I guess so.

It kind of depends if you're older or younger and what kind of relationship you had before, but I would suggest to wait it out and see if she gets over it. Maybe it's just a phase. If she starts bothering you, just ignore her, and she may get tired of it, but I don't know because I don't know what kind of person she is (besides- apparently- annoying). Don't start fights. Play it cool ;)
