispers to Musa who nods and follows her out.

"I'm fine, my love." Calia assures him. "Just a little weak, but I'm fine. Are you? I know you were out there and—."

Riven cuts her off with a kiss. Her eyes flutter clothes as she lets their lips mold together perfectly. He pulls her into more, his hands on her waist, gently rubbing back and forth. She could feel her body light up and soon enough they pull away, foreheads against the others.

"God, I love you." Riven whispers against her lips. "More than you know."

Calia's hands move to cup his cheeks, she pecks his lips before speaking. "I love you so much more, Riv. Always and forever."

Riven smiles and places a kiss on her forehead, tenderly. They stay like that for a couple moments, holding each other like they haven't seen the other in years. I mean, that's what it felt like to them.

"Have room for one more?" Sky's voice breaks them apart and they look to see him by the door.

"Always for you." Calia says and she moves down on her bed, Riven going on her left side and Sky now going to her right. Calia could feel the sadness he was holding. She reaches up and cups his left cheek. "You okay, blue eyes?"

"I just need to be here with you guys right now." Sky admits to her.

"That's what we're here for." Riven rubs his shoulder, Calia lifts the blanket up, allowing Sky to get into the bed. The two boys sandwich her in the middle, holding her, embracing her. They missed her touch.

"I love you." Sky whispers in her ear, tingles are sent down her spine.

"I love you more." She whispers back, pecking his lips. "Get some sleep, okay?"

Sky nods and eventually the two boys fall fast asleep at the sound of her steady heartbeat. After thinking about her mother for sometime, she falls asleep also, thankful for her father and the two boys that were there for her at the end of it all. Where she felt the most safe.
