Well, I first found out when I was little. They didn't manifest at first, but my hair began turning white from about the age of eight months. Around when I was four, one year after Anna was born, my parents told me that my powers first showed themselves when I was really upset and I didn't want to get dressed up. Apparently I frosted the ground so they couldn;t get to me haha!
