We turned around to see Haru standing there with heated scarlet cheeks.

Richy: "Can't you knock?!"

"Hey Haru!"

Richy: "What are you doing here? Oh, do you want to hear my enchanting piano as well?"

Haru: "I actually came to get May..."

"Me?"

Haru: "Yeah, Sae's crying..."

"Oh yeah i promised her i would come! I'm coming!"

Richy: "Hey-I'm coming too!"

[TIME SKIP]

Sae: "See? Now you much prettier!" she exclaimed whilst she placed roses behind Richy's ear.

"She's not wrong you know."

Richy: "Hahaha!"

Sae: "I'm tired now. Claire can you put some flowers in my hair?"

"Of course! But you never let me touch your hair!"

Sae: "Hmm... you can touch it for now!" she beamed as she invited herself to my lap.

"Okay then! Roses, daisies or tulips?"

Sae: "I want forget-me-nots!"

"Haru, are there any forget-me-nots?"

Haru: "......"

He seemed spaced-out and was glaring at the table.

Richy: "Haru you've been acting a bit off since we came. Are you okay?"

Haru: "Hm? Oh-um-yeah! Did you ask me something?"

Sae: "Forget-me-nots!"

Haru: "Ok, if a customer comes you assist them. I'll be right back." He gave a reluctant smile before going.

Richy: "Is it me...?"

"No...i'll ask again later."

Sae: "I'm going to marry Haru when i'm grown-up!"

"Um...good for you...?"

Richy: "Hahahaha! Sae you can't-"

"-Say that now, it's bad luck!"

Sae: "Oh okay! I'll shush!"

Soon Haru came back with the same frown.

Haru: "I can't find it. Get something else, Sae..."he mumbled before walking to the counter.

Richy: "I'm going to talk to him. You keep Sae busy."

"Ok, thanks."

I couldn't help but eavesdrop when i heard them talking.

Richy: "Haru, what's wrong? You're worrying me now. Tell me."

Haru: "Nothing!"

Richy: "It's something! Do want me to help you with something?"

Haru: "Oh you want to help? Um...can you get the flower food?"

Richy: "But that's in the shed across the street."

Haru: "Never mind then. I thought you wanted to help but..."

Richy: "-No no i'll get it! Which one?"

Haru: "The one at the VERY back of the shed. And don't rush; take your time ok?"

Richy: "Um...ok. See ya."

Haru: "Bye!" he waved him off and bolted towards me. "Can i join?"

"Sure!"

[TIME SKIP]

Sae: "I want to play another game now!"

Consequently Richy walked in with a drained expression.

"What happened to you?!"

Richy: "I couldn't find it! It wasn't there; are you happy now?"

Haru: "Oh i forgot I had spare. Sorry."

Richy: "..."

Sae: "Can we play mummies and daddies?"

"Hm?"

Richy: "I'll be the daddy!"

Sae: "Claire can be the mummy! And Haru can be my husband!"

I tried to hold back my laughter.

"Whatever you want Sae." I stifled a laugh.

Richy: "Claire, i want you to call me 'daddy'."

Haru: "?!"

"We haven't started playing yet."

Richy: "But i'm your daddy right? I want to hear you say it." He smiled coyly.

Haru: "No I'M HER DADDY!"

"?"

Sae: "...."

Richy: "...."

"...."

Haru: "No- wait! I didn't mean it like that!"

Richy: "If you wanted to be her daddy that badly why didn't you just say so?"

Haru: "No! Nononono-i-ughh!" he sighed in embarrassment and hid his face in his hands.

*Crash*

"Sae!"

Sae: "Sorry!"

Haru: "Sae! What have you done?!"

She had dropped all the flower food with the watering can from the counter.

Richy: "I guess now we actually DO need flower food!"

"I'll go and get it."

[TIME SKIP]

I walked into a shed and saw the flower food on the right hand side at the front.

Ryu walked in behind me to also get something but i ignored him.

Huh? Haru told Richy it was at the very back...oh well. I grabbed a sack and heard a sound of a door slamming.

"?"

Ryu: "!"

Somebody had locked the door, thinking nobody was in the shed.

Ryu: "ANNAN! OPEN THE DOOR!"

There was silence. Annan (whoever he is) had already went.

It was dark as well; there were no lights in the shed.

Ryu: *Sigh* "Claire, you ok?"

"I'm fine." I replied looking nowhere in particular.

Ryu: "As long as i'm here, i'm just gonna say sorry for the way i acted. I explained and lectured Ryunoshin a lot. So...yeah."

"Well-"I looked up as my eyes were adjusting to the dark. And i froze as soon as a saw a shadow in front of me.

Shadow: "What's wrong?"

"...." I was standing rigid. I was paralysed with fear.

It was him.

He was standing there.

Shadow: "Claire, you're scaring me now, are you afraid of the dark or something?"

It sounded like Ryu. But...it looked...i don't know what's going on.

I let my eyes adjust more and now was pretty sure it was someone else. Someone i know. Someone i've seen before.

When i met him, it was dark like this too.

The shadow suddenly moved and started walking slowly towards me and i back away until my back made contact with the wall behind me.

The shadow didn't stop though.

I slid down to the ground helpless, not being able to do anything.
