Espen and (Y/N) smile as the island approaches, and the King wraps his arms around his lovers waist before setting his chin on her shoulder.

"Every inch of me is trembling, but not from the cold."

(Y/N) smiles to herself as she listens to his voice, and reaches her hand around to trace his jaw with her fingers.

"Something is familiar, like a dream I can reach but not quite hold."

Espen sighs, and takes her hand before kissing her wrist as they draw nearer to the frozen fortress.

"We can sense you there, like a friend we've always known."

The horse slides against the water, and allows the two magic wielders to jump off its back and onto the snow below.

(Y/N) immediately takes her boyfriends hand in hers, before they both bow to the spirit.

"We're arriving, and it feels like we are home.."

The spirit takes off and dives back into the water before allowing its body to melt into the liquid.

Espen and (Y/N) turn around, and their smiles just grow bigger as they take in the large glaciers that sprouted from the sides of the mountain.

It was a large fortress, incased in large ice, but well hidden. The King gently brings his hand around his neck and undors the small bun, and sighs as his hair comes undone.

(Y/N) turns to him, and watches as his hair falls just below his ear, giving the empression that he had a rather large head of hair. She tucks a small peace of it behind his ear, and watches as he smiles.

"I have always been a fortress. Cold secrets deep inside."

They enter the structure, and stare at the long curved hallway infront of them.

"You have secrets to, but you don't have to hide!"

"Show yourself." (Y/N) mumbles while she fiddles with her hands. Espen looks down at her and smiles at her doey eyed expression.

"We're dying to meet you, show yourself."

The two venture deeper inside, and look around at the frosted over walls with glee.

"It's your turn. Are you the one we've been looking for all of our lives?"

Entering a different section, Espen sucks in a deep breath, and grabs (Y/N)'s hand.

"Show yourself, we're ready to learn."

Both of them vocalize at the same time, and smile as their voices meld together in beautiful harmony.

A beat of silence follows before an echo of the same voices sounds from behind them, and draws their attention to a small cave that stretched inwards.

The voice that called the King was mostly white, with purple and blue accents surrounding it. But (Y/N) starred at the voice that had been calling her, white in the middle but slowly formed into a bright orange.

The spirits quickly dive into the cave, and the couple don't waste a second before sprinting after them, Espen in the front while a grinning (Y/N) stayed on his heels.

"I've never felt so certain, all my life I've been torn."

(Y/N) watches as her lover runs his hand against the ice wall near the spirit, before doing the same herself.

She watches as the spirit that called to her seemed to spiral in the air before shooting past her and joining the other.

"But we're here for a reason, could it be the reason we were born!"

They both laugh as they jump and slide across the icy floor, making it easier and faster to keep up with the voices.

They near a large gap between the tunnels, and Espen grins before jumping, and creating structure after structure.

(Y/N), however, looks down nervously as she paces the structures, but smiles as her magic seeps through them and creates orange flecks in between.

"I have always been so different, normal rules do not apply."

After successfully making it to the other side, Espen grabs his girlfriend by the arms and steadies her as she catches her breath, before looking up and smiling at eachother.

"Is this the day, are you the way, I finally find out why!"

The spirits appear once more, and glow bright before leading them towards a blocked path. Espen goes to move them, but stops as his girlfriend rushes ahead with a child like grin.

"Show yourself!" (Y/N) easily pushes the blockade away, and helps it bend in on eachother to create a new pathway.

"I'm no longer trembling!"

A hall is seen as Espen follows the women with an adoring smile, and cheers for her as she moves more blocks of ice with her magic, and pushes them to form pillars.

"Here I am, oh I've come so far! You are the answers we've waited for.."

"All of our lives!" Espen joins her, and nods to her before lifting his foot. (Y/N) looks down and grins, before nodding.

"Oh, show yourself!" They stomp their feet hard against the ground, and watch as the door bursts into tiny fragments of ice and snow.

A pitch black room, filled with shards of ice, all different colors presents itself.

"Let us see who you are!"

Their eyes widen as an image of a leaf forms in the air, before spinning around them and leaping into the air.

"Come to me now.."

The image goes to form into a large, blue glass pillar. Another forms from Espen's side, and curls around his head in the form of a salamander.

"Open your doors."

As the first one, the image of the fire spirit bounces back and forms a pink diamond like pillar, and hovers in the air next to the blue one.

The water spirit is next, as the horse trots slowly towards the two. It nuzzles its head into the crook of (Y/N)'s neck, causing her to smile and watch as it trots around Espen, before forming into its own pillar.

"Don't make us wait, one moment more!"

They both take a strong step forward, and gasp as the image of an earth giant passes by them, and nods before forming into a purple pillar.

"Oh, come to me now, open your doors!"

(Y/N) watches with a slacked jaw as her boyfriend moves the pillars with his hands, and helps them form into the floor in a large snowflake like pattern.

"Don't make me wait, one moment more!"

They smile wide as the pattern lights up, and four, small triangles form in the middle. Two at the side were white, while the other two were orange.

Espen immediately takes a step into the shape, and reaches out and allows his girlfriend to take his hand and pull her into the form with him.

He wraps his arms around her shoulders, while (Y/N) wrapped her arms around his waist and rested them against his hips. They look down and gasp as small lights flicker from the ground and circle upwards.

The small dots wrap around the couples forms, before shooting into the air, causing them both to shut their eyes tightly with loud laughs.

"Where the Northwind, meets the sea."

The voices of all those that have come before them ring out in the air, causing the two to look around as images of their past and younger selves play on a giant wall of ice.

Two voice vocalizing draws their attention. They turn to their left, and their eyes widen as Espen's mother and (Y/N)'s father, call out in alarm as Iduana cradled Agnaar in her arms, with (F/N) behind her with his arms crossed.

"There's a river..full of memory."

"Mother.."

"Dad.."

The two turn to eachother with wide eyes as tears pricked the edge of their eyes. (Y/N) goes to say something, but stops as a familiar voice calls to her from behind.

"Come, my darling, homeward bound.."

Spinning around, the two adults chock on air as (F/N) starred down at them with a soft smile, Iduana next to him with proud eyes.

Espen covers his mouth with his hands to stop himself from crying, as (Y/N) simply stared up at her father with a wide grin.

"I am found!" They both yell together in joy, and their parents smiles only grow as they watch.

"Show yourself! Step into your power!" The four of them sing together as a spark of white and orange form around the two magic holders.

Espen watches in amazement as his suit transforms into a white silk shirt that tucked into white trousers with glass heels. A sleeveless corset hugged his waist while a long, translucent cape flowed behind him.

The man hears a laugh to his left, and turns with a raging blush as he takes in his girlfriends figure. (Y/N)'s outfit was..completely new, to say the least.

"Grow yourself!"

The girl adorned a long light, almost pale yellow dress that became translucent near her ankles. Light yellow tights hugged her thighs, causing Espen to avert his attention towards the off shoulder straps that stretched towards her forearm.

She didn't wear heels like her lover, however, as her feet were laid bare as the tights wrapped around the underside of them.

"Into something new!"

(Y/N) grins and looks back at her boyfriend, and Espen smiles softly before taking her hand in his, and looking up at their parents.

"You are the one you've been waiting for!" Iduana sings, and (F/N) nods sternly with a smirk.

"All of my life!"

"All of your life!"

"Oh, show yourself!" Espen looks down at his hands, and nods before moving them and wiping away all the memories into a cloud of mist.

"Ah-uh-ah-ah."

It swirls around the two, and (Y/N) spins around and fired two small, but very noticeable sparks of orange magic into the mist and watches as it all blends together.

"Ah-uh-ah-ah!"

She looks towards her boyfriend, and yells as he grabs her by the waist and picks her up in the air before twirling around with a laugh.

"Ah-uh-ah-ah!!"

They stare into eachothers eyes as the storm turns around them, before leaning down and capturing their lips in a cold but gentle kiss.

It takes a second before Espen finally stops spinning and gently sets (Y/N) back in her feet, and the storm collapses around them as her feet finally make contact with the cold floor.
