Here's my base if you want a less fuzzy one that you and use the fill tool on (when I made it transparent it kinda glitched out and wasn't working so just go onto ibis paint, press the three dots under the layer settings, and press "clear white (color) to make it transparent if you need to.
Also don't forget to tag me if you use the OC for a fanfic or roleplay because I wanna see what cool stuff ya do :D

Anyways I guess just do a small backstory to adopt and I'll pick the one that most suits him
