La canzone "7 Years" di Lukas Graham è un brano riflessivo e nostalgico sul viaggio della vita. Parla del passare del tempo e di tutte le cose che cambiano nel corso della vita. Il ritornello ricorda al protagonista da quanto tempo è in vita, a partire dal consiglio della madre quando aveva solo sette anni.
