Elijah returns to the compound with Aliza and Hayley. Both him and Aliza furiously storms toward Marcel.

" MARCEL!" Aliza walks chest to chest." Where is my father, uncles and boyfriends?"

Marcel looks between the uncle and niece duo. " I got guys out looking for them plus Rebekah right now."

Elijah, enraged, starts throwing vampires against the walls. Aliza watches in amusement as some of the vampires cower back.

" Elijah!" Hayley shouts his name making him look to her as he throws one more vampire, Aliza chuckles holding her stomach.

Marcel sighs in frustration " Klaus threw one of his classic temper tantrums, and one of the Salvatore's snapped my neck, they tried to take on a coven of witches by themselves. Klaus got dropped and so did both your uncles and one of your boyfriends, one ran before he could get caught. I'm sure he's back with them though. I don't know where they are or how to find them."

" They also have Rebekah. Every one of you will help me to find them. I'm gonna kill them all." Elijah looks around the room.

" Uncle Eli, I couldn't feel their pain or hurt and they would've mind linked me already." Aliza says panicked.

Elijah places a hand on her shoulder. " We'll find them. I need you and Hayley to—."

" Uncle Eli, I can't stay here. I need to find them. I need to." Aliza begs as her eyes become watery.

" I can't have any—."

" I know and nothing will happen to me. I still know how to protect myself. I can use a basic spells and my speed is still there. I can't stay here while my father, uncle Hades, uncle Kol and the loves of my life along with father's of my children are still out there, I can't!" Aliza shakes her head.

Elijah sighs. " You must stay by me at all times. Clear?"

" Crystal." Aliza nods wiping a tear off her cheek that fell.

The possibility of them being hurt badly and her not knowing, made her feel horrible and in pain. She shouldn't have let them go...

The witches have gathered to say goodbye to Sophie, who, unbeknownst to most, was killed in the previous episode by her niece Monique. Monique stands emotionless outside the Deveraux tomb with a candle as a man lays bricks over Sophie's grave. Elijah and Aliza appear. Elijah quickly takes out three people at vampire speed and Aliza one, Monique is not phased, but other witches gasp.

" My siblings plus my nieces soulmates have been taken. Where are they?" Elijah looks Monique over.

" You're interrupting my Aunt Sophie's consecration." Monique glares at the two.

Aliza and Elijah tilt their heads a bit confused. " How did this happen?"

Monique smiles. " Aunt Sophie was a casualty of war."

Elijah goes to talk, but Aliza steps up going face to face with Monique who cowers back a bit. " Listen, I recommend you give me and my uncle what we want. Unless, of course, you'd like me to level this place and everything in it. I won't hesitate too." Aliza's eyes flash their orange, red color.

" That won't be necessary." Monique quickly shakes her head before looking at Elijah. " I have a message for you from Celeste."

Elijah steps up pushing a wide eyes Aliza back. Monique raises her hand toward Elijah and starts casting a spell on him. Elijah, suddenly uncomfortable, pulls at the collar of his shirt.

" Uncle, what happened?" Aliza eyes him worriedly. " What the fuck did you do to him?!" Aliza growls.

Elijah rips open the top button of his shirt, he sees the name Theresa tattooed on his chest. Monique continues the spell as many more names appear on his body, including the familiar name Sabine.

" To find what you're looking for, follow the path she left behind." Monique speaks in a robotic tone.

" If this doesn't work, I'll come back and kill you all, I hope you know that." Aliza let's out a deep growl, her eyes flashing before grabbing her uncle and speeding away.

" She's carrying two babies." One of the witches speak.

" We can not touch her. She is too powerful and means a lot to the gods above." Monique informs.

" What Gods?" Another witch questions.

" Demeter, Hestia, Hera, Zeus, Chiron, all of those." Monique says making them gasp. " She'll soon find out why and so will we."

" Her babies will cause us harm, just like the wolf's."

" Just do as I say." Monique snaps.

Elijah and Aliza enter the courtyard to find Marcel sending out more troops to search the city.

" Anything?" Aliza questions.

" They're putting eyes and ears out everywhere. Daywalkers are working every contact we've got. Cops, dock workers, guys in the Treme... Word is out: anyone trying to earn favor with me gets a lifetime of it if they find them." Marcel explains.

" Good." Elijah nods. " Now I need a pen and paper."

He walks away, and after Marcel pauses a moment and rolls his eyes, he follows behind him, so does Aliza.

" Hey, am I taking orders from you now, or are we in this together?" Marcel crosses his arms over his chest.

Elijah starts removing his jacket while looking at Marcel frustratedly. " Pen and paper, Marcellus. Now!"

Marcel sighs. " I want her back just as much as you do, you know... The both of them."

" It's not like it's all Rebekah's fault." Aliza speaks sarcastically.

Marcel rolls his eyes before he leaves to get the supplies, Elijah begins stripping off his shirt.

" Hayley!" He calls out for Hayley to come into the study.

Hayley walks in. " Elijah! Aliza! You're back. Did you find any..." She stops when she realizes that Elijah is both shirtless and covered in tattooed names and gapes awkwardly. " ...thing?"

She stares at him in confusion. " What is happening?"

" We need you to make a list of these names. I would do it, but I'm too lazy and oh your already there." Aliza smiles.

While they wait on Marcel, the two girls begin examining the names tattooed across Elijahs shoulders, arms, back, and abdomen. Aliza would be lying if she said she wasn't a tad uncomfortable.

" Sabine?" Hayley reads aloud. " Elijah, what is this?"

" I believe they represent the names of the women Celeste inhabited for the past two centuries." Elijah states.

Marcel rejoins them and hands the paper and pen to Hayley. " It's called a Devinette. It's old school. Kind of a riddle. Witches use them to teach their kids. Solve it, and it disappears."

" Why?" Hayley raises her eyebrows.

" Yeah, what's the point?" Aliza adds.

" Celeste forced me to make a choice between you too and my siblings, and now she means to mock that choice, taunting me with a childish game. The longer the game, the more they suffer. To find them, we need to solve this riddle. The solution lies somewhere in these names." Elijah explains.

" The name next to Sabine... Annie La Fleur, she's the witch that was shunned from her coven just over a year ago. Never knew why, but I can find out." Marcel says.

" Great, now let's get to it." Aliza claps her hands.

Elijah is walking down a busy street on his cell phone with Hayley and Aliza while he explains what happened to Annie La Fleur.

" So, your saying she killed herself?" Serena says.

" Yes, drowned herself in the Mississippi, to be precise. Celeste was clearly tired of the body and ready to take Sabine's." Elijah explains.

" How do you know that?" This time Hayley speaks up.

Elijah sighs. " Because she leaped to her death from the very location Celeste and I had our first kiss."

" Poetic, I guess... in a creepy-vendetta sort of way." Aliza tries to break the tension.

" All these names, these lives, stolen that Celeste might take her revenge." Elijah states. " I suppose we have no choice but to see where they take us. Aliza, Hayley I have to go. I'll call you back."

" Uncle Elijah, wait!"

" What is it?" Elijah brings the phone back up to his ear.

" Ask Marcel if he knows anything about a name on that list-- Brynne Deveraux. Sophie said that it was her family's bloodline that put the curse on the Crescent wolves, but Celeste said that she was the only one that could break it." Hayley starts.

" If Brynne Deveraux was actually Celeste when she cast the spell, then maybe Celeste can still break it." Aliza continues and finishes their thought.

" I'll see what he knows."

" Elijah, I'm really sorry that you're going through this. If I had known that Celeste made you choose who to help–."

Elijah cuts Hayley off. " You were going to die in that fire Hayley along with my brother's child and so was my niece. There was no choice." He hangs up before Hayley and Aliza can say anything more.

" I wish there was another choice. We wouldn't be here." Aliza mumbles running a hand through her hair before looking at the door hearing footsteps.

Jeremy walks in. " Anything?"

Aliza shakes her head sadly. " Nothing yet, we're trying, really hard."

" I know." Jeremy takes a seat next to his sister leaning his head in her shoulder. " I sometimes wish this supernatural stuff didn't exist."

" Don't we all, bubs. Don't we all." Aliza kisses his head.
