Ok I got bored; so this is how I draw lips:

Start with circles in this arrangement

Connect the tops of the bottom circles and the bottom of the top one like this

Make a carrot thing above the top circle

Bring the corners of the carrot to the line

Make a curved line around the bottom circles

Shade the top lip lightly for detail

And add a nose above it bc that makes it look more....good I guess? And some details...
