It has been 3 moons since runningstorm confessed to loving brokenmelody. Wolfpaw padded past the Warriors den and a cat jumped in him standing over him was the absolutely gorgeous brokenmelody. "Hello wolfpaw" brokenmelody purred. "hi brokenmelody" wolfpaw studdered as he stared at the huge black she-cat. brokenmelody chuckles softly and padded away. Suddenly brokenmelody felt pain surge throw her body "focus on your destiny brokenmelody not on loving that apprentice" a voice growled. "i don't have to listen to you I can lead my own destiny" brokenmelody growled. Brokenmelody padded quickly out of the camp with wolfpaw following behind her. "what are we going to be doing today" wolfpaw asked. "Battle training" brokenmelody meowed. wolfpaw nods and hurled himself at brokenmelody she ducks and wolfpaw goes flying over her head. brokenmelody chuckles softly and sitting down as wolfpaw got up. wolfpaw lunged for brokenmelody and hit her chest he landed with a soft thud "you hit muscle wolfpaw I'm muscular I'm not weak you'll have to try harder" brokenmelody meowed. Runningstorm stood beneath a tree watching his mate and her apprentice " runningstorm In stead of watching us why don't you join us" runningstorm jumped about a foot not noticing brokenmelody was staring into his blue eyes. Wolfpaw looked at Runningstorm in amazement. "I've never seen you jump so high" brokenmelody chuckles softly and padded up to runningstorm and licked his face. "Wolfpaw tuck your tail end in you look like a rabbit" runningstorm purrs in amusement. brokenmelody was sneaking up on wolfpaw then he whipped around and pounces on brokenmelody. she hissed under the black apprentice and shoved him off. Runningstorm pads to his mate and her apprentice. "you alright brokenmelody" runningstorm asked. "yea it's just my shoulder" brokenmelody meowed. "I'm sorry brokenmelody I didn't mean to land to hard on you" wolfpaw squeaked. "it's fine wolfpaw don't worry I'm ok" brokenmelody stood up and nudged the apprentice. runningstorm pressed to brokenmelody's side.

Brokenmelody dodged throw trees as her clan headed for the gathering. she swiftly leaped onto the rocks and leaped across gracefully. her strong body twitched as she leaped from rock to rock. shootingstar ran beside the rocks glancing up at brokenmelody every so often to make sure she didn't fall. Brokenmelody leaped over shootingstar and landed beside runningstorm and wolfpaw. wolfpaw jumped in fright then noticed it was brokenmelody. runningstorm purred in amusement and rasped his tongue over brokenmelody's forehead. "Boneclan we're here" shootingstar announced. "wolfpaw go talk to the other apprentices" brokenmelody meowed and ran to talk to aspentail from frostclan. runningstorm went to talk to eclipsesun. wolfpaw ran off to the other apprentices.

"Brokenmelody is something wrong" blacktip looks up to see the massive black she-cat standing in front of him. "my belly hurts really bad" brokenmelody meowed. "lay Down and I'll check" blacktip meowed blacktip pressed his paw to brokenmelody's belly. "your expecting kits" blacktip Meowed. "wait what" brokenmelody looks at blacktip like he was insane. "yes your having kits 4 to be exact" blacktip meowed. Brokenmelody shot up and out of the den. "runningstorm can we talk" brokenmelody meowed. he nods and followed brokenmelody. "what's wrong brokenmelody" runningstorm asked. "I'm expecting kits" brokenmelody meowed. "that's great brokenmelody" runningstorm rasped his tongue over brokenmelody's broad head. Brokenmelody purred but was still shocked by this.

Brokenmelody laid beside the nursery her mother goddess laid beside her. goddess was pregnant again and brokenmelody was really close to kitting. "Brokenmelody are you feeling okay" goddess asked. "yea I'm fin- brokenmelody was cut off by a surge of pain in her body. "Your kits are coming and blacktip isn't here" goddess panicked. "mouse dung this hurts" brokenmelody wailed the clan was at a gathering. suddenly a burst of light flashes down beside brokenmelody. " hi I'm kestrelsong i was medicine cat before blacktip I'm here to help you with your kitting since Blacktip isn't here" she meowed softly. Kestrelsong pressed her paws to brokenmelody's belly and a small smoky black screen Tom slither into the grass.

Soon all 4 of brokenmelody's kits came. kestrelsong named brokenmelody's first daughter pinekit. goddess named brokenmelody's only son stormykit and her second daughter risingkit. brokenmelody named her last daughter spottedkit.
