" quest details "

Well, hello there my dear participants!
Your next quest will be to introduce your desired fantasies to all the other visitors of the fantasy island. Let us know your reasonings as to why you have come to this magical place!

Please carefully read through the following information, so that you are aware of what we expect from you and your creations!

STATUS: QUEST IS OPEN

1. graphic type:
poster

2. dimensions:
2:3 ratio (e.g. 2000x3000 pixel)
or 3:2 ratio (e.g. 3000x2000 pixel)

3. editing style/concept: **
model based or scenery based (more infos down below) and this time no vectors/illustrations, blends or collages are allowed.. ONLY manips

4. genre/mood: **
semi up to you, down below is an overview of the genres and fantasies available for your respective character, choose one and go wild

5. color palette:
completely up to you, should compliment your chosen genre/mood of course

6. required text:
it is up to you whether or not you want to include any (sub)titles and quotes, but what is required are the credits: "the fantasy island" + "a graphic war by eggyeuls" + your username/watermark

7. amount of entries:
1 design only (NO multiple versions of any kind, NO "please choose an entry for me because I can not decide")

8. reminder:
The use of unsafe resources may end in immediate disqualification! You are allowed to re-design your entry once, in case it contains unsafe resources in the first place. If the re-make contains unsafe resources again, then you will be disqualified. Same goes for being caught copying/plagiarizing another participant or any other content creator outside this competition of course.

** information about the editing style/concept: you do not have to go for super complex sceneries or character manipulations, do whatever you are comfortable with and capable of, but it should be somewhere in the "manip spectrum". That could either be a POV (what your character will see when they open their eyes and start their fantasy-simulation) or you could depict your character within their fantasy(-simulation). The complexity of the manip depends on what fantasy your character desires and what their simulation will be. Realism (e.g. light adjustments, body movement, to some extent even proportions etc.) will play an important role for the judging this time too. If you display your character within their fantasy(-simulation), stay as close as possible to the appearance you gave them in the previous quest (unless their desired fantasy is about changing up/alternating their appearance in any way of course).

** information about the fantasies and genres: as mentioned before, you are free to choose any of the fantasies available for your respective character and elaborate them further through your own ideas. But please remain reasonable and keep the genres in mind that are allowed or not. Just as a side note, every "normal job/position" can be turned into something (for example) fantasy-related too — a "doctor" or "teacher" could also be a fairy teacher or a doctor for fantastic beasts. A booming business with magical mushrooms, a scientist discovering a new human like species on a different planet, a friendly anti-ghost-buster hosting a dance club for ghosts, a fashion designer for aliens.. the options are endless. Show me how creative you can really be, even when certain restrictions are given.
