It's a couple of hours and Georgia has woken up.

"Your family is waiting for you out there. I can let them in now if you want." The nurse tells me.

"I want to see Adam, and only Adam." I tell her confidently. The nurse goes off and reappears a little while later with Adam.

"Just me aye, mum and Cain and Ross are all waiting out there for you." Adam says as he comes and sits next to me on the bed.

"I'm sorry." I say as I burst into tears.

"What happened? I thought things were better." He says putting his arm around me and bringing me in for a hug.

I can't manage to form any words so I just take my phone off the counter and show him the messages looking away as he starts to cry.

"you thought they were right? That we would be better of without you?" Adam questions as he hugs me tighter.

"You would, I just mess everything up. Start fights and get suspended." I say through tears.

"It doesn't matter Georgie we'd fall apart without you. We love you." Adam tells me as he strokes my hair.

We sit in silence for a minute or two before telling me that Mum, Cain and Ross are all waiting to see me.

"I don't want to see them." I reply.

"Why?" He asks

"I've messed everything up, they won't understand." I tell him.

"Just talk them." He replies.

"Can you talk to them? I'm too scared." I tell him feeling a little stupid.

"Of course I will, and then there ok to come and see you?" Adam asks.

"Yeah." I reply as he walks out of the room. I sit there for a while but the longer he is gone the more my minds starts thinking up every bad thing that could have happened. They might not believe him. They might be refusing to see me because its all my fault. Maybe there mad at Adam for not telling them. Maybe no one was really there. No I knew Adam wouldn't lie to me. Maybe they had left and Adam didn't know what to do.

Luckily I was interrupted from my thoughts as Mum and Cain entered the room.

"Adam's waiting with Ross, is that ok? I can go back out there and send him in." Cain tells me.

"It's fine, stay." I say quietly.

"Adam told us what happened, It's not true." Mum says hugging me.

"I love you" I say pausing for a minute. "Both" I then add.

"We love you too." Mum tells me as I look over at Cain he's just standing there clearly a little shocked. I mean we didn't exactly get on well in the beginning.

"What's that on your shirt?" I question seeing a big stain.

"That would be your sick mixed with water." He says looking down at the stain.

"I was sick on you? I'm so sorry." I tell him a little embarrassed.

"it's fine, just a shirt." he tells me.

"Can you let Ross come in now, I want to talk to him." I ask.

They tell me they'll be back later and Ross soon enters the room.

"Sorry If I got you in trouble with my mum and Cain." I say as he comes over.

"It's fine, you know me had worse." he tells me smiling a little.

"I suppose so. Sorry about everything with Robert, I know you were trying to help me out by giving me a break, I just lost it with everything." I explain.

"It's fine, I shouldn't have kept rambling on I always used to hate it when dad did that too me. Just get yourself better and come and see us every once in a while." Ross tells me.

"I will and can you let everyone know I'm fine. I'm sure the whole village knows by now." I tell him huffing a little at the realisation this will be all over town.

"They will if Brenda's got anything to do with it. I'll let them know and try and keep the gossip to a minimum." He reasures me.

"Thanks Ross." I say as he leaves my room.

Mum, Adam and Cain come back a few minutes later and as it gets later the nurse informs us that only one person is allowed to stay with me. Mum ultimately ends up staying but not after Adams started an argument with nurse because 'he can't possibly leave his baby sister after everything's that happened'. But I reassure him I will be fine.

Mum watches me, waiting for me to fall asleep before she can do the same thing. I pretend to be asleep so that she can go to sleep and hear asks a nurse to keep an eye on me and wake her if anything happens before she falls asleep herself.
