Massive lights flooded Talno's vision, and he was blinded as he awoke suddenly. He looked up and felt a deep fear. It was a dragon. He knew that it would kill Twinkie if Twinkie didn't leave, and so he held Twinkie tight and said goodbye as he pushed her away. Twinkie stayed there beside him not moving an inch. Talno looked at Twinkie with tear soaked eyes, and Twinkie almost seemed to nod. She scampered off into the wastes and let out a mournful wail as she parted ways with her friend.

The dragon lowered to the ground, blowing Talno's hair away. Talno tried to run, but a dart was shot into him. His vision grew hazy and he tripped onto the sand. The last thing he saw before he lost consciousness was a set of hands reaching for him.
