Aarav crossed his arms across his chest and asked "aap dono toh katti they na?"

"Haan lekin ab maine mana liya tu kaha tha?" Vikram asked before he ask further questions.

Aarav told him he was with Chintu and having fun. Poonam smiled and said "chalo chalo bahut late ho gaya hai ghar chalte hai"

They moved towards the car parking area taking the belongings. Aarav drops the basket and screams "baraf ka gola"

Vikram shuts his ear as he had scream on top of his ears "Aaru.. itna chillate hai kya?"

"Baraf ka gola..." he said innocently

"Aaru tanda mausam hai.. Gala kharab ho jayega" Poonam said

"Lekin Aaru ko khana hai" he said adamantly and began to stamp his foot hard on the floor.

"Hey bhagwaan ye ladka.. Vikram kitna ziddi banake rakha hai tumne" Poonam scolded him

"Are maine kya kiya?? Zid toh ye kar raha hai na" Vikram protested

"Aur tum ache bade bhai ki tarah har zid maan lete ho.." she argued with him.

"Haan toh rote hue dekhta rahun isko?" he said making a face

"Bekar ki zid karta hai samjhana chahiye tumhe" she tried to explained

Aarav looked at them, he climbs on top of the car and shouted "baraf ka gola khana hai..."

They eyed at the direction and were shocked seeing him. Vikram said in concern "Aaru neeche utar gir jayega"

"Nahi pehle baraf ka gola laake do" he denies and sits down folding his legs.

"Hey bhagwaan kabhi pani ki tanki kabhi car ki chatt..." Poonam sighed helplessly.

"Acha thik hai main laata hun" Vikram agrees and takes a step but Poonam held his wrist.

"Nahi tum nahi jaoge.. Subah phir gala kharab hoga phir tum hi pareshan baithe rahoge" Poonam retorted

"Are lekin nahi launga toh ye yahi upar baitha rahega" Vikram said in concern

"Koi baat nahi... baitha rehne do hum ghar chalte hai" Poonam replies.

Vikram opens his mouth wide but Poonam glared at him. Aarav made a face "aap dono Aaru ki baat nahi maante katti"

"Thand dekh rahe ho Aaru? Koi baraf ka gola nahi milega tumhe neeche uthro chup chap" she scolded him but he was sitting there with a big signboard in his neck saying "NO".

Poonam took the car keys from Vikram and said "tum samaan rakho hum chalte hai ghar.."

Vikram looked at Aarav and then back at Poonam. "Poonam kya kar rahi ho? Gussa aa gaya na ise toh pareshani ho jayegi" he said in concern

"Tum chup chap wahi karo jo main kah rahi hun" Poonam ordered him and sits inside the car. Vikram sighed helplessly. He picks up the things and places them inside the car.

"Bhai... baraf ka gola" Aarav made a sad face and was about to cry.

Vikram held his hand and said "Chalo utharo.."

He denies it, Poonam said "Vikram baitho andar.."

Vikram sits inside the car, Poonam starts it and he glanced at her in disbelief.

Poonam moves the girl just a few inches and Aarav screams "aah.. Dost Aaru gir jayega"

"Toh andar baitho" Poonam said

Aarav gets off the car and sits behind. Poonam drove off "kattii Aaru aap dono se baat nahi karega" he said making a face

Vikram rolled his eyes towards Poonam, she replied "dekhna abhi kuch der mein normal ho jayega.."

Aarav felt tired and his eyes gets heavy. He shuts them and within a few seconds, he drifts into sleep. Vikram looked at him through the mirror and then eyed Poonam "Poonam ek baraf ka gola hi toh maang raha tha" he tried to explain

"Vikram Aaru ko apni kamzori nahi takaat banao warna yahi tumhari kamzori dusri ke liye takaat ban jayegi aur phir tum majboor ho jaoge kuch bhi karne ke liye" she said meaningfully.

Vikram was confused hearing her words "kehna kya chahti ho tum?" he questioned her.

"Main ye kehna chahti hun Vikram.. Tumhare kitne rivals hai business mein kal bhagwaan na kare Aaru ke zariye tumhe nuksaan pahuchna chaha unhe toh?" Poonam said

"Aisa kabhi nahi hoga Poonam.. Isliye toh main Aaru ko kahi akele nahi jaane deta hun" He replies

"Haan aur use khudko protect karna bhi nahi seekhate ho.. Bas ziddi banake rakha hai" Poonam argued with him.

Vikram understood what she was trying to say. Poonam said softly "isliye tum mujhe nahi tokoge samjhe.. Jitna pyaar se baat karni hai karlo lekin mujhse expect mat karna"

"Haan haan thik hai samajh gaya.. Bharosa hai tumpar" he said and she smiled at him.

They reached home and Poonam parked the car in the garage. Vikram asked Aarav to get up, he opens his eyes lightly.

"Chalo ghar aa gaya" Vikram said, he steps out of the car and then went inside with him.

As days passed by, everything was perfect. Poonam had built a strong bond with Aarav, she might scold him but also loves him immensely. Vikram had felt a big change in Aarav's behavior and his hopes increased that he will recover soon.

Vikram and Aarav were playing carrom board. Aarav looked at him and said "bhai ek baat puchun?"

"Haan pucho" he replies

"Maa aur papa kaha hai?" Aarav asked

Vikram was left surprised hearing his words. It has been years and he never asked about them. It seems like slowly his mind thought process had begun to increase, he said "Aaru maa papa..." he paused recalling his parents.

"Bolo na bhai.." Aarav questioned again.

Vikram got up and forwards his hand. Aarav held it and both of them moved towards the balcony. Vikram looks up in the sky and sees two shining stars "wo dekh rahe ho shinning star" he points towards them.

Aarav looked up "haa.."

"Wo hai maa papa jo hamesha hamare saath rehte hai humhe aashirwad dete hai" Vikram replies with a smile on his face

"Par hamare saath kyun nahi hai? Jaise aap ho dost hai" Aarav asked with tears in his eyes.

Vikram cleans his eyes and cupped his face "Aaru.. har koi hamesha saath nahi rehta hai ek din har kisiko star banna padta hai"

"Aap nahi banoge na?? Warna Aaru kya karega?" he asked and hugged him. Vikram smeared his head and placed a soft kiss.

"Nahi.. main toh hamesha rahunga apne Aaru ke pass" Vikram assured him he will be always there for him.

"Lekin wo..ch.." he paused recalling something and tightened the grip on his shirt. Vikram felt it and asked "kya Aaru?? Kuch hua hai kya??" he asked in concerned

"Nahi bhai kuch nahi hua.. Aaru ko bhook lagi hai dost ne abtak bulaya nahi khane ke liye" he replies parting away from the hug.

Vikram kissed his forehead "chalo hum chalte hai neeche" he said and both of them moved downstairs.

Aarav run and sat down on the chair. Poonam served him the food, he opened his mouth wide and asked her to feed him.

"Are ye kya?? Mere bina hi khana shuru kar doge?" Vikram complained cutely.

Poonam feeds Aarav and then said "haan.."

"Itne pyaar se toh mujhe kabhi nahi khilaya" Vikram said

Aarav laughed "aap Aaru ki tarah bache thodi ho! Khud khao aap" he replied

Vikram was left with open mouth "Poonam ye..."

"Meri tarah samajhdhar ho gaya hai.. Chalo khao tum" Poonam said teasingly.

Vikram sighed in disappointment.

Kavya was elated "are waah.. Jabse Poonam aayi hai Aaru mein kitna farak aa gaya hai! Ab ghar ka koi bhi naukar darr ke bhagta nahi hai Poonam mauka hi nahi deti hai ise gussa karne ka" she said all praising her efforts.

"Dekhna chachi ab hamara Aaru bahut jaldi pehle jaisa ho jayega" Vikram said with a hope

"Aisa hi hoga beta.." Kavya replied.

After finishing dinner, Aarav moves to the couch and turns on the television. He plays his favourite show while Kavya and Nitin moved to their room to sleep. Poonam instructed the servant to clean the table.

She was about to leave but Vikram held her hand and pulled her to the corner. Poonam slapped his arm lightly "Vikram jagah toh dekho"

"Kya jagah dekho? Subah office jaata hun shyam ko aata hun toh Aaru mere sar pe chadke baith jaata hai raat ko tum dusre kamre mei soti hun.. Main bechara romance kab karun?" he asked making an innocent face.

Poonam laughs a bit hearing his words "ab isme meri galti nahi hai.. Tumne hi Aaru ko bola hua hai ye toh meri dost hai.. Ab jabtak tum nahi bolte hum pati patni hai toh ye romance toh bhool hi jao"

She turned to go but Vikram pulled her back and she dashed into his chest. She glanced at him, Vikram tucked her hair behind her ear so that he can have a clear glimpse of her. He sees Aarav busy watching a movie, he takes Poonam to a room.

Aarav turns off the television and picks up his ball. He began to play with it and then threw it toward the same room where Vikram and Poonam were. He walked and picked up the ball, he heard their voice. He saw them together in a cozy position and asked innocently "ye kya ho raha hai?"

Poonam gets up from Vikram's lap and looks at him all embarrassed.

"hum game khel rahe hai" Vikram replied glaring at him as he always disturbs his romantic moment.

"mujhe bhi khelna hai ye game" he said to which Vikram was left shocked.

Poonam hits Vikram's arm and left from there. Aarav scratched his forehead and thought "dost aise kyu gayi??"

"baat hi aisi ki hai tune" Vikram murmed

Aarav looked at Vikram and demanded "bhai mujhe bhi yeh game khelna hai"

Vikram replies "Aaru pehle tu bada ho jaa phir khel lena ye game"

"ohho Aaru bata hi toh hai... Aap aur main khelte hai na" he demanded

Vikram's eyes become wide hearing him. He spoke something in his innocence, Vikram smiled.. "Mujhe kaam hai Aaru" he moved from there.

Aarav made a face "offo koi Aaru ko ye game nahi seekhata.. Dost aur bhai khud khelte rehte hai" he wondered what is special about this game.
