Leafpaw decided to get some rest the Gathering was over and the Gathering was nothing like what Amberpaw had said. Leafpaw was settling down beside Applepaw.it was bard to get some rest because Amberpaw was snoring like a pig, but at last Leafpaw got some rest.

Leafpaw smelled the air she smelled a mouse  a fat juicy one. Leafpaw dropped into a hunters crouch. I have to catch this one she thought. Leafpaw was being watched by her mentor, Willowtail to see how good she was doing with hunting. Then Leafpaw pounced and killed the mouse quickly. Leafpaw had caught two birds and two mice she felt proud of herself. Just then she heard a yowl coming from camp. She was done hunting so she raced back to camp to see if anything was wrong and when she saw Applepaw lying in the clearing with the medicine cat treating her. Leafpaw went over to ask what was wrong  with Applepaw. "Willowtail, what happened here?" Leafpaw asked. "Applepaw fell in the clearing and broke her leg." Willowtail replied. "What do you mean she broke her leg?!?!"Leafpaw asked "I mean she can't train as a warrior." Willowtail said sadly "does Applepaw know yet?" Leafpaw asked "yes she does, but she asked me if she could train as a medicine cat" Willowtail replied "a medicine cat?" Leafpaw asked.
