Nervous
Michael's POV
"The moment I met you, I knew you were special. I've loved ever since the first time I laid eyes on you. You mean everything to me and you've given me so much strength and love and I fall in love with you more and more each time I see you and I'm truly greatful for everything you've done for me and I'm honered to be the father of your children... I love you.... will you marry me?"
"Ummm...... no"
"RANDY!?" Mother snaps "I was only joking" he chuckles. "Well it's not funny! This is really important for your brother!"
"Ok. I'm sorry. Let's do it again" he shrugs. "Just try and relax" mother smiles. "But, what if she really does say no?" I say say, getting nervous again. "Now look what you've done you asshole!" Joesph frowns. "I was only joking. Anyway. This is whole thing is pointless. We all know she's gonna say yes" he shrugs. "You don't know that for sure" I mumble "What if she doesn't wanna be my wife? Or..."
"Of course she'll wanna be your wife" Tito cuts me off. "She's with you and she gave birth to your children and it's pretty clear when she looks at you, she loves you. Just try and relax and go over it again. Maybe try it on mother this time. It might feel less weird practicing on a woman" he suggests and I nod nervously.
"Just relax. You still have two more weeks until the big day. You have plenty of time to practice" Joesph smiles. "Try speaking from your heart instead of something you wrote down" mother cuts in. "He needs to practice what he's gonna say" Jermaine cuts in. "He's already babbling and getting nervous just practicing with us. If he goes in there with nothing but a ring he's gonna be a mess. He needs to know what he's gonna say to her"
"Of course he's going to know what to say if he's speaking from his heart. Michael's very romantic and sensitive" mother smiles and gives me a hug. "There's nothing wrong with being nervous. This is a big deal and I know you'll do great when it come to proposing"
"But what if I mess it up or it sounds stupid?" I say nervously "You won't sound stupid. Not if your speaking from your heart. Just like you did when you wrote that song for her. What was it called again?"
"I'll be there" I mumble "That's was a really good idea to write your own wedding song" Randy smiles "No other song sounded right" I mutter. "Well we love it and more importantly Leanne will love it too" Joesph smiles.
I'm about to speak when mother gasps and smiles as TJ and LaToya walk down the stairs with Annabelle and Ryan, dressed in the outfits I got them for the wedding.
"Awww... look at my little angels" she coos rushing over to them. "They look great, but wouldn't it be better to put one in pink and one in blue?" Jermaine asks. "Because pink and blue doesn't go with the theme... and we don't wanna look silly for mommy and daddy's wedding do we?" I coo. Taking Annabelle from LaToya. "I just think it'll make things easier for people to tell them apart. They are twins" Jermaine shrugs. "You don't want people getting them mixed up"
"Well the one in the suit is Ryan and the one in the dress is Annabelle" I chuckle, softly and hold Annabelle close, trying to settle her as she starts to get cranky.
"Do you think Leanne suspects anything?" LaToya asks and I shake my head. "I don't think so. She hasn't said anything to you has she?" I turn to TJ knowing the two of them are close and he shakes his head. "She definitely doesn't suspect anything. Me and her spoke awhile back and she doesn't think you ever wanna get married"
"Why would she think that?" I frown confused "Because of the whole Lisa thing. She just assumed since you never mentioned marriage, that you don't ever wanna marry her" he shrugs.
"But Leanne isn't anything like Lisa. She really thinks that?" I mumble and he nods. "I should have done this sooner" I sigh heavily, feeling guilty that Leanne thinks I'm comparing my relationship with Lisa to what I have with Leanne.
"This is completely different. I married Lisa because she constantly went on and on about us getting married and I just did it to shut her up and get some peace. I wanna marry Leanne because I love her and I want her to be my wife"
"And we know that" Mother says softly. "I've left it too late haven't I?" I bite my lower lips nervously.
"Of course you haven't" Tito shakes his head. "You said you wanted to do it on her 18th birthday remember?"
"I know, but now she thinks I don't ever wanna marry her. I should have done this month's ago" I mutter "But you found out Leanne was pregnant around the time you were talking to me about wanting to marry her"
"If you wanted to marry her already then why didn't you just propose then?" LaToya asks confused. "I thought about it and I've been tempted to many times, but I didn't want her to think I was just proposing because she was pregant, which she would have"
"Well I think it's really romantic the way your doing it" mother cuts. "You think so?"
"Of course" she smiles. "Plus having the wedding on the same day you propose is even better. Most women spend all their time stressing over their wedding day and trying to plan everything, but you've already spend the whole year making it perfect for her and you've done beautiful job too"
"And you've learned alot of little details about her you didn't know. Favourite flowers, favourite dress style and a whole bunch of stuff" LaToya adds. "I just want everything to be perfect for her" I smile slightly. "And it will be. Because you love her and you just have to look into that girls eyes to see she loves you just as much" mother smiles. "I really do" I smile back "I've never loved anybody the way I love her. I didn't think it was possible, but it's like over time those feelings get stronger each time I see her"
"That's because the love you have for Leanne is true love" she smiles and I'm about to speak when Randy's phone beeps and he looks at the message and puts his phone back in his pocket without replying
"Was that Janet? Are they on their way back?" I ask nervously and he shakes his head. "Just a wrong number" he smiles at me through pursed lips.
"There's one more thing you need, to make this wedding complete" mother says, going back to the topic. "I do?" I ask confused, looking over my list to see what I missed. "An engagement ring"
"It's right here" I say confused, showing her and she smiles and shakes her head. "I want you to give her this one" she smiles, taking of her ring and handing it to me. "But this is yours and..."
"And it was my mother's before mine and her mother's before hers" she cuts me off. "This ring has been in our family for years and I want you to give it to Leanne"
"A-are you sure?" I stutter and she nods. "Thank you" I whisper, trying not to tear up and she smiles and gives me a hug. "And one day it'll go to this little one" she smiles at Annabelle.
"What Are you two whispering about?" Joesph asks and I turn and see LaToya move away from Tito slightly. "Nothing" she shakes her head innocently. "Then what were you whispering to your brother?" He asks and she doesn't say anything for a moment.
"I um... I was just wondering what Michael was gonna do with the ring he already bought now he has mothers and...."
"LaToya!" Mother snaps at her. "What? It's covered in diamonds and costs thousands and..."
"So? He can just return in" Randy shrugs. "Or let me have it" she mumbles. "Actually.. I want you to have it" I smile turning to my mother. "I couldn't take that from you" she shakes her head. "It cost you thousands of dollars and is far to beautiful and..."
"Just like the woman who'll be wearing it" I cut her off. "I want you to have this"
"Well if you insist" she smiles taking it from me. "So everybody gets an engagement ring but me" I hear LaToya mumble under her breath and chuckles slightly, but don't say anything.

Leanne's POV
"Their fine, just relax" Janet giggles as I check my phone for the hundredth time. "I just feel weird leaving Michael all alone with them?"
"He's at mothers house. If Michael has a problem I'm sure mother can help"
"Maybe its too soon for me to be leaving the twins" I bite my lower lip nervously. "Their two weeks old and you've been with them day and night since they were born. You deserve a little time to yourself"
"It was pretty nice of Michael to set up a shopping trip for us" I smile slightly. "That's because he's a nice guy and he knows you deserve a break" she smiles back.
Janet and I do a little more shopping and are getting ready to leave when Janet stops and looks into one of the shop windows. "Why are you looking at wedding dresses?" I ask confused. "No reason. I just think they look really nice is all. Especially that one" she says pointing at one of the dresses. "Yeah. I guess" I shrug, not paying to much attention. "You don't like it?"
"Yeah, it's really beautiful" I shrug. "Why don't we try them on?"
"For What? Neither of us are getting are getting married" I frown confused. "I know, but there's no harm in us just seeing what they look like" she shrugs. "Is there something I should know?"
"No why?" She shakes her head
"You just seem awfully keen to try on wedding dresses. You sure you don't have a secret fiancee I don't know about?" I raise an eyebrow, playfully. "Maaybe" she says in a sarcastic yet joking way.
"C'mon. We should get going. It's getting pretty late" I chuckle. "It's two in the afternoon. Admit it. Your just missing your babies aren't you?" She smirks. "Fine. You got me" I roll my eyes playfully. "I completely understand how you feel though. It feels like forever since I last saw them"
"You saw them before we left" I frown confused. "Exactly! 3 whole hours! I'm getting withdrawal symptoms. And I know they'll be missing me too. I'm their favourite person in the world" she says which makes me giggle slightly.
When we get to the car. Janet sends a text message to somebody then starts the car. "Secret boyfriend?" I smirk and she shakes her head. "I'm still single. It's hard to find a man that can handle a woman like me. Especially with me being so beautiful" she shrugs and playfully checks herself out in the mirror.
"So how's being a stay at home mom going? Is Michael helping you out with the twins?" She asks, changing the topic. "He's been great. Michael's really hands on with them"
"Glad to hear it. I don't wanna have to come an kick his butt for not doing his share" she giggles. "Must be good getting to stay home with them all day and not be stressing about work and stuff" she comments. "Yeah, it's great being at home with them, but I'm actually planning on going back to the hotel after my birthday"
"For what? I thought Michael hired a new manager so you didn't have to work there anymore" she frowns confused. "He did, but I've always wanted to own my own resturant and I wanted to use the money my parents left me to buy one, but Michael said that I could run the resturant at the hotel for now so I can get some experience on running a business before actually buying somewhere" I explain "That makes sense" she smiles. "So your getting into the business game too, huh? sounding like a true Jackson" she giggles.
"But, I'm not a Jackson" I frown confused. "Well.. no, but your kids are so your kinda like one" she says and I look at her a little confused by the slightly nervous tone in her voice, but don't say anything and shrug it off.

Randy's POV
After going through Michael's proposal practice a few more times, we all tried on our outfits for the wedding and are discussing what things need to be done on the day and who's job is what and my phone beeps and I look nervously at the text then quickly delete the message, but shortly after my phone starts ringing and I look at the number nervously and quickly go to the back yard and close the door before anybody notices I've left.
"What do you want now!?" I answer with an attitude. "You know what I want and..."
"And you can forget it. I don't know how you got this number, but I told you already you got the wrong person. Now stop calling me"
"No I don't. I know I haven't and I wanna see.."
"How many fucking times do I have to tell you!? You've made a mistake and you have the wrong person. Now quit calling me" I snap. "Then why can't I just meet..."
"Randy?" I hear Michael and quickly hang up the phone and turn to him. "Is everything ok?" He asks confused as he walks over. "Everything great" I fake a smile. "Are you sure? Because you've been acting really off all day. Is someone hassling you?"
"Just some girl I met in a club a few weeks ago. We hooked up and she hasn't stopped blowing up my phone ever since" I lie. "Oh.. anyway I came out to tell you I got a text from Janet. Her and Leanne will be coming back soon so we need to hurry and hide everything away before she sees"
"Ok" I nod and follow him back inside.

Michael's POV
After quickly rushing around and hiding everything back upstairs, I see Janet's car pulling up in the drive way.
"Their back. Everybody just act natural" I say rushing over to the sofa and sitting down with the others and I turn confused and see TJ standing by the door with his arms folded staring at the door "what are you doing?" I frown confused "you said act natural" he says and does a few more poses then leans against the wall with one hand resting on the wall and the other on his hip with a weird look on his face. "He said act natural, not stoned. Just sit down" Tito says, pulling him over to the sofa and sits him beside me.
"We're back!" I hear Janet and I smile "hey, how was your shopping trip?" I smile, pecking Leanne's lips. "It was fun. where's the babies?" She smiles looking around for them. "Their just taking a nap upstairs. "So what did you guys get up to while we were gone?"
"Nothing. It's been really quiet here. We haven't been doing anything. Just watched TV" TJ shakes his head nervously. "Um... ok" Leanne looks at him confused, by how quickly he was talking and I frown at him to shut up. "So did you get anything nice?" I ask changing the topic. "Yeah, we got some really nice clothes and shoes and stuff for the twins and a little something for you too" she smiles, handing me a large bag. "Baby, you didn't have to get me anything. This was your treat not mine" I smile taking it from her and peck her lips.
"No way!" I gasp excitedly, taking out the new Xbox I've been trying to get hold of for weeks, but have been sold out everywhere I tried. "How did you get this!?" I smile "I got lucky. The game store had just one left" she smiles and pecks my lips. "There's some games in there too" she smiles handing me another bag and walks upstairs to see the babies.
"Spoilt brat" I hear TJ mutter under his breath as I'm taking everything out if the box. "Is that your way of saying you don't wanna play?" I smirk. "No! No.. I wanna play!" He says, quickly rushing over and I chuckle looking through which one of the many games Leanne bought me I want to play first and Jermaine starts setting everything up"
"Aren't you playing?" I turn confused, seeing Randy looking nervously at his phone again. "Um.. Yeah sure" he smiles at me through pursed lips and comes over. "Are you sure your ok? You seem really nervous alot latley" I ask concerned. "I um... I'm just a little nervous about my best man speach" he whispers so Leanne doesn't hear. "Don't worry about it. I know you'll do a great job" I smile and he smiles back at me through pursed lips and his phone starts ringing and just like the last 3 times he looks at the number and hangs up.
"Is that, that girl You met at the club again?" Jermaine frowns, getting annoying with Randy's phone constantly going off today. "Um... Yeah" he mumbles reading a message he's just got. "Does she know where you live or work?" I ask and he shakes his head. "So just block her number then so she can't bother you" I shrug. "I didn't think of that" he says then does something with his phone (which I'm guessing he's blocking the number) then comes over and sits with us and picks up one of the controllers. "You feel better now?" I ask and he nods. "I am now I don't have to deal with that woman anymore" he smile and looks a little more relaxed now that his phone isn't constantly ringing.
