After Runningshore's death SpeckledGlare seemed off, he was depressed but didn't tell anyone. His only way to calm himself was to change his attitude, he always cracks up jokes and is more enthusiastic, it's his only way to talk to other cats. But the only chance he got a chance to talk to his brother, was in the dark forest. So he joined forces with his brother, and kept his act.
