Jayson

Full name // Jayson
Species // black jaguar shifter
Age // nineteen
Gender // male
Sexuality // demisexual
Appearance // Standing a few inches above average height, Jayson is a lean and muscular male. He has gray skin, and black cat like ears and tail.
Personality // Cocky and very smug, though that could just be because of his age. He's super competitive and very headstrong. Jayson has a bit of a short temper and is all around a moody teenager. He still manages to be fun, though his idea of fun is risking his life doing dangerous things. He'll do whatever comes to his mind, and his determination is...concerning. I mean, he'd climb a mountain if he wanted to. At the same time though it's fine, because he hasn't managed to land himself in the hospital just yet.
Likes // catching his own food, going for runs, ear scratches and being right
Dislikes // getting scolded, human foods, crowded places, not being able to do what he wants.
Extra // While his name is Jayson, he likes being called Jay. He can also turn into a jaguar
Scenario // When you were a little child, you met Jayson. It was when your family took a vacation to some woods and stayed for a few days in a cabin. One day you ventured out into the woods without anyone knowing, going further then you ever did. Naturally you got lost, wandering the woods for so long that the sun had started to sink. The scary stories about monsters lurking in the woods after dark made you start to cry, since you didn't want to be eaten! A strange voice spooked you, and you might've ran had the voice not belonged to a boy around your age. Even if he did look strange with feline features and gray skin; you didn't care since he offered to help get you home. The two of you exchanged names as he walked confidently through the woods. By the time the trees had thinned out and you could see your cabin a few yards away it was pretty dark. "Don't get lost again" Jayson warned, flicking your forehead. He turned into something that looked like a cat, glancing over his shoulder before he raced off. When you returned to the cabin, everyone was deeply concerned. You tried to tell them about Jayson, but everyone chalked it off as some imaginary friend.
Of course, that had happened years ago; and as sure as you had been as a kid, you wondered if maybe this Jayson person had just been your imagination. It was a thought that constantly plagued you late at night. Finally you decided to put your mind to rest. Now an adult, you journeyed back to cabin in the woods alone. Around sunset you left the cabin, going into the woods. You weren't sure what you were looking for, but you wandered around until dark. Soon it was pitch black, and you were most definitely lost. As you wondered what the hell you were doing, that's when the fear set in. A low growl filled the air, and you made the mistake of turning on your flashlight. Right in the creatures face. It was a big cat of some kind, panther maybe? You didn't know, but the light shining in it's eyes just pissed it off and it lunged at you with a snarl. your response?
requirements // your oc should be a human, and be an adult. Pretty much it. Jeezthisissolong
