"A damsel in distress!" The army man, who Atlas had learnt was named Owen Hunt, chuckled as he walked over towards Christina and Atlas.

"She's no damsel." Atlas snapped. Both Owen and Christina sent him a pointed look.

"I have an icicle in me. I'm a damn damsel." Christina counted and glared at Atlas.

The cardio surgeon raised his hands in surrender, "Yikes, C. Fine, take her inside!" Atlas dramatically pointed towards the hospital.

Owen nodded, "Okay..." The red head kneeled down and picked Christina up bridal style.

"This way." Atlas directed as Owen followed him towards an empty privet ER room. Atlas opened the door, "Here you go." He held the door open for Christina and Owen.

"Thanks A." Christina nodded, expecting him to leave now that she was settled down on the gurney, but Atlas didn't budge and moved even further into the room to get the stuff for a monitor.

"Put her on a monitor, order a portable radio application!" Meredith exclaimed as she swung open the door to Christina's ER room.

"Jesus lordy." Atlas yelped.

"I'm going to cut your top off." Meredith told Christina.

"It's between my ninth and tenth intercostal space." Christina informed. "There's no hemo or pneumothorax. My vitals are stable. Just pull it out."

"I wouldn't." Hunt denied as he used his stethoscope to listen to Christina's heart.

"Mind your own business!" Christina snapped towards Owen.

"Who is this guy?" Meredith looked between Atlas and Christina.

"Get this thing out of me." Christina pleaded looking to Meredith.

Oliver smirked as he entered the room, just as he had heard Christina's plead for Meredith to pull the icicle out. "Sounds good." He nodded enthusiastically and reached out to grasp the icicle.

Just before he could wrap his hand around it Christina turned her head to glare at him. "No, don't you touch my icicle!" She shrieked.

"Mer," Christina sighed. "I already screwed up in front of the chief today once I can't — I missed up a suture, and now he's looking at me like I'm number twelve. Atly, Mer, please, no one gets to see me like this, okay?"

Richard stepped into the ER room, his eyes darting between Christina and Atlas who was only standing there awkwardly supervising. "Yang! What the hell happened?!"

Atlas looked away from the chart he was now filling out. "Well, I was on the phone with my mom and the bam! Christina goes down and then the icicle goes down too!"

Richard ignored Atlas, "Get her on a monitor and order a portable chest — "

"I did — we did." Oliver spoke up.

"Did you check her respiratory function?"

"I did." Christina spoke this time, the chief looking away from Meredith and Oliver to look at her.

"See? Breath sounds clear and equal." Christina tried.

"You be quiet. Grey and Little Lee, what do you recommend as a treatment?"

"I think we should leave it in until we get the chest x-ray back." Oliver suggested.

"And the c.t back." Meredith added.

Christina groaned, "I'm fine."

"What about infection? This thing is definitely melting dirty roof water into her body." Meredith questioned the chief.

"That's why you take it out." Oliver shrugged.

"Leave it right where it is." Owen snapped. "You get stabbed in the chest, and your lucky enough to still be breathing, you leave the knife in. At least until you figure out what's going on inside. Leave it in." Owen finished sternly.

"Take it out." Christina sneered.

"Leave it in." The chief demanded. "And in the meantime, since you know so much, you can teach your interns how to treat you."

"Ha," Atlas laughed.

"But I need to check on Vincent Kenner."

Once the chief was gone, Atlas sent a look to everyone in the room. "By any chance does anyone have a video of this?"

"Leave!" Christina pointed towards the door. Atlas only chuckled and walked away.

"Derek!" Atlas rounded the corner and ran right into Derek who was fiddling with his fingers — he was avoiding telling Atlas that Rose, a surgical nurse had accidentally stabbed him in the hand.

"Atly." Derek looked up, his his hand in his pocket and leaned forward to give Atlas a kiss.

"I think it's time we watch Lilo and Stitch with Starlee. I just think it's time — she's seven, almost eight months old. And I know she'll probably only babble at the tv, but I think it's a must. What do you think?" Atlas rambled with a smile, he really wanted to show little him his favourite movie.

"Uh, yeah, sure." Derek nodded — he wasn't paying much attention to whatever Atlas had said. He was too focused on the fact that he had to tell his fiancé that a nurse had somehow, on accident, stabbed him in the hand.

"What's wrong? Are you okay?" Atlas took Derek's non hidden hand into his own and ran his thumb along Derek's knuckles. "Der you can tell me anything."

Derek blinked, and blushed a pink. "Well..." He pulled his hand from his pocket. "I had an accident in surgery."

Atlas gasped and gently grabbed Derek's injured hand. "What happened? Oh god, did you need stitches? A shot? Do I need to fight someone?"

Derek shook his head, "No, no! No fighting. A nurse accidentally did it — she apologized and it was an accident! I promise."

"Your sure? Because I'm really not afraid to kick some ass."

"No. No ass kicking please."

"Well, is there anything I can do to make it feel better?" Atlas asked kindly.

Derek glanced down the hallway where an empty on-call room was. "I think I have something in mind." Derek moved towards the on-call room with Atlas trailing behind like a lovesick puppy.

"Hi sweetheart!" Atlas cooed as Derek walked into their living room with Starlee balanced on his hip.

Star babbled and reached out for Atlas, a wide smile on her little lips. Atlas placed Star down beside him, in between him and Derek. He grabbed the remote and pressed play.

"Little Star, this is my favourite movie!" Atlas smiled down at Starlee. Derek smiled at both Starlee and Atlas.
