I walk into the living room and found Seokjin sitting beside Jeongguk. A girl clings onto his forearm.
"Who the hell are you?" I demand, facing the girl clinging onto Jeongguk. She has long hair, the bottom of it dyed pink.
"Um, isn't it obvious? I'm Jeongguk's girlfriend," She replies with a cocky tone and smug smile, and I have to resist the urge to slap that wide smirk off her pretty face.
"Stop being rude," Seokjin scolds sternly and I mentally thank him. I stare at Jeongguk and her girlfriend and I could feel my insides churn in jealousy.
"Stop being jealous, Taehyung, you'll meet your mate soon. Remember to stay loyal or I'm never helping you when you're in trouble," My wolf warns and I roll my eyes.
"I'm sorry, but only certain members from other packs are allowed to be in our pack house with a valid reason. You're not an alpha neither are you a beta, I don't see why you're here," I say and her nose flares in anger. She walks over to me.
"Who are you to kick me out? You're not the alpha, you don't have the right to do so. And also, I'm allowed to be here, alright? Alright. My boyfriend is the alpha of Dusk Light Pack, so I am allowed here!" She screams at my face and I glare at her, making her whimper and she goes to Jeongguk's side, whining about me bullying her. I roll my eyes.
"Listen here, I am part of Dusk Angel Pack, and this my pack house, I have every right to kick out those that aren't here for a valid reason. Furthermore, I'm the alpha's best friend and beta's brother. Anyone who dares to step into our pack house without a valid reason to be here will be counted as a threat and we deal with threats really seriously." I smile at her sarcastically before walking back to my own room in the house calmly.
"Why are you so cranky? You're so rude to alpha's girlfriend," My wolf whines. I stare at the ceiling and shrug, making my wolf growl.
"Just because he's the alpha of Dusk Light Pack doesn't mean I have to respect him and everything that is related to him," I tell my wolf and it decides not to reply me. I reach out for the book lying on my nightstand and start to read it, even though I've read it countless of times.
Someone knocks on my room door and I grumble. "Come in."
The door creaks open gently and I see a Jeongguk behind it. I smile to myself at usher him to come in.
"What do you want?" I ask meanly with a cough to cover up my smile. For some reason, I feel happy when Jeongguk came to me.
"Um, I was just wondering if you wanna go get dinner. Since it's late and you've probably not eaten so I'm taking you out for dinner. We can eat anything you wanna eat. I'll pay." His eyes wanders around my room as he spoke, avoiding my gaze. I smile at his small act of shyness before pursing my lips, thinking about his offer.
"Anything I want?" I ask and he nods. I chuckle and jump off the bed.
"Well what are you waiting for?" I question and his face lights up with a smile. He pulls me out of my room and towards his car outside and I smile, happy that I could finally fill my empty stomach.

He pulls his car up in front of a fast food restaurant and I hop out enthusiastically. He watches me from his driver seat before saying, "You know, when you spoke in that kind of tone asking me if we could go eat anything you want, I was expecting it to be a classy restaurant, not some cheap fast food restaurant."
I snort in reply and turn around to face him. "Just shut up and let's go."
I leave him sitting inside of his car and push the entrance of the fast food restaurant and sigh in delight. I stand in front of the counter and wait for Jeongguk to come in before I order.
"What are you waiting for?" He asks and raises an eyebrow.
"For you to order my meal and pay for me, duh," I say as if it's the most obvious thing. He rolls his eyes and ignore that.
"I want a spicy chicken burger, fries, and a large coke," I tell him before skipping to one of the empty seats.
Jeongguk appears in front of me holding a tray of food. I clap happily as I watch him sit opposite of me.
"Thank you for the food," I say and take my burger from the tray. I take a big bite and moan in delight.
"It's so yummy, thanks for the burger, Jeongguk," I thank him. He smiles before saying, "Sorry for Eunra's behavior just now."
"Eunra? Who's that?"
"That's my," He pauses for a while.
"Your?"
"My girlfriend," He mumbles inaudibly but I caught what he said.
I shrug, ignoring the slight pang of hurt. "That's fine."
"Really?"
"Yeah, besides, i'm sure some girls are like that," I say and take the last bite of my burger, crushing the wrapper angrily. Jeongguk smiled before thanking me and continues eating his burger.
"You do know that you're also like a girl, right?" My wolf reminds me and I ignore it's comment, asking it to shut up.
I munch on my fries and watch him place his half-eaten burger on the tray to take a sip of his drink. I eye his burger and he sees me doing that. His trails from my face to his burger and he arches his right eyebrow.
"You want?"
"Huh? What?" I ask, snapping out from my daze. He laughs lightly and takes his burger in his hands.
"Here," He extends his arms out, placing the burger in front of my face. "Take it."
My eyes darts from his face to the burger before hesitantly taking the burger from him.
"Thanks."
I take a bite of the burger and my eyes widens at the taste.
"Mm, this is really delicious, what's it called?"
"Teriyaki burger."
"Wow, it's really yummy. Thanks, Jeongguk," I say.
"You eat a lot," He comments. I stop eating and pout before shoving his burger towards him. "Take it back."
"I was just joking."
"Yeah, i know, I was too," I lie and continue eating the burger.
"Once again, I'm really sorry for how Eunra acted just now. She was really rude towards you."
I look at him before asking, "Why are you apologizing for her? You did nothing wrong."
"Because she's my-"
"Yeah yeah I get it, because she's your girlfriend." I cut him off, emphasizing when I said girlfriend.
"Yeah."
I gobble up my burger and crush the wrapper before throwing it beside the half empty box of fries.
"I'll be going home now," I tell him and pick my tray up, walking over to the dustbin. He hastily stands up and follows me.
"I'll send you home," He offers and I decline.
"It's fine, I've been here alone countless of times, I'll be fine," I assure and he rubs his forehead before saying, "But it's late."
"That's fine, I can take care of myself. Maybe you should go and comfort your . . . girlfriend."
"Alright, bye Taehyung, see you at training tomorrow."
"Yeah, bye." I let out a sad smile and trudge out of the restaurant with my head down.
