Sparks. There were sparks...  You kept thinking to yourself as you run into the hotel and quickly get in the elevator.

People are giving you strange looks, but you don't pay attention.  I need to tell Luke....  I hope he understands....

I'll just tell him about how Calum said he had feelings for me, and how he made me feel guilty when he looked at me, but I shouldn't have felt that way, and how we both took a walk, and then how he kissed me.

But I won't tell him about the sparks. Or maybe... ugh I don't know.... I'll beg for forgiveness... You're running to the room and you open the door.  Luke's sitting in bed and looks up at you.

"Luke we need to talk." You say on the verge of tears.

"Sure babe.  I was looking for you where we're you. We have to get ready for the concert."

"Luke thats not important right now."

"What are you talking about its like the most important thing-"

"Calum and I kissed"

Luke looks at you with an expression you've never seen before and you sit down.

"So, when you introduced me to the boys, I had a really great time.  Then that next morning, when I was in the kitchen, Calum explained to me that he had feelings for me.  He kept giving me looks that made me feel guilty, but they shouldn't have, and then when you were resting, we both took a walk on the beach, and he made the first move..."

By now, your practically bawling, and Luke comes up to you and sits next to you. He holds you tightly against his chest till you calm down.

"L-luke??"

"Hmm?"

"Please don't get mad at Calum."

"Why"

"He didn't mean it,  he can't help who he likes and who he doesn't like.  And I don't want your friendship with him to be ruined because eventually, the band May be ruined too."

You continue as you pull away and face him... "And I wanna tell you something else..."

"Yeah...Im here"

"You promise you won't get mad??"

"I promise."

"Ok, well here it goes...

We both felt sparks...." You feel a smack coming on, but instead, you see a very angry Luke slam the door.

Oh no.  Calum You think to yourself as you get up and run across the hallway. You open the door to see Calum on the floor with w bloody nose, and Luke with a bloody lip.

"You did something to her..." Luke says as he inches forward to Calum with fist in hand.

"Please, Luke I-" 

You run into the room and cover Calum just as Luke throws the punch.  You feel your nose gush with blood as you fall on the floor from the impact.  Luke looks at you, stunned, not knowing what to do.  You look up at him, you don't care what you look like,

"You promised you wouldn't hurt him." You try to get up, and eventually do. You take Calum's hand and help him up. You take one last look at Luke.  "Come back when you actually decide to keep your promises instead of acting like an animal."  You slam the door and take Calum to your room.

"Calum, he promised, im so sorry..." You say as you start wiping the blood that dripped down his neck.

"Don't worry, and you shouldn't have stood up for me, now look at you."

You notice the puddle of blood on your shirt, and you run the the bathroom. "Whoa..." was all you could manage, as you begin to wipe off the access on your nose, lip, and neck.

You come back to Calum, who is sitting on Luke's bed watching Tv. You sit down next to him, and you start crying...

"Vera what's wrong??"

"I think im gonna lose Luke. I mean, I don't want to talk to him or even go near him for that matter, but I definitely don't want to lose him. But now i have that feeling that he can hurt me, which I definitely don't  want to happen again.

Calum embraces you in a warm hug.

"Don't worry, I'm here for the time being...."

You look up at Calum. "Thanks" you say with a half smile, and you two kiss as the door opens.

You look at Luke who is standing in the doorway. It looks as if he was about to apologize, but he quickly changes his mind...

"Im here to pick up my stuff." He says as he gets his suitcase and bags.  He slams the door behind him, and you look back at Calum.

"Calum, I don't think I'm ready for another relationship yet and I still don't really feel the.same way as you feel toward me.  I kinda just wanna take a break ok?  Is it ok that I have Nicole share a room with me for a little while just until things calm back down.

"Oh yeah thats fine,  I'll just tell Nicole to move her stuff in here."

"Ok thats great, thanks."

A couple minutes later, Nicole walks in with her suitcase and puts her stuff down.

"Vera im so sorry..."

"Its fine but I don't really wanna talk about it right now"

"Oh ok...."

You both were supposed to go for their first concert in NY, but now you didn't feel like it. Before you know it, the jetlag catches on, and you slowly fall asleep.
