"Dude, the finale of x was SOOO GOOD! I can't believe that-"

Hold on. Did your friend, your fellow show-junkie, just ruin the episode that you've been anticipating for centuries?

They knew that it would be quite possibly the biggest highlight of your life since you popped out of your mama's womb, but they still spoiled it?

Maybe they forgot that you weren't there, or they figured that you saw it from the comfort of your lovely abode.

The truth of matter is that the spoiler is out, and you'll never be able to look at the fine piece of work that is the hunky side character in the same light again.

On top of all these reasons, you know what really bites about the most about this dilemma?

You had to cancel your routinely TV date with your bestie so that you could watch your darling baby sister last night.

That's right, you weren't able to watch it in the first place because of some unforeseen obstacle! And because of this seemingly devine problem, prevented you from watch the finale, and now it is forever ruined for you.

All thanks to the one person you called your best friend...

HOW TO DEAL WITH SUCH TREACHERY:

Bloody Hands:

You can't get through life without getting your hands a bit dirty. Call up your local mafia, or that ASSASSIN (A/N: SOMEONE BETTER BE A ToG fan!) you once met at the grocery store. Have them exterminate the traitor you have once trusted with your most embarrassing moments, and cringy crushes. It's better this way.

Revenge On A Silver Platter:

If you're not one for violence, use your psychological powers instead. Look for a new show you know your so called best friend would like, get them invested in it, then BAM!! Watch ahead of them and drop a major spoiler. Who said you have to wait for the finale? You just got to pick the right spoiler for that one character they like so much and your revenge is complete!

Blackmailing:

For this one, you have to be good at acting. Or someone who cries easily. PULL OUT THE WATER-WORKS, BABY!!! Then once that's there, tell them you will never forgive them for their traitorous act, and that your friendship is over. If they really care about you, they'll try to do something to sooth your unease, and that is when you strike. Say food will make you feel better, and that'll send them to your favorite fast-food venue or whatever, and TA-DA! Free food!! Or maybe you want something other than food, but whatever it is, use it to your advantage. This is a once in a blue moon kind of thing.

Keep Calm & Explain:

If you're the calm type, and not really one to overreact in this type of situation; in that case, I don't have to tell you what to do. You got your crap together, tell them you haven't gotten a chance to watch the finale yet, and they just spoiled it for you, so now you're going to have to watch the episode knowing full well what's going to happen, but you forgive them. After all, you guys have gone through worse together.
