Well, like I said in the last chapter, I was so afraid of hurting her again but this time in a place that couldn't so easily be fixed that I- encouraged by our parents, I admit- hid myself away so that she wouldn't be in danger from me again. Kind of ironic, isn't it, that she got hurt anyway because I had created all that stress from hiding in the first place.
