I woke up early at 4am since Jane said she had a fun activity planned. I put on some shorts and a light blue thin-strap shirt with a bow. Jane made pancakes and we talked some more, we raced into the car outside and drove off.

"I am so glad you're here with me right now," she spoke while driving.

"Yeah, me too," I replied with a soft smile.

"By the way...Where are we going?" I asked.

"Weren't you listening to me last night?" She questioned me. I nodded my head yes.

"We are going to the docks," She shared.

"What's that?" I ask, confused.

"Basically a food court and theme park located right by the beach on the docks," she expressed.

I would say the ride took at least five minutes but in reality, it was thirty. We parked and stepped out. We paid for entry and walked towards a bench,

"Why are we stopping here?" I ask her.

"I'm waiting on my boyfriend," she mumbled.

We sat there watching all the couples and families pass by but still no boyfriend. Jane looked upset and I comforted her,

"He always does this to me," She starts "He would plan to spend some time with me and then doesn't show up. " She continues.

"So he's done this multiple times?!" I exclaim. She nodded.

I then received a phone call from my father,

"Hey Aurora, I realised your area and I set you up to go to a meeting with a Photography agency, our rivals, you are to prepare a presentation for them on why they should promote our art pieces" He dumped his words on the call.

"I am on vacation though," I explained to him

"So? This is an emergency! This is our chance to get rid of our enemies and create more allies" He cut me off. "It better be done for tomorrow, conversation over." He hangs up.

I rolled my eyes and made my way back to Jane. I explained to her what my father said and she offered to let me borrow her suit since I left all of mine at home.

We got Ice cream and tried out the rides. I could tell Jane was upset but I did win her a large teddy bear and told her some jokes to cheer her up and it sort of worked, she laughed for all of them. She even tried some of the food stalls, with some having strawberries, which I'm allergic to. We drove home and did our night routines. I stayed up until 3:26 am making the presentation and flash cards while Jane was sound asleep.

I did some research about the company just to find out the company's owner is none other than Jane's boyfriend. It didn't show his name. It only popped up as Mister Solis. Besides staying up, I couldn't sleep. I was twisting and turning, nothing was on my mind either. Eventually, I fell asleep at 5:03 am even though my presentation was at 9 am SHARP. Let's hope tomorrow won't be an epic fail. Mr. Solis, get ready to be blown away.
