"Of course i didn't.. I wanted to be happy... Your bhrata krishna is my source of happiness.. That's why i decided to choose him over my family.. That doesn't mean that i don't care about my family.. I wasn't ready to give up on my love" subhadra smiled hearing rukmini

"What is love? When am i going to experience it?!" Her curiosity made rukmini sigh in sadness

"You are experiencing love now ruchi! You have us! We love you more than anything." Krishna said entering in the conversation

"Bhrata! Were you eavesdropping?!" Subhadra made a face which was enough to make Krishna gulp

"No! I was just passing by.. I happened to hear your question!" He saved himself from her death glare

"I was talking about what you and bhabhi have.. I know you guys love me.. But isn't it different? Meeting total stranger at some point of your life and then all of a sudden that person is everything to you.. Like.. You cannot imagine your life without that person.. Isn't it what makes life beautiful?!" Krishna carressed subhadra's cheeks.

"You are right bhadra.. It's absolutely a beautiful feel.. But at the same time it's terrifying too.. It doesn't workout well for everyone.. Sometimes it leaves you broken.. Your heart is too soft.. You'll get it broken.. That's why we're preventing you from meeting anyone" Rukmini said as she realised that krishna was speechless

"But bhabhi.. Without sadness, how'll we know pleasure?! I'll be pleased to get my heart broken while experiencing the most beautiful feeling in this universe" Rukmini looked at Krishna

"I understand your feelings ruchi... You have to wait for the right time.. You have to wait till you meet the right person.. You are 17.. You still have time.. We'll figure something out.. We never really thought about your feelings" Krishna's words made her smile

"You mean get rid of my magical abilities? I don't think i want to do that bhrata.. I'm starting to enjoy this pain.. It gives me some kind of different pleasure.. If meeting someone is gonna cost me loose everything i have now, i don't want it.. I just want you all" Giving him a smile she found comfort in her brother's arms

"I have to go in ten minutes... Mini, make sure she eats and sleep well.. Bhabhimaa is in the kitchen" Krishna said

He pressed his lips on his little sister's forehead

"Come let's paint something!" Rukmini said to light up her mood

"Yeah. Sure bhabhi" She said putting her hair in a bun

"Where did bhrata go?" She asked while painting

"Indraprastha.. You know, to meet your cousins" Rukmini said making subhadra curious

"The cousins that died in varanavart?!" Subhadra rolled her eyes

"Yeah! They didn't die.. They're alive... They somehow escaped the fire..They were in panchal.... The eldest one got married to draupadi.. Now they're building a huge palace in indraprastha.. Arya went to meet them" Rukmini said

"Interesting!" Subhadra smiled herself

"Pithashree used to talk about bua alot.. But i don't know anything about her son's.. I know there are five of them.. I guess i was never really curious to know about the cousins who doesn't know i exist!" Subhadra said chuckling

"You can see them this week.. They are coming to dwaraka for the very first time.. Your brothers send the invitation after yudishtir's marriage.." Subhadra felt her heart racing

She remained silent for sometimes.. She was processing her feelings which was unnoticed by rukmini..

"You know what bhabhi?! I'm feeling sleepy.. Can we continue this later?" Subhadra asked

"Oh.. Of course.. I'll be downstairs!" Rukmini kissed her goodbye and left the room

"What the hell is wrong with me?!" She asked herself staring at the painting of a warrior she drew 4 months ago.
