- Third POV -

The next day, at the MIKAELSON COMPOUND, in the courtyard, Klaus is gently leaning backwards against the table, pondering to himself.

Elijah gently walks down the stairs and looks at Klaus. "Zenith, Thalia, Max and Gia and Ana and the kids are already on the private charter and are flying to Mount Orasani. I told Ana we'll meet her there when we have defeated Annalisa.

"But I've been thinking about why Annalisa is so interested in me." Klaus said.

"According to what you told me and Rebekah, she made you an offer but you declined it." Elijah said.

Kol and Rebekah walks into the courtyard.

"Rebekah told me and Davina about Christy. Is she alright?" Kol asked.

"She's still comatose." Klaus tells him.

"Davina is with Zenith and the others." Rebekah said. "In the meantime, we have a Turok-Han vampire Queen Annalisa to kill."

Klaus's phone buzzes in his pants pocket. He takes out his phone and looks at it.

Unknown caller ID

Klaus answers his phone, putting it on speakerphone. "Who is this?"

"Hello, Klaus. It's me, Annalisa." Annalisa tells him on the speakerphone.

"I told you to stop bothering me." Klaus told her.

"Well, if you don't show up, I'll kill them." Annalisa threatened him.

"Them?" Klaus asked.

"Yes, them. Ivy and Josh. I have them both at the MSP PLANT, and if you do not kill them, my Turok-Han vampires will slaughter the supernatural community." Annalisa threatened Klaus on the speakerphone. "Let's see how monstrous you can be, Klaus Mikaelson." Annalisa said on the speakerphone and hangs up.

Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and Kol exchange looks at each other.

"It's obviously a trap." Rebekah said.

"And besides, Ivy and Josh are close to Christy, so, if you hurt them, she will be angry with you for not saving them." Elijah said.

"Therefore, putting a strain on my marriage." Klaus said. "I think I know who Annalisa is scheming with."

"Marcalos." Kol said. "The Underworld Elder God."

Klaus, Elijah, Rebekah and Kol exchange worried looks at each other.

ABANDONED MSP PLANT

Later that day, Klaus and Elijah slowly walks into the room where they see Ivy and Josh in a big boundary spell.

"Ivy? Joshua?" Elijah said.

Suddenly, Annalisa magically slings Elijah out of the room and into another room and slides the door shut.

In the other room, Elijah, Rebekah and Kol are outside, surrounded by Annalisa's snarling Turok-Han vampires.

"Bloody hell." Rebekah said.

In the room where Klaus is, Klaus and Annalisa exchange tense looks at each other.

"Here I am, now, let Ivy and Josh go." Klaus said.

"I think not." Annalisa said. "Who will you save, Klaus? Ivy and Josh? Or your siblings?"

Klaus hears the snarling Turok-Han vampires from the other room with Elijah, Rebekah and Kol are.

Klaus looks at Ivy and vamp-sped up to her and bites her, feeding on her as she dies from blood loss. He drops her body on the floor and looks at Josh and saunters up to him with a serious expression on his face.

"Klaus, please?" Josh said, and falls on the floor, looking up at Klaus. "Don't do this?"

Klaus grabs Josh and bites him on his neck, infecting Josh with his hybrid bite and snaps his neck, knocking out Josh on the floor.

Annalisa claps dramatically and Klaus looks at her. She laughs, maliciously, and stops clapping.

Annalisa uses her magic to open the door to the other room with Elijah, Rebekah and Kol are still alive.

And the Turok-Han vampires magically fades away, implying that they were just illusions.

Realizing that he has been tricked, Klaus becomes shocked and looks at Annalisa.

"Well done, Klaus." said Annalisa with a smirk. "Marcalos knew that you still had your inner monster within you."

"You tricked him into killing." Kol said.

Annalisa looks at Elijah, Rebekah and Kol as they slowly walks into the room where Klaus is.

"Klaus will always be a monster, it's in his usual nature." Annalisa said and disappears in a puff of smoke.

Klaus looks at Ivy's dead body laying on the floor next to Josh's. He then, looks at Elijah, Rebekah and Kol, knowing that both Ivy and Josh are close with Christy.

MIKAELSON
COMPOUND

That afternoon, in Klaus's and Christy's room. There is a canvas painting of Christy wearing her golden pleated gown on his canvas easel.

In the bathroom, with the sink turned on, Klaus washes his face with a washcloth, wiping the blood off of him.

Elijah looks at Klaus through the mirror. "Josh will be alright. Marcel gave him a vial of your blood to cure his hybrid bite."

"And Ivy?" Klaus said.

"I spoke to Theseus. He will send the Golden Fleece to us himself." Elijah said.

"Even if we revive Ivy with the Golden Fleece, it won't heal the damage that I have done." Klaus said. He and Elijah exchange looks at each other through the mirror. "Annalisa tricked me into thinking that you, Rebekah and Kol were being attacked by some stupid Turok-Han vampire creatures, but really, it was a trick to get me to kill Ivy and hurt Josh. Ivy and Josh are best friends to Christy and if this secret gets out to her, I'm going to lose her."

"This is what Marcalos wanted. He schemed this ridiculous plan and used Annalisa to get you to do bloodshed." Elijah said. "You have to tell Christy."

"I'm gonna tell her when she awakes from her comatose condition." Klaus said, turns off the sink faucet.

"There can be no secrets between you and Christy. You need to tell her yourself." Elijah said.

"I will tell her, but as long as Annalisa is around in the French Quarter, I can't go to Mount Orasani until Annalisa is dealt with." Klaus said.

"I will deal with Annalisa, for now, Christy needs you to be there when she awakens." Elijah said. "Pack some duffle bags and go to Mount Orasani."

"The private charter has already departed from here." Klaus said.

"Take the teleportation device." Elijah said and slowly walks away.

Klaus looks at himself in the mirror. He gently fiddles with his dark blue-green beaded necklace that he wears around his neck, gifted to him from Christy. And walks away.

Later that evening, in Klaus's and Christy's room, Klaus packs his duffle bags. Marcalos devious chuckles echoes.

Klaus looks around the room and looks at the mirror where Marcalos's reflection is.

"Marcalos." Klaus said.

"You are in so much trouble when Christiana finds out what you have done." Marcalos told him with a grin.

"Shut up." Klaus tells Marcalos and looks away from him.

Marcalos then, shows up next to Klaus and continues poking at him. "Maybe, Christiana will understand, maybe, she won't. But hot damn, when she finds out about what you did to her best friends, what she would think of you, you will lose her."

"I said shut up." Klaus told him, getting aggravated, glaring at the Underworld Elder God Marcalos.

And Marcalos just grins at him. "Good luck with your reconciliation with your beloved Christiana."

And Marcalos vanishes. And Klaus ponders about the scenarios that could happen between himself and Christy.
