Help wanted
Joseph's POV
After my talk with Michael, I've noticed a real change in him at work. He's always the first in the office and he's the last one to leave. You never know which way thing's will go with Michael. Whenever anybody calls him out on anything either he'll listen and take your advice or will completely ignore you and do it even more just to piss you off, but luckily he's taken my advice and I can see how hard he's been working. I've recently decided to extend our company and have been looking into the hotel industry as well as buying and selling properties. I don't usually give my son's such a big responsibility as this especially with something new, but it's clear to me that Michael is trying to prove himself to me and even though it's a big risk giving him such a big job. I want to give him that push and give him the opportunity he's so desperately been trying to get from me and I'm really hoping he manages to pull it off.

Leanne's POV
"Hows it going?" I ask Michael going into th living room and he looks up from his laptop. "It's going good. You wanna see?" He smiles pulling me over onto his lap. "All ready for reopening at the end of the month!" He smiles.
"That's great!" I smile excitedly for him and peck his lips "what's wrong?" I ask sensing something. "What if I mess it up?" He sighs.
"You won't mess up" I reassure him giving him a cuddle. "But I still haven't done any advertising yet and Joesph wants to see all the paper work by the end of the week and.."
"Baby you'll be fine" I cut him off. "Just try and relax. You have a whole month to advertise. if you want I could help you with that"
"You don't mind?"
"Of course not. You just concentrate on the paper work today and tomorrow, i'll help you on advertising and other stuff" I smile "You mean like how you helped me with the interviews for a manger? One poor woman left my office crying" He chuckles. "Hey, if she can't handle some attidude and harsh words from a 16 year old girl, then how is she going to deal with an angry customer, huh?"
"That's true"
"I'm gonna go take a shower. Before Amy gets here" I smile.
"Your going out?"
"No we just have a huge project to do by Monday. You don't mind her coming here do you?" I ask "Of course not. It's your house too" he shrugs casually. "Great. Well I'm gonna go take a shower before she gets here"
"Need any company?" He wiggles his eyebrows playfully. "You have work to do remember?"
"Fine" he pouts playfully making me giggle.

Michael's POV
When Leanne goes for her shower I get back to my work and moments later there's a knock at the door and I sigh heavily getting up to answer it. It's not that I have a problem with Leanne having friends or them coming over, I'd just rather things be just me and her in the house, but if I'd said that to Leanne she'd probably think I was being controlling or something which is why I said it was fine. Plus I have alot of work to be doing and really need the distraction of other people in the house. Joesph's never put me or any of my brother's in charge of a new project before and I really wanna prove to him that I'm just as good as my brother's.
I answer the door and there's some really weird geeky looking girl with big glasses just standing stareing at me.
"Can I help you?" I ask "um... I'm umm.. I'm looking for Leanne. This is the address she gave me and.."
"You must be Amy" I smile at her through pursed lips inviting her in. "Yes! I'm Amy!" She smiles excitedly, which is pretty weird she gets so excited about saying her own name. "Leanne's just in the shower i'll go get her" I say leaving the room.
I go into the bathroom an Leanne's still in the shower. "Your friends downstairs" I say quietly, putting my head around the shower curtain. "Ever heard of knocking pervert?" She giggles turning her head around. "But, then I'd miss the view" I say biting my lower lip, while staring at her beautiful ass. "Towel!" Leanne says stern yet playfully and I hand her a towel.
"Is your friend always so weird?" I ask as she gets out and wraps the towel around her. "How do you mean" she frowns confused. "I opened the door and she just stood staring at me. It was really creepy"
"She's just shy sometimes is all" she shrugs and goes to leave the bathroom, but I pull her back to me. "I don't get a kiss first?" I moan kissing her neck, moving my way up to her lips and she kisses me back, then breaks away slightly. "I have to get dressed" she sighs and I nod. "I'm gonna take shower" I peck her lips and switch the shower back on and start getting undressed. "Ever heard of privacy, pervert?" I smirk and she giggles slightly leaving the room.
I really wanna take things further than just heavy make out sessions and flirting. Leanne's gonna be 17 in a few weeks, which means I still have another year to wait until I can have her completely. We've both managed to restrain ourselves from taking things any further, but these last few months have been driving me crazy. I know we both agreed We'd wait until she was 18, but the way things have been going I'm not sure I'll be able to wait that long.

Leanne's POV
After quickly getting dressed, I head downstairs and Amy is stood staring around the hall way. "Hey, sorry I took so long" I smile going over to her. "It's fine. That guy who was here? Was that Michael?"
"mhm" I nod "he's soo hot!" She gasps in a whispering voice. "Why don't we get started on the project?" I smile at her through pursed lips trying not to look pissed by her comment.
"Oh my God! You living room is like the size of mine and my moms whole apartment!" She gasps looking around "the rent on this place must be a fortune!"
"We own the house" I shrug getting are project stuff together. "He owns his own property too?" She widens her eyes. "Can we just get started the project?" I frown getting annoyed. Nobody knows about me and Michael, so I can't really snap at my friend for crushing on Michael a little, but it still pissed me off her talking about him like that.
*
Amy and I are in the living room working on our project and a few minutes later, Michael comes back down stairs. "Finished your shower already?" I smirk slightly as he sits back on the sofa "yup" he smirks back and winks slightly. Then opens up his laptop and continues working.
*
Amy's been here for an hour and she's spent most of the time staring at Michael from the corner of her eyes, rather than helping me with our project and she's really pissing me off and even though Michael hasn't actually looked over or said anything and just left us to get on with our project, I can't help but feel slightly jealous at the way Amy keeps glancing over at him.
"Hows it going?" I smile walking over to Michael leaving Amy on the other side of the room. "I've finished the paperwork, but I still trying to think of a good way to advertise and stuff" he sighs.
"What idea's do you have so far?" I ask sitting beside him and look at his laptop. "I can help you with that!" Amy smiles walking over to us. "I'm really good at making posters. We can make them really sparkly and bright and it'll really help them stand out around town" she smiles sitting on the other side of Michael. "Um.. glittery posters around town isn't the kind of advertising I'm looking for" Michael chuckles slightly then turns his attention back to me. "What if you throw an event before the actual opening?" I suggest "You mean like a show room?"
"Yeah, plus since it's a hotel alot of people at the event would book a room. So the money you spend on the event, you'll make back that same night, plus profit"
"That's a great idea!" He smiles excitedly and gives me a hug. "I love parties!" Amy cuts in an smiles, hinting for an invite, but Michael just smiles at her through pursed lips then turns back to me. "I'm gonna go call Joesph and let him know" he smiles and gets up from the sofa and I make my way back to the table to continue with the school project. "I still think my idea was better" Amy shrugs coming back over to join me and I smirk slightly seeing the jealous look on her face. Amy's my best friend and all, but she's really pissed me off today with the way she's been perving on Michael. I have wanted to say something, but for obvious reason I can't so I've had to bite my tongue on this one.

Micheal's POV
I called Joesph and told him about the idea for the event and he loved it and even though I'm excited about it, I'm also really nervous something's gonna go wrong.
After I've spoken to Joesph, I check to make sure Leanne and her friend are still in the living room then head upstairs to the bedroom and take out the bottle of painkillers from the bedside table.
I haven't been taking as many as I used to, but whenever I try and stop completely I start feeling really anxious and panicky. So I've been taking just enough to keep me straight and calm. Leanne's caught me taking them a few times, but I told her I just get migraines sometimes and a doctor prescribed them to me and luckily she believed me and didn't question it.
After taking three pain killers, I turn to put the rest back then jump slightly, when I see Leanne's friend standing at the door.
"Can I help you?" I frown looking at her just standing there. "Oh.. um.. I was just looking for the bathroom" she stutters. "It's the next room" I say and take a sip of water from the glass on the table. "Do you have a headache or something?" She asks still standing there. "It would appear so" I say sarcastically and lay down on the bed. "You should be careful with those kind. My aunt was prescribed those same ones and she got addicted after like a week and..."
"Didn't you need to take a shit or something?" I frown, confused at why the hell she's still standing there "Um..yeah.. sorry" she mumbles and quickly leaves.
When I hear the bathroom door lock I head downstairs and Leanne is standing in the kitchen pouring some juice for her and her friend. "Where's my juice?" I chuckle wrapping my arms around her. "You do know Amy could walk in any minute right?" She giggles breaking away. "About that. Maybe it's time she went home"
"Did she say something to you?"
"No, it's just that I have a headache is all" I lie "ok, well I tell her when she comes down she shrugs "thank you" I smile and kiss her quickly, before her friend comes back.
A few moments later Leanne's friend comes downstairs and Leanne explains to her that I have a headache. She glances strangely at me, but doesn't say anything to me then turns back to Leanne.
"Ok, well i'll talk to you tomorrow. Maybe you can come over to my place or..."
"She's busy tomorrow" I cut her off and Leanne looks at me confused. "We have an event to prepare for remember?" I smile at her through pursed lips. "Maybe next time" she turns to her friend.
"Is everything ok?" Leanne asks concerned once her friend had left. "Mhm.. I just have a headache" I lie. "Did Amy say something to you?"
"No, why?"
"You just seem in a hurry for her to leave" she frowns confused. "Because she came on to me" I lie
"She what!? When!?" Leanne snaps. "Just now. I went upstairs to lay down and try and get rid of this headache and she came in the room an started trying to flirt with me. I told her I wasn't interested, but she still kinda creeped me out that she just walked into the bedroom like that" I lie. "I should've known that's why she really went upstairs" she sighs. "She kinda has a crush on you. I didn't think she'd try and make a move on you though. I'll call her an speak to her about it later"
"Do you really wanna be friends with someone like that? I mean what kind I friend makes a move on her friends boyfriend?"
"But she doesn't know about us"
"She still followed me upstairs to my room though" I point out "that is pretty weird" she agrees and looks a little upset and I pull her in close to me. "You don't need friends like her" I smile pecking her lips.
**
It's been a few hours since what happened and Leanne and I are lay cuddling on the sofa watching a movie and I still feel really bad about what happened with her friend.
I know I shouldn't have lied about her friend coming on to me, but after she saw me taking those pills and babbling on about her aunt getting addicted, I just needed to get her out of here an away from Leanne. I can't risk her saying anything, which she would have if she got Leanne alone and I can't risk that. I can't risk Leanne finding out the truth. If she ever found out about my addiction, she'd probably hate me and be disgusted if she found out she'd been living with an addict for months and would leave me the first chance she gets.
I do want to stop, but it's not like I can just check myself into rehab for two weeks without Leanne noticing I'm gone, so I'm just gonna have to deal with it myself. I will manage to stop eventually and Leanne will never have to know anything about it, it's gonna take a little longer and until then I can't have people like that girl around an risk Leanne finding out.
