Michael's POV 

It's been a few months now an Leanne has really come along way. She's been having some issues at school with some girl, but other than that she's been doing really well and gets straight A's.

Even though i've been trying to push my feelings for her aside until she's 18. I'm still very much attracted to her and we get a little flirtly sometimes, but nothing else.

I'm in the kitchen and after yelling for about 10 minutes Leanne finally comes down the stairs.

"Finaly! What took you so long I've been calling for..." I pause losing my train of thought when Leanne walks in wearing her school uniform, I'm not really into the whole school girl thing, but for some reason Leanne really manages to turn me on when she wears it. Then again so does pretty much everything she wears.

"Calling for what?" Leanne asks bringing me from my thought. "Umm... it's doesn't matter" I smile sitting beside her at the breakfast table. "I was just getting some last minute studying in before school" she shrugs. "That's right you have that test today" I remember. "Don't worry about it. You'll do great" I smile and she smiles back then goes quiet. "You still having trouble with Beth? What happens anyway? I thought you two were good friend's"

"We were, but ever since she started hanging out with Sarah and her friends, she's been a real bitch"

"Well just ignore her. Fighting doesn't help anything" I tell her sternly "yeah, yeah" she rolls her eyes getting up from the table then leans over coming close to my face. "I'll see you later" she whispers close to my lips then smiles and quickly moves away and heads out the front door leaving me with a throbbing erection. I don't know how, but this girl doesn't even have to touch me, but still manages to get me all heated up. I've managed to stay strong and not give into the temptation, but I'm finding it more difficult by the day.

Leanne's POV

I started back at school a few months ago and it's been great. It's a new school so nobody here really knows me or anything about my past which is great because I finally feel like my life is getting back on track.

I've also been having a great time living with Michael and ever since I got there he's made me feel safe and happy and even though he knows I'm greatful for what he's done for me, I don't think he'll ever really understand just how truly greatful I am.

I get to the school gates and my friend Amy is standing waiting for me. "Hey, what took you so long?"

"Sorry, bus was late"

"But, doesn't Michael usually drive you" she frowns confused. "Sometimes, but he umm... he had something to do when I left" I chuckle slightly to myself and Amy looks at me confused by my comment, but doesn't say anything.

Just like everybody else Amy doesn't know about Mine and Michael living situation. As far as she and everybody else is aware he's just my guardian, which is technically true. We're not together intimately anymore, but we agreed to wait until I was 18 which I was fine with at first, but lately it seems to be getting more and more harder to not just give in an pounce on him, especially when he's lay next to me at night wearing nothing but is boxer's.

We're standing outside the classroom talking and Amy's expression suddenly changes "Oh great" Amy mumbles nervously and I turn and see Beth walking towards us with her friends. "Good look on the test today" Beth smirks then turns to Amy and. "Not that a geek like you needs it" she chuckles "what the fuck is your problem!?" I frown and she turns back to me. "My problem is I there's an ugly geek in my face and I don't wanna look at it" she scrunches her face at Amy. "You know your actually quiet pretty. Maybe you should ditch your ugly lap dog, we might let you hang out with us sometime" she smiles at me. "Why the fuck would I wanna hang out with you!?" I scoff. "Your seriously chooses THAT over hanging out with us?"she widens her eyes "yup. I'd choose her over you and you little back up bitches every time" I smirk "Well don't say I didn't try. You've just lost your last chance" she shrugs "have fun with that ugly little mutt"

"Don't speak to her like that! Who the fuck do you think you are!? Your nothing special Beth. Your just a nobody and..."

"What's going on here!?" We here a deep voice and quickly turn around. "Nothing sir. Leanne and I were just wishing each other good luck on the test" Beth fakes a smile. "Well enough chit chat. Get inside"

"This isn't over! I'm gonna fuck you up after school. Nobody speaks to me like that!" Beth hisses in a low tone so the teacher doesn't hear. "Bring it the fuck on bitch" I scoff then turn an go into the classroom. Completely unfazed by her threats.

Lisa's POV

"You really don't need to follow me around" I sigh rolling my eyes at Emma. "You know the rules. None of the girls are allowed out unsupervised" she shrugs. "This is ridiculous! I'm not gonna run. It's been months and I haven't attempted to once" I point out. "That's because Mary's made sure your never out alone"

"Look. Why don't you do your thing and i'll do mine and we both meet up in an hour" I suggest and she looks at me hesitantly "I don't know. If Mary found out she'd..."

"She won't. Trust me" I cut her off. "Ok, but you don't leave mall and we meet back on this spot in exactly 30 minutes" she says still unsure. "Agreed" I smile through pursed lips.

I turn and walk into one of the clothes stores and pretend to be looking through the rails, waiting for Emma to leave so I can make a run for it, but she stands in the same spot for what seems like forever then luckily her phone starts ringing and she turns walking the other way.

I quickly make my way out of the store then make a run for it while still looking behind me to make sure Emma isn't following me. I get close to the exit, but i'm knocked to the ground after acciendly bumping into someone. "I- I'm so sorry I..." I stutter as I'm helped to my feet.

"Michael!" I sigh in relief and smile slightly, finally standing face to face with him. "Um..hi" he mumbles awkwardly. "Oh my God! I'm so glad your here I..."

"I'm actually really busy" I cuts me off and goes to walk away, but I grab his arm stopping him. "Michael. You have to help me. I'm in real trouble and..."

"I'm not intersted"

"Please?" I plead with him

"What do you want this time?" He sighs rolling his eyes. "I heard about what you did for Leanne and how much you..."

"You want money!?" He cuts me

"I'll pay you back I promise I..."

"Goodbye Lisa" he rolls his eyes "Michael PLEASE? I..."

"I'm not giving you any money Lisa" he cuts me off. "Michael. Please? I need it and..."

"This conversations over" he shrugs an walks away not bothering to look back.

I turn to run after him, but Emma comes from out of nowhere and grabs hold of me. "Don't even think about it" she frowns "I can't believe I trusted you"

"You can I was just..."

"Do you have any idea what would have happened to me if you would have left!?" She snaps and pulls me towards the exit.

Leanne's POV

I'm in my last class before lunch and Amy comes rushing over and sits beside me. "Someones happy to see me" I chuckle slightly. "You can't go to that fight with Beth" she says breathlessly "Relax, it's fine. I can take care of Beth" I shrug "yeah, one on one maybe!"

"What do you mean?" I frown confused. "I've just over heard her talking with her friends. It's not gonna be a one on one fight. Their all gonna jump you!"

"Are you serious?" I widen my eyes "dead serious! Dead as your gonna be if you go to that fight. There's gonna be like 10 of them"

"What am I gonna do? They'll be waiting outside for me" I say slightly nervous at the thought of being jumped by a group of girls. "You could always go to the School nurse and say your sick. That way you can go home early" she suggests.

"But then i'll look like a wuss"

"Would you rather be a wuss or would you rather be dead?"

Michael's POV

I'm on my way back from the mall and I'm still a little shocked about seeing Lisa there. I'm not sure why though, but I'm more pissed off at the fact she just slammed right into me and then asked me for money. I've not seen or heard from Lisa in months. I don't know why i'm so surprised though. After our divorce I didn't seen her for a year and then she suddenly showed up. Hopefully today was a one off and I won't see her again.

When I get home and I see Leanne lay on the sofa watching TV. "Hey! What are you doing home so early?" I smile "I wasn't feeling to good"

"You look fine to me" I chuckle moving her legs out of the way so I can sit beside her. "I had a stomach ache, but I'm fine now" she smiles at me through pursed lips and puts her legs across my lap.

"Has something happened?" I asks sensing something "nope.. everything's fine" she shakes her head.

Leanne's POV

Michael and I are sat watching TV and we hear yelling from outside and Michael goes over to the window to check out what's going on.

"Leanne, why is Beth and her friends outside?" He asks and I shrug not answering. "You were arguing with her again Weren't you?" He frowns "we may have had a few words, but she was being a real bitch to Amy and..."

"So you started this?" He cuts me off. "Kinda"

"And that's why your home early?"

"Only because Beth got all her friends together to jump me after school because she didn't wanna fight me one on one and..."

"Get up" he says coming back over to the sofa."What?" I frown confused. "You started this and now you can finish it" he says taking my hand pulling me towards the door.

"Are you fucking kidding me!? Have you seen how many girls she has with her!?" I snap, trying to pull away as he leads me onto the front lawn.

"Beth get over here! And leave your lap dogs behind" He yells an Beth walks over alone.

"You two wanna fight so bad? Go for it!" He says letting go of my arm.

We both soon start fighting then suddenly Michael pulls me off her and helps Beth up off the ground and she holds her hand to her now busted mouth.

"Now how do You both feel? Do you still hate each other?" He asks calmly.

"YES!" We both yell at each other. "Now what does that tell you? Fighting help nothing" he says calmly then turns to Beth "You can leave now" he smiles and takes my hand leading me back inside.

"What the fuck!? Why did you do that!?" I snap at Michael once we're in the house. "What? You already busted her mouth. How far were you planning on taking it?" He shrugs.

"I was perfectly happy sitting on the sofa!" I snap. "I didn't wanna have to do that, but you shouldn't run away from your problems. It only makes it harder in he end" he shrugs. "But.."

"I was thinking of ordering take out tonight" he cuts me of and kisses my temple. Then walks away like nothing happened.

Lisa's POV

"What the fuck were you thinking!?" Mia snaps when Emma tells her what happened at the mall. "I'm sorry for running on you like that" I turned to Emma. "But when I saw Michael I..."

"You didn't run because you saw him. You were already running and just happened to knock into him on your way out. We told you. Nobody's to bother Leanne or Michael" Emma cuts me off. "But he could help me and..."

"He's not interested in helping you. I heard the conversation and you asking him for money. What was you gonna do? Skip town? Because Mary would have still come after you"

"No... I was gonna use it to pay Mary so she'd let me leave and..."

"It doesn't work that way" Mia chuckles slightly. "If it did do you think we'd all still be here, if all we had to do was pay an exit fee?" She says sarcastically.

"She let Leanne leave" I point out "no.. she sold Leanne for one million dollars. Do you really think Michael.. your EX husband is gonna pay that amount of money again?.. for you? He could have helped you today at the mall, but he didn't and what does that tell you?" Emma raises an eyebrow. "That's just because he doesn't know what Mary's making me do. If he'd had let me explain that's what I needed the money for then..."

"When are you gonna get it through your thick skull!" Mia cuts me off. "He doesn't care about you and he couldn't wait to get away from you today. He only cares about Leanne... he has no use for you anymore" she shrugs "I'm sorry, but it's the truth. He only wants Leanne and now he has her, he's never coming back. Not even to save you.

Michael's POV

We're getting ready for bed and i'm still feeling a little bad about what happened "I'm really sorry about earlier. I shouldn't have made you go out there" I mumble to Leanne, climbing into bed. "It's fine. It was kinda funny actually" she giggles slightly. "I just didn't want you hiding away and scared to face your problems, like last..."

I pause not wanting to bring up the past. "Well it's done now" she turns and smiles slightly then turns back around and contiues changing into her PJs and I can't help but watch as she slowly undresses.

"Stop looking" she giggles and continues changing. "I wasn't looking at anything" I shake my head pretending to act inocent "mhm... sure you weren't" she smirks, crawling to the top of the bed, then gets under the sheets with me and I wrap my arms around her as she lays on my chest then soon falls asleep.
