Once the three had gotten out of the doctor's Hadrian had called her letting her know that there was an attack on the vampires in the Cauldron and they needed their help so that's where they are now.

Thunder rumbles overhead as Diego leads Aliza, Stefan, Damon, Hadrian, Tyler, Marcel and Klaus to the Cauldron to show them what he found.

Aliza gasped when she saw two vampires, both desiccated, and both with the same magical symbol carved into their forehands. Their bodies lay inside a magic circle created with salt, with runes drawn inside.

" We came to mess with the witches, just like you said." Diego looks to Klaus. " And these two, they went missing. Found them like this, not even staked. Just dead."

" Your first mistake was listening and going after the witches." Aliza tells him as she carefully crouches down taking a better look at the bodies. She immediately feels bad energy.

" That's two more of my guys gone. Nice job, Captain." Marcel says to Klaus sarcastically.

" Have you seen anything like this before?" Aliza whispers to Marcel.

Marcel looks at her and nods. " This is bad." He whispers.

" I can feel it." Aliza nods.

Marcel pats her shoulder and gets up, he takes one last look at his dead men, puts his hood up, turns around, and starts to walk away

" Where are you going? Someone has to account for this!" Klaus calls to Marcel.

" You want revenge, get it yourself. That mark is tied to some bad mojo. Ask Aliza." He gestures to the girl.

" He's right. Darkness and bad energy is strong." Aliza confirms. She turns to the rest of the vampires. " You guys shouldn't get involved, it will only get you killed. I doubt you ever fought against darkness this strong. You should head back to the compound and stay the hell out of this." Aliza speaks sternly to them.

" You should listen to her." Marcel points to Aliza before he walks off.

Klaus turns to the group. " We're gonna find whoever did this, and I will show them what suffering is."

" You have to be careful. This can be a dangerous game your playing." Aliza tells her father.

" I have to know who did this." Klaus replies.

" I'm not saying don't find out, I'm saying he careful." Aliza stands walking back over to the men.

The group plus Elijah and Diego, along with many of the other vampires are congregating in the courtyard, discussing their current situation.

" Ah! Someone will die for this." Klaus exclaims.

" We don't disagree." Aliza motions to herself and the family. " However, I would like to know where they learned such dark magic."

" Who would even attack?" Stefan questions thinking about the many different possibilities.

Klaus sighs. " I had hoped never to see that symbol again. I recall it is the signature of a fool who once stood against us."

" Clearly, some upstart witch is salvaging old tricks." Hadrian speaks.

" You have an idea on who it is?" Damon asks.

Klaus nods. " I believe so. I'll do for him as I did the other." Klaus turns to Diego. " Diego, when night falls, I want you to gather every vampire in the Quarter. Get me the head of whoever did this and put it on a stick."

" There's a problem with that." Tyler stated.

" Yeah." Diego reluctantly agrees with the wolf. " Everyone is freaked out, man. We haven't had witches killing vampires in a long time. Marcel made sure of that."

" Marcel has run off like a scared child." Klaus scoffs.

" He's grieving. Give him time." Aliza glares at her father. Who sighs and nods.

" Look right now you lot are left with me. Now, who of you will fight to defend our home?" Klaus looks around to see that no one comes forward. " Not a single one of you will stand with me, so afraid are you of this new threat? You should know better. I'll handle this myself."

" We're coming too, We have to protect our home." Hadrian said as he intertwined his fingers with Tyler's who nodded.

" Us too." Aliza spoke up gesturing between her and her soulmates.

" No!" All the men say.

" Whyyyy?" Aliza whines.

" Because your pregnant. Do we need to say more?" Tyler raises an eyebrow at his best friend.

" Are you calling me weak?" Aliza glares at him with a eyebrow raised.

" You guys can take it from here." Tyler hides behind Hadrian while he gestures for the Salvatore's to speak.

" Baby." They say at the same time softly.

" Please I can help." She pouts at them, but they surprisingly didn't it affect them.

" We know you can love, but you can't be out there right now it's too dangerous." Stefan pushes a piece of her hair behind her ear as he spoke softly.

" We want you by our side at all times, but you have to stay here protected and safe." Damon does the same thing as his brother with the other side.

" I hate when you guys double team me and act all adorable." She pouts again making everyone chuckle, even the other vampire's. " I love you."

" I love you more." The brothers speak in unison and peck her lips leaving her there with a smile.

She hugs her dad and he kisses her head before they all leave. She suddenly frowns when she realizes she has to spend time with Hayley.

As Aliza walks up the stairs she trips over her foot and she screams. Before she can fall she feels someone grab her and speed her to the top. Aliza exhales before looking up at the person who caught her.

" Of course it was you." Aliza rolls her eyes. " Thank you, Elijah." She still smiles gratefully. If he didn't catch her she would probably be at the hospital.

" Always, Aliza." He nods with a smile.

They walk in a awkward silence. They haven't talked in a months maybe even longer. She didn't hate him, she just didn't like the fact that he blamed all the down falls this family has had on her father.

" I'm sorry." Elijah 's voice breaks the silence. Seeing that Elijah didn't respond he continued. " It wasn't my attention to put Jeremy in danger like that and...for Davina to die. We thought it would work and she would
come back."

" You guys used her. Don't you understand! She was a teenager who had to fear living because she was going to die anytime because of you. Your the one that dragged her along." Aliza glares at him. " She looked up to you, she thought you would help protect her, but instead it was the opposite." Aliza snaps as she turns into Davina's old room hearing Hayley.

Aliza stops seeing Hayley with drawings laid out in front of her. She recognized them. " Davina's drawings."

" Yeah." Hayley looks up at the girl nodding. " Morbid, I know. I was just thinking... we never figured out why she drew those pictures of Celeste."

" She drew them for a reason. Maybe Celeste plays a big part in all this." Aliza suggest.

" Thats what I was thinking." Hayley agrees. " Anyway, I'm just killing time, now that I'm on vampire lock-down."

" I'm not on lock down, but they don't want me to leave." Aliza pouts as she sits on the bed slowly.

" Whoever did this, we will deal with them. It won't be long." Elijah looks at both girls.

" I just think it's kind of funny that it took some big, supernatural threat for you to even come into the same room as me." Hayley looks to Aliza. " And her."

Aliza looks offended before thinking. " It's true." Aliza shrugs.

" I do apologize if you feel neglected. I have been occupied. My siblings are in some quarrel. Niklaus remains agitated. You'll recall that even our slightest interactions seem to infuriate him." Elijah speaks to Hayley.

" As he should." Aliza snaps. " You guys thought the worst of him. It's disgusting how you guys thought he would use his own child to create more hybrids." Aliza looks at them in distaste before getting up and leaving.

So maybe she shouldn't have went into the same room as Hayley...
