I blinked and seen everyone staring at me. Henry grabbed Alex off the ground and brought him over to the rest of us while the bad guys were on the ground gasping for air. "We need to go." We followed Henry to a less damaged truck and was able to start in up after a few attempts and drove off. Some men were tailing us but we eventually lost them somewhere on the highway. Just in case the driver took many stops and detours to throw whoever was following us off track. "Who were those people?" I asked. No one answered. I turned to Alex who was already looking at me and he starting smiling. I smiled back and tried to fall asleep.

When I woke up it was night. Alex was next to me fast asleep with me in his arms like old times. I snuggled in his chest and closed my eyes until immediately I felt a bang. "Oh great they found us." the driver called. I opened my eyes and so did everyone else. "What's going on?" Alex asked. "They didn't fall for it is what's going on." The car was rammed once again and the truck almost went off the road. "Can you lose them?" Gordon asked. "I'm a driver not a miracle worker there's way too much open road no way we can hide." A guard sighed, "Worse part about it is there nowhere else to go were nearly to the facility." Henry turned around to me and Alex. "Oh no no no I see your gears turning Henry were not using there powers you seen how uncontrollable they are." Henry ignored Gordon's comment. "Think you guys can handle it?" Alex nodded and I agreed with him. We opened the door and the place got louder. "Okay now focus, concentrate on the wheels and..." Me and Alex raised are hands and focused then suddenly 2 back tires blew and the car swerved off the road into a barrier. Henry pulled us back and shut the door. "Nice work you two." He said, "Harry floor it." "Already on it." The engine raged and we were pushed back by the intense speed.

After 20 minutes or so we finally began slowing down and stopped by a tall building in a city. We walked out and I seen a sign saying 'Ray's technology corp.' "A cover up." Gordon said to me as he guided me inside. The place was big and wide. We went inside a elevator with Henry and Gordon to the 6th floor and guided to a door. "Abby welcome to your new room."the door opened. I looked to see a bed, tv, bathroom. Gordon pushed me inside gently so I could get a better look. "So what do you think?" Henry asked, "It was made just for you."

I wasn't used to it at all I just remember seeing bars where I slept and chains. There was a laptop on the bed with a apple symbol. "Strict access of course." Gordon said seeing me eye the laptop. I sat on the bed and Gordon and Henry left with Jake so he could see his room. Henry told me the room was monitored to keep a eye on me. I frowned at the camera seeing I had no privacy but I didn't want to be picky. I layed put on the bed and immediately fell asleep.

When I woke up I was given a big breakfast in bed and got ready. I was told I would have my first test to access my gift. After awhile Gordon came to get me and we went to a room. There was only a table, chair and a glass window that was one sided. Gordon was on the other side recording how I did. There were eight cards on the table, four layed in front of Henry who sat on one side of the table. I sat on the other side where the other four cards were. "Ready?" I looked around for Alex who wasn't there. "He's coming after you if your wonder." I nodded. He picked up the cards off the table and shuffled it before placing them back on the table faced down. He took one and looked at it. "Our cards are the same, pick what card I have in my hand." I looked at the cards in front of me, the far left had a picture of a star, the one next to it was a swirly line, after that was a sphere and the last one on the far right was a square. I looked at Henry and then back at the cards. How am I supposed to know which card he chose. I picked up the cards and began shuffling them in my hands as I stared at the face down cards on the table. Finally I put them all faced down on the table and picked the same one Henry chose, the card on the far left. I didn't look at it just showed it to him. His eyes brightened and asked me to turn over the rest of the cards. He turned over his and they matched up perfectly,  I looked at the card in my hand which was the sphere and he showed me his, it was a sphere as well. He smiled at me, "Nice job Abby, want to try again?" I nodded and he began shuffling the cards again.
